I have had escargot on my bucket list to try for years. Today is our 12th wedding anniversary and my birthday! We got married on 12/12/12 so my husband booked a reservation for today. Chris was our server and very knowledgeable about the menu! We had the Brie and escargot to start with, both were absolutely fantastic! Then we both had the Tavern onion soup and that was so flavorful!! I love their house made salad dressings, I had the garlic Parmesan and it was so yummy! My husband let me try his orange balsamic and that was delicious too! My husband has the stuffed filet with 5 spice carrots and I had the rack of lamb with mashed potatoes. We both tried a bit of each otherâs plates and both agreed that everything was really tasty! Chris brought out a crĂšme brĂ»lĂ©e for us as I had mentioned to him earlier that it was my Birthday and Anniversary. That was unexpected but amazing and really delicious! I couldnât have asked for a more perfect evening
