The food was excellent !! The service was good, the atmosphere is a very intimate this is not the place for a large crowd but a terrific place for a nice date night! Again the food was amazing I had the steak Marsala it was 5 star quality all day long, my wife had the 5 cheese ravioli it was amazing no complaints at all, and we had the flat bread, beware it is addicting it was so good. We will definitely be coming back!!

I decided to try here for brunch and glad I did! Cute space with very friendly and attentive staff. I ordered a pineapple mimosa and it was great! For my entree, I had the lemon raspberry streusel waffles, they were delicious! My only complaint, one waffle was cooked too long making it hard and having a slight burnt taste. Overall, great place and I plan to try dinner soon.

Esposito (new name is El Forno) was amazing! My family are Italian in ancestry and the food was what we were hoping for and reminded us of our homemade food as kids! The people working were awesome and so nice! There's no doubt we will be back when we visit our son again! Highly recommend!

We were passing through & this was a 1st time visit. The male training a new female server was great & extremely personable & entertaining. My "bang bang" shrimp was unfortunately not like any other I've ever had. I've had this item name at 3 other places & it was spicy. This "bang bang shrimp" was not even remotely spicy. Not at all. It was simply fried shrimp. As far as that goes, it was good...so I didn't complain. My friends order was decent and the sweet potato fries were on point. Just might want to rethink the name or spiciness of that particular item. And, the servers personalities saved the other. Bathroom was clean.

Awesome experience, will definitely be back during football season for the full experience. Food Our table tried a variety of delicious options!!! Apps - Chicken Dippers, Fried Mozzarella Salad - Nana's Chicken Salad Burger - Da Boss, Victory Kids Options - Grilled Cheese, Chicken Bites Service Waitress was on-point and provided several options for first timers, all of which were excellent. Overall Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area! We'll definitely be back to try the pizza, calzones, and other sandwiches.

This place is DELICIOUS! We are from out of town and wanted to find a pet friendly outdoor patio restaurant. We found this place and this was the best decision ever made! Our server Sydney K was FANTASTIC! All the ladies that works here were so good with my two pitbulls serving them as well. I highly recommend! Great food, service and atmosphere!

We are from out of state. We are here for a college graduation. Our waitress was so attentive, considering they close at 9 and we got there at 820. Service was awesome, drinks were perfect and the food was flawlessly delicious. Definitely recommend. I forgot the servers name I'm sure she knows who she is.

Another bad food experience 7 months later. The weather was fantastic and we sat outside. The patio is nice! We ordered lobster rolls for an app and they were good! My wife ordered the turkey wrap and it was very good. The experience unfortunately drops off from there. I ordered the mahi fish sandwich and the first bite was ok, but every bite after that was not good. The fish was extremely dry. We spent 50 dollars here and expect the food to be fresh…this will be the last time I come here.

Was able to seat us without a reservation on a Friday night (party of 2 & we definitely got lucky-sat in the back room at a high top table which was perfect!). Both of us got salads -the rum salmon (grilled) & the Amsterdam Salad with grilled shrimp. Portion sizes were good & generous & food was very fresh & delicious. Parking was fine with the overflow lot next door. Hostess & waitstaff were friendly, helpful & courteous. Highly recommend & we will definitely come another time.

If you’re looking for great food and environment, visit Live Oaks in Auburn, Alabama. The indoor seating is beautiful but the outdoor ambiance is what you want. Enjoy a cool Alabama breeze as your tastebuds surrender to onslaught of flavor from the region’s favorite foods. I’ve had the Shrimp-n-grits, fried chicken, and pork chops but the bread pudding is my favorite. Make sure you try a sweet treat when you stop by. Burger reminded me of a Wendy’s Baconator which is fine but not for $17. Blackened grilled chicken breasts were dry and plain with ground pepper flakes. Not quite what we expected. Guess there was a reason that they had lots of availability when there was an hour wait at Hamilton’s.

We expect solid service and food from Hamiltons, and we were NOT disappointed this time, or last time, or the time before that. Consistently wonderful and we enjoyed our server, Alana, as well!

My fiance and I were in town for a job opportunity at a local HBCU in the forestry department. He wanted a juicy steak for dinner and we found Hamilton's. This fanciful restaurant is amazing. The food was full of flavors, our waiter was knowledable, kind and very understanding to my food allergies. I enjoyed my Shirley Temples and I was highly appreciative for the beverage refills without requesting them. Thank you to the great people in hospitality careers that love their job! I had an excellent experience mingling with some of Auburn's football players.

What a wonderful dinner! We started with cocktails, I had the Lucille Ball Martini—Yummy! My husband had the classic house salad and the Catfish and Crawfish. He loved it. I had the cucumber, tomato, onion salad then the catch of the day. I loved it. Our server was adorable and excellent. We sat on their small patio. The restaurant was recommended to us by a server at the Grand National Golf Course. Totally a wonderful experience. Thank you.

Good whiskey. Bacon flight was interesting but maybe a smaller portion size and more variety would be better. The korean beef tater tots was pretty good and filling. I would come back to try the rest of the menu. The restaurant has an interesting feel and the staff are very enthusiastic and nice people.

Stopped for brunch one weekend on the way through the area. We enjoyed it so much that we stopped again a week later for dinner for a second trip through Auburn. Got the bacon flight both times. All other dishes were really good. It's in a great area, friendly staff, good quality food.

We were able to find two seats at the bar on a Friday night for dinner and drinks. Good variety of beers and excellent selection of whiskey and whiskey cocktails. Food was also too notch. Highly recommend.

Quiet and great service. No charge to valet your car if you’re there for the restaurant. Everything was fresh and delicious but I could eat that salad every day for the rest of my life it was soooo good.

Went with family for Sunday brunch. Love the Auburn Hotel, and I've heard great things about their restaurant. Food was delicious, and the local vegetables were amazing. Our server James was great and patient as we were a big crowd.

Kind service, Good atmosphere. One of the best place for brunch or dinner in Auburn area. I like their food because of the layer of flavor. Also less sodium using then other restaurants. I would go there if I need some place to take someone important to me.

I was traveling for work and was in need of a late night meal, and I stumbled upon this hole in the wall. The staff is very kind, and the food is good! I got the Lamb Gyro combo. The seasoning on the fries added a nice and unique flavor that I’m not typically used to. The inside of the establishment does need some updating, but I was able to dine in just fine and enjoyed my meal overall.

Food was delicious, and they have Halal options! The place is unassuming but you could tell they’re going to have great food. I had the lamb and it along with the fries were seasoned well. The gentleman I spoke to was polite and took time to give his recommendations. I highly recommend you check it out, if you’re looking for something halal or just want a good eat. Just make sure to tell them you want it halal.

Great place to grab a bite to eat! I had a lamb steak gyro combo. Lamb was tasty, and it came with a generous serving of fries. Have a friend who has tried a few different dishes and she says it’s always good. Would recommend!

We went for brunch and Sara Kate took amazing care of us - she’s a star! The restaurant is very cute: modern bistro, very clean, but loud (no music, just chatter) The brunch menu had a bit of everything. The food was good, large portions, and came out hot. We had the banana bread toast starter (sweet, great); the burger (super juicy with great flavor); the French toast (very sweet, yummy); the chicken waffle bene (very wet due to the gravy which made the chicken and waffle soggy, but good flavor and came with a huge portion of potatoes; classic breakfast (great). We had a kid with us and there aren’t a lot of kid-friendly/plain options, so it’s more adult-friendly. The price was a bit high = $40/person after tip with no alcohol It was a fun time, we’d definitely go back

They were not only skilled at crafting delicious drinks but also brought incredible energy and friendliness to the experience. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our visit unforgettable. We had an absolute blast and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend Lucy’s for a fantastic night out!

Best experience for breakfast ever! Had the brioche French toast and it was so delicious, the whipped cream was the best I’ve ever had. I ate so fast! The atmosphere definitely is a million out of five, whoever is the interior designer needs to design every building in the world. An absolutely adorable and chic place to eat. Everyone is so sweet and charming. I don’t live here but if I did, I would visit again… and again.. and again.

Acre in Auburn exceeded all expectations during our visit. Cody, our bartender and server, delivered exceptional service throughout the night. His knowledge of the menu and attention to detail made our dining experience unforgettable. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and every dish was perfectly prepared and flavorful. From start to finish, Cody’s professionalism and friendly demeanor truly stood out. We highly recommend Acre and will definitely return for another outstanding meal. Five stars all the way!

Great meal, stellar service and upscale atmosphere. I ordered the boudin balls, okra and redfish. Generous portions for the starter and vegetable. The redfish was tasty but at 4 times the cost of the starter - I wish I had just ordered more starters! I also thought the fried potatoes made for an odd side to the fish - maybe a vegetable or rice? Dessert was the peanut butter pie which came recommended by a friend. Highly recommend but I wish it was colder! Overall- if you want a stellar meal with a corresponding price tag, acre is great!

Went here after a graduation for lunch. Very nice place, and it feels very comforting to be there. We started off with the OaK Chartruiere Board. It has pimento cheese, dry blue cheese, lamb ,pulled pork, and homemade crackers, and everything we tried was terrific. The pimento cheese was a stand-out. For lunch, i ordered the Cuban and fries. The flavor was good but not as good as i expected. But the fries were good. My wife and daughter ordered the chicken fried chicken. The chicken and mashed potatoes were as good as any I've eaten anywhere! The other entrees we tried were the fish tacos, blackened shapper, briaket meatloaf, and burger. For desserts, we tried the dessert board with the chocolate cake, blueberry shortcake, and peach upside down cake. We also ordered the peanut butter pie. Every single one was fabulous, but the peanut butter pie was another level. It was like it had a banana merengue that heated up. All in all, it was a great place to eat, and we would definitely go back. The waitress was phenomenal!

A very appealing location with a contemporary feel. Sorry to say had several misses with the $ 100.++ meal. The Green Tomatoes were undercooked. Yet, the pecan chicken was burnt. The Snapper meal was very underwhelming and such a small piece of fish. Even though our server was very supportive, we had to send back a super cold Mac and Cheese side. They suggest they sell items related to the butcher meats store next door, yet only one steak option on the menu. Very surprised they had no fresh dinner specials or options, vegetables, sides, or apps. We will not return as this dinner option does not match their trendy location.

Loved this place from the moment we pulled up. Atmosphere is great, service was awesome and food was fantastic. We had a party of 8 for graduation and luckily we had made reservations well In advance. Place filled up quickly. We will definitely eat here again!

Probably the best in town. It’s the quality of the food, Ingredients and all around world class experience that brings a me back time and time again. No other restaurant has this much invested nor puts the effort into making each guest feel so welcomed. I consider this place my go to when I want a truly great dinner experience. Well done!

I went here with a few of my friends to get a bite to eat. After being sat down, we ordered our drinks and food. The food took about 15 minutes for all the food to come out for all 4 of us. I ordered the Slap Ya Daddy Patty Melt with an extra patty and Cajun fries. It tasted amazing and I enjoyed every bite. The four of us got the Napalm Burger, SOS Burger, Chorizo burger, and the Slap ya Daddy Patty Melt. We all were very happy with our options and enjoyed the time we spend together. The staff at the restaurant or very kind and nice. Definitely will be coming back here in the future.

Decent food but incredibly slow service. It was a busy Friday night when we came to visit. I normally wouldn’t leave a rating for something like this but the restaurant charges a 3% “culinary fee” that it claims is for its outstanding service and to retain the highest quality culinary staff. Nothing about our experience felt like it warranted the fee.

The first visit …Awsome Gage is the MAN!!!! Blue Cheese Burger ♥️ ❤️with an over easy egg !!!! Second time was not the first time for sure☹️ Burger over cooked, egg over cooked .. so much salt on the truffle fries …. Terrible, mouth burning .. not good…. First time was a 5!!! Second time was a 2 1/2 at best

My wife and I went here for our anniversary and it was amazing! I had shrimp and grits and she had the rainbow trout. Both were perfect. We split a few oysters that were fresh and tasty. Our cocktail drinks were great. They were nice enough to give us dessert for free and the bread pudding is something I could eat everyday! Would highly recommend and we will go back.

Great seafood restaurant in a restored train depot. First come first served area by the bar. Tile fish, crabmeat stuffed trout, and red snapper were outstanding. Ginger ale was tasty and martini was great too. Oysters very tiny. Dessert…fabulous. Tiny oysters were the only ding in an otherwise spectacular dining experience.

Steak, Halibut, drinks, and service were all perfect. I highly recommend you try this place if you haven't already. Josie was our waitress and was phenomenal.

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! The food was amazing!! Great service great atmosphere. The calamari was a little overdone, but when we brought it to the waitresses attention, she apologized and took it back and took it off of the bill with no problem. The salad was great! The chicken Frances was amazing. The garlic bread was to die for. We plan on going back the next time we're in town!

Let's be clear. The food, service, and atmosphere is great. The reason for the bad review is the black MOLD! This is disgusting. You can smell it in the front lobby and when you look up most of the a/c vents are covered in black Mold. I kept sneezing. This is a health hazard...unbelievable.

When I first tried the salad and the bread that they give for free, it was exciting because it's really good and you will think the rest of the menu will be as excellent. This however is definitely not the case. While I like al dente, a little bit extra cook doesn't bother me. The pasta dishes here however are overcooked to the point of near mush. The pasta dishes aren't drained properly either and have a lot of water. I got the Venetian and the breading was soggy with excess oil which was extremely unpleasant in flavor and texture. Their Cabernet was excellent and the decor of the place is really nice and interesting. It's a shame that the mains are so god awful. I would give the place a lower score for the food but whoever prepares the salad and bread is doing a great job.
