Stopped by to pick up a meal late Thursday past. Issue with using the App late 10:30pm and couldn’t purchase the meal at a reduced deal price. Staff couldn’t adjust the price from $24.99 to $18.99 because the App was done. Still purchased the meal as this restaurant has great service and great tasting/quality food. Called the restaurant to mention the concern and was met with great customer service from Manager Robin. She heard my concern and explained how the App is not controlled by the store. She quickly resolved my concern in an extremely courteous manner. Great customer service is how an individual or business handles inquires and concerns from their customers. Can’t say enough about Mary Browns as a business and the Clarenville location.
