I was super excited to try this place! I love trust the chef experiences. However, this was overall disappointing. The lamb croquette was difficult to cut as the breading was so thick and chewy. The lamb inside tasted okay and the sauce was tasty and well balanced though. The pork with ancient grains was the most disappointing. Difficult to cut through. Extremely dry. We ended up sending one back. By the time we got it, we were all done ours but tasted the fresh one and realized HOW BAD they actually all were. We told our server who did not offer to compensate us in any way. The chocolate cake was dry. Would not recommend and will not be back. The place only had 4 other people in total in the restaurant so Iām not sure why our meals were cooked so poorly.
