BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse - Sacramento

I am very displeased for this to be my first time ordering with this restaurant. I ordered for take out for one filet mignon steak combo and one ribeye steak combo. I really wish I had read the reviews before hand! I just ordered thinking it will be good for the food to cost around $70 plus I gave a tip! I agree with a previous review, even with doing pick up, I still had to wait a long time. With that said, our order still had missing garlic butter and our steaks were undercooked when we stated in the order for both steaks to be cooked WELL DONE. We were given steaks with pink. They just gave us anything. As a previous comment stated, if ordering for pickup, please know your order is probably going to be wrong and you should check your food in the parking lot. My food looked like someone literally just threw it together. We didn’t even eat the food and we had to spend more money to reorder food elsewhere!! When I contacted the staff, a woman I spoke with on the phone whose name I couldn’t even get because she was being very rushy and was not exactly helpful. All she said is that she is just an “associate”. So she would have to inform the manager and that I must come in tomorrow. I ordered my food tonight for a reason, why would I want to come back tomorrow? You can’t even say sorry you can come back so we can remake it?! Well, they will be seeing me tomorrow!!! So disappointing, customer service is trash!
