Spent a fabulous weekend at our family’s cottage on Avonia Beach, Lake Erie. We chose to dine at a new restaurant on 10th Street in Erie and were pleased with the extensive menu options. We selected several small plates from their tapas menu, including oysters on the half shell, escargot, a Mediterranean platter with basil pesto hummus, and sundried tomato hummus. The standout dish was crispy garlic butter duck legs that were cooked to perfection. The bar offered unique cocktails – a cherry wood smoked Old Fashioned and a remarkable spiced Paloma. Dessert was a shared slice of Dacquoise that was both light and creamy, providing a satisfying end to a delicious meal. The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was modern and chic. We are eager to return. If you’re in Erie, definitely check them out!
