We were treated like gold upon arrival for our 20th wedding anniversary. I had mentioned it was our special day when booking the reservation. We were seated at a window with spectacular views and provided a complimentary drink. A big thank you to April, the events manager for the drink. We happened to meet her a few days prior while touring the hotel and we shared with her that we used to work there 30 years ago and it was our anniversary. She went above and beyond to make the dinner special without us asking for anything. Jeremy, our server was great and very attentive. He had lots of good food and drink suggestions. He also shared his passion and stories of working at the Springs, as we can relate to our time working there. Another special moment was when the assistant restaurant manager Craig stopped by to ask us how our meal was and wanted to know more about our story as he also knew it was our anniversary. Thank you to all for making our special day so remarkable! Cheers.
We had a three course meal here as part of a tour and I was quite disappointed by the service. The food was great and I actually enjoyed the salmon a lot. However it took ages for food to come out, from finishing our main course and getting our desert(which was brownies with cranberries) it was a 28 minute wait. The full three course meal was almost 2 hours long due to service. When asked why the dessert took so long, the waitress responded with no chefs were working currently as they were taking breaks despite it still being lunch hours.
Wonderful dining experience. PJ was a great waiter. He took extra steps to make sure we got what we wanted. The pork chop and the roasted chicken were delicious! Of course the French onion soup was on point. Crème brûlée was the bomb.

Dining at this place was truly an experience. First, you have to take a gondola to get there, which is quite pricey—I wish they offered a discount for people with restaurant reservations. The ride up, though, offers stunning views, and once you arrive, the scenery is absolutely breathtaking. The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere, but the real star is the view. We were lucky enough to get a table by the large windows. For starters, we ordered scallops, clam chowder, and the house bread. The clam chowder was amazing—I’d honestly come back just for that. For the main course, we had the duck, pork, and carrots, all of which were fantastic. Our waiter was friendly, but he did tend to disappear at times, leaving us waiting a bit too long to get his attention again. Overall, the experience of being in that incredible setting, enjoying great food with that view, was definitely worth the price. It’s the perfect place for a special celebration—you won’t regret it.
5-star dining. I cannot recommend this place enough from the views to the food. You will need a reservation (likely weeks or more in advance). The food was amazing. The truffle potatoes were some of the best I've ever had. The drinks were fairly priced and made well. I would recommend coming here to anyone who made a reservation and is willing to spend a bit. The dress was fairly casual and most men were not even wearing collared shirts, although some people dressed up more than others.
Made reservations several weeks in advance as this place is always completely booked. You may have to be flexible on your dates and times during peak seasons. Made reservations for 11;30a as rose the gondola up at 9;00a. This allowed for 2.5 hours to walk around, take pictures, and do the small boardwalk hike outside. Arrived right on time and was promptly seated. Rachel was our server and she did a great job throughout the meal. Ordered a few cocktails, beet salad, and seafood chowder to start the meal. All were good with the beet salad being the surprise favorite. For the meal, everyone couldn't resist the Beef Burger after seeing it come out to several tables. I wouldn't normally order a hamburger at a restaurant, but this one was definitely worth it. It was an all natural, thick beef patty with the usual toppings, but also an onion ring. It's definitely worth having here. Meal is complemented with the amazing panoramic views of the mountains. It's so nice that it almost looks photoshopped. Enjoy the good service, food, and views.

We were looking for a local food destination with a blend of elk, on the menu, and local beer. This was perfect for what we were seeking and the food did not disappoint. Our server was fab, the beer flights, so yummy and the view! We sat by the window and loved seeing the main street with the mountains in plain view! We were thoroughly pleased and would recommend as a must! Cheers, Spicy Jan
Went here for lunch during our visit to Banff. Did not expect a lads/sporty place to have such nice food. We had a table outside upstairs with a fantastic view of the surroundings. I had the baked elk ravioli which were really tasty. My partner went for the vegan chicken bites which he enjoyed. Service was attentive and friendly. I would 100% recommend.
My boyfriend and I went for dinner to celebrate his birthday, and it was a fantastic experience. We tried the elk tacos, ground elk nachos, peach panzanella salad, elk dip, and baked elk ravioli. Every dish was delicious, and we were very full by the end of the meal. The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff making sure we had everything we needed. We were lucky to get a window seat, which offered a nice view that added to the overall ambiance of the evening.
