I knew I had to wait, but this was not acceptable. 15min in line, no worries. 1hr wait for fish and chips, wow. No pre-emptive “bit of a wait” apologies. Went here due to reviews and was disappointed. Had great chat with neighbors in our collective misery. Manager was assiting wait staff alas, talk to your patrons. The lunch was good but average. Had I not wanted to sit down, i was going to leave and told wait staff, they said 5 min more, next time Off the hook F&C.
