6 months ago I did very good comment (5 stars) about Tim Horton. However I have to change my mind, because of my bad experience today. Can’t believe that staff who working there dropping them hairs on my Double Double coffee. On my lid. As well server don’t know how to carry cups in a propreate way. Server was touching and carrying my coffee lid with her hands without gloves. Exactly on that place where I need to put my lips. I can’t believe that basic things became so challenging for staff to follow. Please train your staff and check how they doing them job.
