Last time going hereā¦and I want my money back..because what!??? I would rate the customer service overall at a 4..management does try to resolve all issues which is a plus and are attentive while you wait for your food. The atmosphere is a 5 ā¦but the quality of food has significantly decreased and the last few times I have ordered have been a disappointment. I think I will just take the L and drive to the fairfax location.I keep going back giving them a chance for convenience since I live in Woodbridge but I am tired of wasting money on poor food. I went to the fairfax location just a week ago and the food was excellent! Iāve also been to the one in Gaithersburg..also great. Itās only at woodbridge that we have issues ! Woodbridge service is extremely slow to begin with..usually understaffed but then you wait over an hour to get food and itās either wrong or cold. The substitutions are noticeable and they never give you a heads up. One time I ordered steak fajitas and the meat was a completely different cut..Today, the tortillas were not the fresh from scratch tortillas they normally have..instead, they appeared to be the store bought ones lolā¦the rice was hard and dry and the steak and chicken was also dry.. and can I even eat that chili below!??? I LOVE Uncle Julios..just not this location and will not be back
