Where do I start? The waitress needs another job. I had to ask for utensils and small plates for my appetizer. Then, less than 5 minutes later, the meal came. The general manager came by to ask if everything was OK, and I let her know what was going on. She apologized and then walked away. I started to eat but stopped in my track it was a long blonde hair on my plate. So I called the GM back over, and the waitress came over, and I showed it to her.
