The restaurant is specialty is that it is a 🍲 New American restaurant
I enjoyed my brunch at Finch & Fork. One of the reasons why I chose this place was for their rooftop dining. When I made reservations on OpenTable, I was confused at the seating options. I tried calling, but no one picked up and frankly my friend and I wanted to try this place anyway. The rooftop dining was only during the height of the pandemic. The dining room is now only by the lobby. The decor is nice. Definitely shows that it’s a hotel restaurant. But service was very nice and we got our food quickly. I got the shakshuka, and it was yummy. The eggs were nicely poached – the yolk was runny and added a richness to the spicy tomato sauce. I like the chucks of avocado. The bread with the tomato sauce, egg yolk, and avocado was the perfect bite. Many patrons took advantage of their bottomless mimosa deal, and I think that’s the biggest draw. I ordered coffee and that was nice on a cool Fiesta morning. I think this is a nice place to dine if you’re staring at the hotel. Otherwise, as someone who frequents Santa Barbara, I might not go out of my way to dine here. The menu has mostly a standard brunch fare. And maybe there’s standout dishes their dinner menu. But I’d pass on brunch unless you want bottomless mimosas.
