My girlfriend and I recently celebrated our three-year anniversary at Vernon’s Speakeasy, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped inside, the atmosphere was enchanting — a perfect mix of vintage charm and elegance. The dim lighting and speakeasy theme instantly transported us, setting the stage for a memorable evening. The food was, without question, some of the best we’ve ever had. Each dish was expertly crafted, from the perfectly cooked steak to the indulgent sides that paired effortlessly with our meal. Every bite was a testament to the chef’s skill and attention to detail, and we found ourselves savoring every moment. The service at Vernon’s Speakeasy truly made our night special. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, always there when we needed anything but giving us the perfect amount of space to enjoy our time together. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and valued, and their passion for the restaurant and its unique ambiance shone through. If you’re looking for an intimate and unforgettable dining experience, Vernon’s Speakeasy is the place to be. It’s rare to find a restaurant that excels in every aspect, but they absolutely did. We left with full hearts and happy memories, already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend for a special occasion or just a night out to remember!
Most AMAZING experience!! The atmosphere was GREAT! Very much in the Speakeasy time period. The food was "to die for"! THE BEST steak I've ever had in a restaurant, seasoned and cooked to perfection!! The service was SUPER! ALL of the staff was super friendly, professional and very attentive, but not hovering!! There is live music every night and the night we went the was a FANTASTIC piano player! This is a GREAT plane to go to have a romantic evening or with your special someone or to just sit back and have a great meal and enjoy listening to some awesome music! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VERNON'S SPEAKEASY!!
From the moment you knock on the door, you're transported to another era. We've visited Vernon’s many times and are consistently impressed. The food is exceptional, and the ambiance creates a perfect atmosphere. Be sure to try the steak-wrapped asparagus as an appetizer and definitely save room for dessert. If you’re planning a night out and want fantastic food and a memorable experience, I highly recommend Vernon’s!

Don’t be fooled. This isn’t the Rancher’s Club. The Lounge still has all the cocktail seating; low chairs and tables. Not conducive to dining. The poor bartenders are also servers and didn’t really know much about the offerings. What we thought was a lounge menu was the complete menu; 3 starters, 4 entrees and 2 desserts. The wine list had about 8 bottles, that’s it. Sorry to say, if you expect The Rancher’s Club, don’t go.
I attended a conference and the servers were very polite and patient. The decor is nice and the atmosphere is relaxing. The food was good and the space was large enough for a good gathering.
This place is not what it once was. Google said opened, but it was only "cantina" menu, and the "cantina" menu was not what the website said. The food was very sub par and the sandwich brought out did not even match what their severely toned down menu said. Think bad bar food. The veggie sandwich was supposed to have a salad on it, did not, and when I mentioned this, the waitress gave me attitude. Got a really gross spinach artichoke dip that I sent back. The wait staff was eating it in the back. They did refund me at least for that. Bar I would not trust to make a cocktail. I was not offered a drink menu. I asked for one, and was told to look at the beer taps. So disappointed but it had been years. Many other recent reviews confirm my experience.

Chic and cozy. Wide variety of pallette here! Delicious variety of sauces. Instead of wine we opted for the house made Sangrias...Delicious. Excellent service, management made a very sincere stop by to make sure we were being well taken care of. So much more to explore on that menu...stay tuned.
In my opinion this is a place to go special occasion and try once. It is just a fancy and hyped version of Chinese hot pot! (Except dessert part) Definitely pricy, but decent portion and quality food. Didn't like the atmosphere and sitting arrangements, considering how much we paid (at least where they sit us)! The server was very friendly and did a great job.
We had a wonderful experience for our anniversary at The Melting Pot. The moment we walked in they made our date special. Our table was covered with rose petals and it was secluded and intimate. Our server Ellie was helpful, friendly and fun. She was knowledgeable about all our questions and did her job with excellence. The food was delicious and there was plenty. We enjoyed everything and will return soon.
The Crown Room is a premier establishment dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for our valued guests. Nestled in the heart of the city, The Crown Room boasts a luxur…
The Crown Room is something of an anomaly. It wants to recreate the old school glamour of fine dining in a casino however when the casino in question is mostly penny slots in a horse racetrack located at the edge of a part of town commonly referred to as "The War Zone" then you're more likely to share a restroom with someone with face tattoos rather than someone from the Rat Pack. The actual restaurant itself is also a mix of contradictions. On most visits the food has been top-notch and served to perfection. Other times I've received over fried calamari burnt to a crisp. My last visit was similar with excellent food though served with chipped plates, extremely water spotted wine glasses and an odd refusal to offer new forks between courses with an overwhelmed wait staff. Though I suppose as long as people are willing to gamble then The Crown Room will be subsidized by their losses and stick around in all its contradictory glory.
This restaurant is a gem! From start (Savanna Salad) to entree (Lobster Ravioli and Scallops) to dessert (Bananas Foster prepared in front of you), you will not be disappointed. The waitstaff is attentive and courteous. It is a wonderful dining experience!
We made a reservation for tonight, 17 Aug to celebrate our Anniversary. We get there. All dressed up, to a closed restaurant. The casino ppl called the restaurant who said that they didn't have the staff so they just didn't open. UNACCEPTABLE!! They could have called or emailed to let us know

One of my favorite restaurants! The ambiance is always uniquely beautiful! This was my third time coming here. My wife and I stopped in for the French onion soup but we ended up staying the whole four course. Our server was excellent! I believe her name is Noami. I have had her service the past two times and she remembers every special dish and drink so perfectly and is a beautiful energy of a person. We started with some fun peach and hibiscus mocktails, then had bread, caesar salad, and French onion soup. For our entrees we had the Double Cut Pork Chop and the Mussels Fra Diavolo which were delicious! I’ll also post photos of previous dishes we had. If you want a special night I’d highly recommend this restaurant.
Best martini I've ever had. Made with a splash of sake. The beet salad was delicious as were the warm marinated olives. The sea bass was outstanding. The grilled escarole salad is super tasty. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
My partner and I came here for our anniversary dinner! Fabulous staff and food! They even gave us complimentary champagne to celebrate the occasion. We got the artichoke and green chili dip for an appetizer and for our mains we got the broccoli rabe dish, and the corn and basil ravioli…. What amazing flavor, it was heavenly. Highly recommend this establishment for all your special occasions.

Exceeded Expectations We made reservations on a Friday night for 3 and were seated early. Service was a little slow but not unexpected for a busy weekend in Albuquerque (the Balloon Festival just started). And if the chef was taking their time, we aren’t complaining, the food was delicious, every bite was enjoyable. My son ordered a streak, I got the salmon (with zest), and my daughter went with the ravioli. We also tried the cornbread stuffing and the bread plate. We spent $250 overall, after cocktails. Worth it!
Located just off Albuquerque's Old Town sqaure, the Season's offers a solid alternative to the standard Tex-Mex and bar food fare. The Calamari served with a red ancho sauce was good, the rotisserie chicken plate and steak & potatoes did not disappoint. Its best to make reservations if you want to sit inside on the first floor dinning room however....the best spots are on the second floor outdoor section. These offer the mild sounds of old town music coupled with an amazing view of the Sandia mountains.
The service was excellent. Marty, our waiter, was knowledgeable, on top of things (drinks, etc), and so friendly. Even the young lady who refills the water was on her A-game. Super sweet girl. Service was 10/10. The overall atmosphere is upscale but not stuffy. The food was absolutely delicious. Not pictured is the flatbread appetizer (pineapple chutney, hot honey, and whipped brie). Dinner was the special (14 oz ribeye w/elote), and the other entree was the Tomahawk pork. We would dine here again in a heartbeat. Fantastic experience.
Seasons 52 is a vibrant dining establishment that celebrates the essence of fresh, seasonal ingredients, offering a unique culinary experience inspired by nature’s bounty….
Our server, Faith, was on it! Never did my wife's iced tea go empty. The food was amazing. We were made to feel wanted. It was a great feeling. A small waterfall/fountain greater us at the door and we were treated the second we let go of the door. I loved it!
Everything was amazing ! Service was great, friendly and attentive . The atmosphere was perfect for a business team dinner, professional but casual enough to be comfortable. The food was made to perfection and their dessert menu was the cutest display ( the dessert was also so yummy). 10/10 would absolutely go again! Highly recommend!
Cannot recommend this place enough. The service was great despite being busy during a Friday night dinner rush. I was very impressed with how promptly we were served. Kristin was a wonderful waitress! The food was absolutely perfect and the drinks were as well. It's definitely worth a try if you're in the area!
Seared Bistro Albuquerque is a premier dining destination that offers a unique blend of contemporary cuisine and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Located in the heart of Albuquerque…
We found this by happenstance. We live in Austin, Texas, and this is by far one of the best restaurants we found in Albuquerque. Stuff was beyond amazing and food was exceptional. We had cowboy steak and pork chop, brie and the creme brulee. I would have to say that all of them were fabulous and if I had to rate them the pork chop would be on the bottom of the list. I'm not sure if I could rate the other ones. I cannot wait to come back here and eat the exact same menu. I would like to call myself a creme brulee connoisseur, and by far, this is one of the best I've ever had. ❤️
Y’all .. I’ve been here for about a year and just went to Seared for the first time last night. DO NOT SLEEP ON IT. I feel like it’s so hard to find people in the service industry that are actually good at their jobs nowadays. Christopher was top notch! The wine was delicious and the food was amazing. The menu has tweaks by the chef that are changed nightly, weekly and monthly, so you’ll get something slightly different every time. While it was a little pricey, I HIGHLY recommend. I will 100% be back before I move. French onion soup, salty, but I love salt and hate a bland French onion so definitely recommend if you like salt. Small charcuterie board, scallop meal, beef Wellington, poached pear and ice cream, and German chocolate cake were all so good, especially the desserts paired with the dessert wines. I think I found my new favorite restaurant.. that and Farm and Table
This restaurant is a hidden gem! The hummus was delish, though it had a kick to it. The vegetarian was awesome! My colleagues also liked the baked chicken and veggies. Our server, Austin, was delightful. We will return!

I was here for a work trip and didn’t have much time to fully experience the full menu of this restaurant. However, I ordered the oysters from VA and they were amazing, prepared properly with no crunchy shell that I was able to find. My bartenders were very attentive and asked me questions about what I might enjoy to eat, even though I was mainly there to have a few drinks, they sold me on the oysters. After having the Savoy 75, which I highly recommend, I asked for a recommendation on a non typical Gin. The bartender brought over a bottle of Spanish Gin, which I had never tried, and it was phenomenal. He took the time to explain the flavor profile and even handed over the bottle so I could read more of the description. Jake was my bartender and I highly recommend this place to anyone living here or visiting. I will be returning very soon.
Delicious food and very professional wait staff. Would definitely recommend eating here. Upscale dining but casual dress so wear what you are comfortable in.
We came here on Father's Day evening, so it was probably a pretty busy night. The servers were clearly spread rather thin. It may have been a bit of an off night, because parts of our experience were good, but other parts not so much. We'll start with the good. The Savoy is an upscale restaurant and definitely looks the part. It's a beautiful space, though the side room we were sat in isn't quite as pretty as the main dining room. The prices are also very upscale, though I wouldn't say the service matches the level I would expect for what our final bill was. The servers are very nice, and were attentive when they were available. But again, perhaps because of Father's Day, they were spread thin and there were times when we couldn't find one. But the person who took our order was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu. Some of the food we got was great. My wife got the salad with steak, and one of my sons got the lamb shank, and they both loved their meals. My other son got the tuna, and while he loved the meat and seaweed salad, the wasabi mashed potatoes missed the mark. We all found that spicy taste in the mashed potatoes off putting. I got the prime rib, and while my mashed potatoes were delicious, the crust of the meat was inedibly salty. Like pure salt. I'm not sure what happened, like if it was supposed to be rubbed off or what, but I couldn't eat the outer centimeter of the meat. And if any of the edge touched something else that also became unbelievably salty. In the middle of the meat it was tender and juicy, and I didn't have any complaints, but that first bite of the crust which should have been delicious really threw off my pallet for the rest of the meal. The crusty edge bits are usually some of my favorite. The table got the bok choy and the collard greens to share. I enjoyed the collard greens, and the table liked the mushrooms that came with the bok choy, but the bok choy itself was pretty plain. My wife and I both ordered wine and those were great. The lamb shank took much longer than the other food to come out, maybe 10 minutes, which was a little bit frustrating. It made me wonder if they accidentally took his to another table and had to wait for another one to come out. I've come in the past, ordering and loving the osso buco. Though I don't remember too much more than the picture I took. Our final bill came to over $250 for the four of us after tip and tax which feels quite high for a mixed experience with the food. Overall, the atmosphere is very nice, as are the servers, but the food missed the mark this time. I'd give it another shot, but it's quite expensive so I might be more inclined to try another spot.

Great place to get out of the sun and have a nice cold drink and a delicious meal. The Chili stew is fantastic and very filling. Our server was friendly and informative. We had a very nice lunch in a cozy atmosphere.
Delicious drinks in a calm southwestern atmosphere. Historic old town has an earthy vibe & this place was a very nice stop. A little on the pricey side for what the food is but a good date night splurge.
Just a reminder to please check your kids meat before letting them eat. Our son didn’t finish his meal so we brought it home. After taking a bite later on, we saw this. Customer service was great upon calling, but terrifying knowing this could get him fatally sick.

My colleagues & I came here for a work dinner! Amazing dinning experience. It was comfortable with the heating stands close by keeping the patio warm. We ordered the entree chicken, beets salad, and the fried mushrooms & waffles with added pork belly. My colleagues enjoyed their orders. I really liked the fried mushrooms & waffles with pork belly. The mushrooms were like the chicken, super crispy and juicy on the inside. Their menu changes as they mention seasonal items will rotate. I would recommend others to come here.
I heard so many good things about this place and finally got a chance to go there. Outdoor view and ambiance is better than inside but it was hot till after sunset. Customer service was excellent and we got helped when needed. Wine collection is good and we tried couple bottles and we enjoyed. Let’s move to food experience, to be honest food ( appetizers and main course) wasn’t as exciting as I heard . I had Dual lamb , meat was tender but sides were too salty and fatty. We didn’t have desserts so I can’t give a complete review. So far I can give them 4⭐️ and will visit them again.
Really cool atmosphere. Pros: -Good food. Pasta and steak were delicious. Homemade bread and butter and charcuterie board were tasty -Cool place to walk around and sit -Chocolate trio was fantastic Cons: -Our server was not good. We learned about the menu and options by hearing from the waitress at the table next to us. He didn’t seem happy to be there nor attentive to our needs. If we had the other waitress, I think our experience would have been much different. -the food is pricy which I can see why but $10 for a few pieces of meat in pasta seems a little over the top.

This is our go to place. Food is always amazing and service is excellent. It's such a nice atmosphere with amazing views of the sandia mountains. Since I can't seem to add another review I'll just add to this. We have been a couple of times since I posted this review and just recently this past weekend for my husband's birthday. Everything was spectacular as always. The manager Kim is always fantastic and accommodating. Our waitress, Dianne was amazing and couldn't have been better. Wish I could give more than a five-star rating
This is a world class dining experience, and you can taste the effort that goes into everything prepared here. Bien Shur is sophisticated and indulgent. The wine list is briefer than most fine dining establishments, but it's curated in a way that it doesn't matter much. The beef carpaccio was some of the best I've had in a long time, the duck leg rilette was also another perfect way to ease into dinner. As for the main course, you should really have a steak. Grilled nicely and seasoned just right, and those sides are full of flavor. Ended with lime mousse over pistachio sponge cake, was so refreshing and light and overall a satisfying end to the whole experience. From Kim's warm welcome at the beginning of my meal to the bar staff's attentiveness, I had the best time.
Recently visited Bien Shur while visiting family and had an amazing experience dining here. The waitstaff were friendly and helpful. We tried a several dishes. We stared with the Burrata Caprese and Beef Carpaccio. LOVED the Burrata Caprese as it was well balanced with the decadence of the Burrata with the freshness of the tomatoes to the well balanced sherry sauce to tie it all together. For our entrees, we had Tomahawk Steak, Pan Seared Scallops with Lobster Tail. My favorite was the tomahawk steak as it well cooked and seasoned for being such a large cut of meat. The tempura mushrooms with it was nice and light but still had a nice crispiness to it. For dessert, we had the Passion Fruit Coconut Panna Cotta which I was a big fan of! It was a nice light dessert to finish off the night. Overall highly recommend!

Amazing experience. Reservations only. Host is gruff, but good spirited. Staff was excellent. If you get there early, you get a treat of watching the chef cook over a brick oven flame. Key Lime Pie was excellent. Henry Iv steak did not disappoint.
Exceptional experience! The restaurant is located in a charming, historic building in Old Town, which adds to its unique and cozy atmosphere. The ambiance is intimate and perfect for a special occasion or a romantic dinner. I love this rustic decor. It really is New Mexico True! The food was outstanding. The Henry IV steak was cooked to perfection. I really liked the green chili mashed potatoes. The desserts were also a highlight, especially the 3 cream crepe. The service was top-notch. The staff were professional, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Despite being busy, the service was prompt, and we never felt rushed.
Fantastic, Soulful Seafood dining experience! Delicious... Scallops, White fish & Fresh Oysters on half shell ☺️ *I live on the CA coast & lived in Rockport, ME, so I Know good Oysters & seafood in general. Desert- Key lime pie, sample plate with 2 other sweets, All perfect & delectable. Ambiance- intimate smaller spaces in a historic 1800's adobe home that was converted in the 1950's to a restaurant. VERY, very attentive & funny staff that pay attention to their customers. I dropped a napkin, for example & before I could pick it up, it was picked by an attentive young man & replaced with a fresh one. Whether you love Seafood or steak, this is a must DO dining experience for you & a loved one or family members.
