We were subjected to an inordinate delay, and other patrons who arrived after us received service first. Despite our explicit request for non-crispy hashbrowns for my father, all five dishes were presented with burnt hashbrowns after we brought the wait to the manager’s attention. Regrettably, the manager’s demeanor was unapologetic, and I felt that our concerns were being dismissed. On the other hand, our waitress was affable and courteous, and it was clear that the issues were not within her purview. We were thoroughly disheartened. Moreover, our three orders of steak and eggs were prepared incorrectly, with the steaks being half medium rare rather than medium well as requested. (I took the steak home for my cats).
