Harper’s Table is a do-not-miss experience for anyone visiting Downtown Suffolk (or Hampton Roads, for that matter). Since opening its doors in 2012 (in the stylishly revitalized historic space downtown), Harper’s has been our family’s go-to restaurant for celebrating special occasions. Recently, my husband and I hosted a private dinner celebrating my sister’s upcoming wedding at Harper’s Table, and it was a party we (and our guests) will never forget! Harper and his team went above and beyond to plan the most exquisite, unique, bountiful and down-right delicious meal any of us could ever have dreamed up! Most impressively, Harper was able to thoughtfully craft dishes to accommodate one guest’s very complex food allergy with precision and creativity. I can’t recommend Harper’s Table highly enough! Date night, dinner with friends, or — for sure — any private party/event that you want to be extra special. The atmosphere is fabulous, the service is top notch, and the food is out of this world! Lots of love in every bite :)
