Having celiacs can be a draining experience. I normally dislike going out to eat because there is so much explaining and I can usually see the servers face drain when I tell them gluten-free. Being able to have access to an entire menu was incredible and truly a life changing experience after also being on the sidelines. Everything tasted great my two favorites were the cheddar biscuits and the crab cakes. I’m already counting down the moments until we go again.
