Finally was able to come to this place for dinner. As always, it’s packed here so would recommend getting reservations in advance. Really big space in the middle of downtown Worcester. We started off with some drinks. We got the bourbon peach smash. It was okay. I could only taste the sugar in it. Would have liked the bourbon and peach flavours to come out more. We also got some beers. For the appetizers we got the goat cheese bites. Delicious flavour with the pecans and honey. Then we got the street corn nachos, which were a little dry. The beans and corn were dry with no flavor and the chips were all burnt on the edges. We also got the crispy broccoli and it was really good. For the mains we got the spicy burger, which wasn’t spicy at all. Even the jalapeños in it were on the sweeter side. The burger tasted great but not what the name suggests. We also got two portions of the Mediterranean salad which was delicious and the sweet potato hummus was a great twist to it. For dessert we got the tres leches for the table and it was amazing. Great portion size and the perfect amount of sweetness. Would come again just to try out some more things from their menu.
I’m a Worcester native but now live in RI. I’m so proud coming back home and seeing all the changes. The mercantile building itself and concept is fabulous however all depends where you sit. We were first flood in the middle which was not the best. I recommend top floors or by the window. Love the key chain that donates to local charities . We came for my frisks birthday and I told the server this - server didn’t even say happy birthday nor was their cake or anything brought out. Pretty cheap for a place like this. We each got margaritas- the cocktails have way too many sugary ingredients first sign that drinks aren’t well made. I asked for drinks to be made a specific way and they accommodated . The food was very good pickle pizza to die for!!! The server asked if I would leave some e yea so she could have it??? Very shocking. The staff all looked miserable and are not welcoming. Overall the mercantile missed the mark. Step it up with better staff and a more experienced mixologist!
It was my Aunt’s 40th birthday and the place was just fun. Loved the wings and Nachos. Pizza was ok .. may be pickles for pizza not my thing . Over all my Aunt loved it.

We’re in town and found this local gem. Parking is free in the lot across the street. I love the decor of this place as it has a great vibe. One of the ways I review is what happens when there is an issue? Well they took care of my burger being cooked incorrectly without hesitation. Food was awesome and so was the service. We asked about golf and the waitress said hang on we have a resident expert that just came in. I must say I thought I went to cheers and felt like Cliff. Great job!
The food is good. It’s a burger place. A somewhat upscale burger place but nonetheless a burger place. I am disappointed with the lack of substitutions for fries. They in my opinion should have vegetables: green beans or broccoli etc. I shared a cookie skillet with my friend and the cookie itself was tiny. I have never seen this dessert where the cookie didn’t take up the skillet. But I digress, this is just an annoyance of mine I guess. Otherwise the food was delicious. My food was cooked exactly the way I asked for it to be. Staff was friendly.
I wish I had more pictures. The inside is really cool. We went on Mother’s Day without a reservation so we had to sit at the bar. That worked out great. The bar tender was really cool, super friendly and great with service. The food was incredible. The prices were even good. This has nothing to do with the restaurant but we had someone sitting next to us who ordered tuna at a burger bar what the heck is wrong with you. If you do that you should be banned forever. I would 100% give this place a try. It was awesome. Food was great. Service was also great. If I had to pick one complaint it was the bar table top was sticky. I think that’s because of the cleaning product used but still not a good thing. All and all awesome place though.

We had a large group. Our waitress was fantastic. I ordered a lobster roll! It was delicious! My friend ordered the eggplant parmigiana and it was a large portion.
We've been to the Boynton a few times with our family over the years when we've visited Worcester. Each time we find something new to love about it. The service is always great, the location and parking is convenient, and the food is consistently good. This trip I thoroughly enjoyed the fried fisherman's combo platter. It was FANTASTIC! I even ate the potato wedges which were a nice addition instead of regular fries. The tartar sauce was on point which can make or break any fried fish meal. My husband loved the burger of the month. Our daughter had the fried mozzarella. The marinara sauce was delicious. The cheesy garlic flatbread was tasty, but a bit greasy. Our son ate two hot dogs and left quite happy. Although we were extremely full, we shared a slice of cheesecake which was great as well. The shining star, however, was the apple brown Betty. Overall, we had a great experience at the Boynton!
Good food at a good price. The fisherman's platter was stuffed with shrimp and delicious fries.

We came in about 1.5hrs before close as a last minute friend chat and dinner and the friendly warm service, tasteful and comfortable atmosphere, and delicious food from the App to the dessert was incredible! Lots of Vegan and Gluten free options on the menu and very aware and conscious of possible allergies. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! 2 fancy drinks, two entrée, and a dessert came out to around $65.00 ,and every bit was worth it! We left clean plates!
We just had the best dining experience at Tasty Experience. Our waiter was extremely attentive and noticed every minor detail. The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. We will definitely be back!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tasty Experience (multiple times), and I couldn't be more delighted with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the warmth and friendliness of the staff made me feel right at home. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, setting the perfect backdrop for a wonderful meal. The food was absolutely delicious—each dish was crafted with care and packed with flavor. I especially enjoyed the new seasonal pumpkin soup and the iced pumpkin latte, which were truly outstanding. It’s clear that the chefs put a lot of thought into their menu, and it really shows in the quality of the food. Overall, Tasty Experience offers not just a meal, but a truly enjoyable dining experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere.

The food was excellent. Lots of parking. Handicap friendly although upstairs I don’t think has an elevator. We had a group of about 20 people that fit very comfortably in the function room. There was PLENTY of wait staff to keep our glasses filled. Fun filled night for everyone.
We were seated promptly and our waitress was attentive. We had Risotto balls for an appetizer and they were delicious. I had the encrusted New York sirloin (special) with mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. It was flavorful and cooked medium as requested. My son had Prosecco seafood pasta. This was our first time there and will definitely be back!
Catering Review! I recently ordered catering from Peppercorns for a graduation party, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! We fed 35 guests, and there was plenty of delicious food left over. For $1,000, the amount of food we received was exceptional, making it a fantastic value. The presentation was top-notch, and it really added to the overall atmosphere of the celebration. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout the process, making everything run smoothly. I highly recommend Peppercorns for any catering needs. Their food is not only delicious but also perfect for feeding a large group. We’ll definitely be returning for future events!

We had the pleasure of dining here recently, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the tone perfectly. The low lighting created a cozy, intimate atmosphere ideal for a date night. The food was nothing short of amazing. Each dish was bursting with authentic Italian flavors, and you could tell that high-quality ingredients were used in every bite. The portions were generous, making it easy to indulge without feeling overwhelmed. The service was another highlight of the evening. Our server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, ensuring that everything was just right. Ask for their dessert tray. We had the pistachio tiramisu which was the perfect end to our meal. Overall, this restaurant is a local gem. Whether you're looking for a romantic evening out or simply craving authentic Italian cuisine, this is the place to be. I can't wait to return!
We had reservations but still had to wait 45 min. Worth the wait and can order a cocktail to tide you ever. I highly recommend the raspberry lemon drop. Smooth as butter. Very homey, quaint, and fancy all in one. I think maybe 20 table tops Wait staff was pleasant. The ravioli Elisa was delicious...that cream sauce was fabulous!! Seasoning on point. Just a great vibe all around (love the dim lighting)....interesting location but it works! We will be back,
Food: they have plenty of pasta options to pick from and portions are huge. It’s one of the many places that I recommend people to try for an Italian restaurant. I would say some of their pasta is slightly bland, specifically their white sauce version. However, I do love the red sauce dishes they have available as it’s more rich in flavor and salt. Their espresso martinis are delicious and if you request it on the creamy side, it’s pretty good. Service: our server was fine, the food runner might’ve been more helpful than the server making sure we had everything. We had reservations for 8 o’clock for eight people, but when we arrived, we had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes before getting sat. It happens when it gets busy on a weekend, it would be nice if we were told accordingly how long to wait. Ambiance: it’s a very small warm intimate area where you can enjoy a delicious dish under a candle. There is a small bar at the front once you enter the restaurant that’s kind of more rustic vibes. Location accommodation: there is free street parking if you do so find it yourself, but you can do valet as a complementary to the restaurant. Reservations can be made through the phone or now Resy, but just know that everybody from your party must arrive before you get started.

This establishment is widely regarded as one of the finest breakfast venues within the city limits. The culinary offerings are meticulously prepared and exceptionally palatable. Additionally, a luncheon menu is available for those who prefer a midday repast. The serving staff is both affable and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Outdoor seating is available, and the pricing is reasonable. However, it should be noted that this establishment experiences a surge in patronage from Friday through Sunday. The on-site parking lot is of limited capacity, necessitating street parking or utilizing the secondary parking lot located approximately 200 feet past the restaurant on the right-hand side of the building.
Such a great place for brunch. It was busy but we were seated quickly and our order was taken by a lovely waitress. The fall menu had a lot of options and I decided to try the Apple Cider Mimosa. It was really good. My husband had the Sicilian omelette and he really enjoyed that. I had the Texas French toast with powdered sugar and fresh strawberries. It was perfect. Will definitely be back.
We had a delightful brunch at Livia's this past Sunday! It was my second visit, but my boyfriend was experiencing it for the first time. Right away, he remarked, "Good choice!" Although we're not locals, we’re already looking forward to returning with friends in the near future. Our waitress, Mia, was fantastic—attentive and friendly. The food arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious. Overall, a thoroughly satisfying experience!

Been here twice! Never disappoints. Service is fast, seafood is amazing. Whole Belly Fried Clams with extra Tartar, I’ve never tasted anything quite like it. I have the lobster roll which is traditional Maine lobster roll served cold with butter. Everything is tasty and you can’t beat the prices. The staff know what’s up and treat you right. Make this a pit stop of your journey. Walk on in and grab a table today !
We loved this restaurant! It’s so easy to find parking and table without reservations. They are very busy but they are a great team. Nice experience eating delicious seafood. So good that you will feel “light” at the end of the meal. Recommended for casual dinners!
If you haven't gone there, you owe it to yourself to go. The food is awesome the drinks are generous and staff is on top of it.

Food: their menu is selective with high-quality ingredients as well as a rotating schedule when visiting. Just wanted to try the oysters, and they picked these from Maine, which had a very saltwater taste but good meat size. I definitely would come back here to try other food options. The drinks were fine, we got a Cosmo and espresso martini. I kinda expected a little bit more from it, but there’s nothing wrong with classic making. Service: there is a 20% gratuity added on already when you start your bill. I think that’s great to make sure that the staff is paid, but I hope that the service is still up to part when that is installed. The bartenders were fine, there’s at least two of them going around making rounds to make sure we’re doing good. Ambiance: it’s gives rather a sophistic way of going to a restaurant that follows certain protocols to make it unique as they only open for a certain days and hours. It’s rather dark inside, but that’s what gives it the nightly tune for dinner. Location accommodation: they don’t take any reservations or do takeout. The parking around the area isn’t too bad if you can find side parking, but there is a parking lot right across
My oh my! Brunch at the Deadhorse Grill was excellent. The atmosphere is great and super clean. All the wait staff was clean and sharp looking. Our waiter did a fantastic job and let us stay very long and was super attentive. The food was on point. My wife joined me and had the soft scramble eggs. She just absolutely demolished her portion. I had to tell her multiple times to slow down while eating. I decided to eat the French toast and now I will be full for 3 days. It was so big and so darn good! I highly recommend this place!
Such a great dinner the service was fantastic and my meal arrived quickly. The cocktail menu has lots of options. Fish and grits was delicious and the portion was large. The fish was fresh and the flavours unique. I'll be back!

Absolutely delightful! The ramen and sushi were outstanding. The dessert a baklava ice cream was light and not too sweet. The white chocolate peppermint mousse, an adorable presentation, was a delicious surprise. We will definitely be back!
Chashu is truly one of the best restaurants in Worcester, a rare gem with ruby-like powers that draws you in with its charm, elegance, and warmth. My boyfriend and I are frequent visitors, finding ourselves continually captivated by the beautiful ambiance and the exceptional team that makes every visit memorable. Whether we’re here for a summer evening out, a romantic date, or even a make-up-after-fighting dinner, Chashu’s dark, soothing atmosphere always feels like a perfect escape. The setting is intimate and thoughtfully designed, embodying the elegance of Japanese and Eastern culture that we cherish and hope to experience firsthand when we live in Japan one day. The team at Chashu truly elevates the experience. Dawson, the greeter, embodies gentlemanly grace and poise, welcoming us each time with a warmth that sets the perfect tone. Zach, the bartender, is both friendly and approachable, always crafting cocktails with precision and flair—his Tiki drink, in particular, is absolutely irresistible! Beyond his skills behind the bar, Zach also has his own wedding photography business, showcasing his creative talent in yet another way. And then there’s Carly, our server, who is consistently confident, attentive, and wonderfully down-to-earth. She has an amazing ability to understand and remember what we love, making each dining experience feel personalized and meaningful. Chashu is so much more than just a restaurant for us; it’s a place that aligns with our dreams and inspirations, reinforcing our love for Japanese culture and our life goals. With its enchanting atmosphere, thoughtful service, and outstanding food, Chashu is a true Worcester treasure that we couldn’t recommend more highly.
Would give ten stars if I could. The samurai sushi, lobster Rangoon sushi and the tori dragonfruit sushi were out of this world! Our server Katie couldn’t have been nicer! Also the fried chicken bao and the two delicious ramen bowls stuffed our bellies . Also the Tokyo craft cocktails were so sweet and unique. Got dessert to go! Street parking was easy to find too

I think the atmosphere is great for a bigger party, to share the tapas. I feel like each time I have gone, the food has always been good but a bit underwhelming for the portion size and price. It's a place I go to once a year around Christmas with some friends. It's worth the try for the experience.
Delicious food in a beautiful setting. Ordered the lamb chops, pork meatballs, grilled steak, mushroom and risotto, shrimp, and the salmon special. All were delicious! I think the lamb chops and mushrooms were my favorite with the meatballs being a close third. Only my second time being here, don't live in the area, but anytime I'm in Worcester, I'll be stopping by.
Venison, and the Lamb lolly pops are very desirable and tasty. The brisket plate was warm, inviting. The Spanish food is creative with beautiful small plates experience. The Duck Pastrami is extremely tasty and desirable for a tasty snack. All while celebrating my partners birthday.

My wife and I had tried to come here once before but it was so busy we couldn’t get in! We finally got to try it and it was worth the wait. The drinks and food were excellent and the bar staff were very kind. I’d recommend trying to make a reservation for weekends, but we had no issue getting in on a Thursday night.
I’ve been telling people, “I hear they have the best mac and cheese in Worcester” only to go here and be disappointed when I finally tried it myself! The shells and sauce were not at all consistent, the croutons were filled with oil from the melting cheese on top, and there was no strong flavor besides the crisp edges of cheese falling over the edge of the cup! It resembled an at-home creation, and my quest for the best mac and cheese continues. We also had the chicken and the eggplant sandwiches, which were also just OK. The fries were nice and crispy. The wings were giant and had a lot of meat on them. Our drinks were excellent! I got the seasonal Charli’s Apples drink and it was super refreshing and tasteful, like taking a bite out of a green apple. I anticipate coming back, but only for a drink, or perhaps for brunch.
Tried out Armsby Abbey for brunch today. Was very disappointed with the service and prices. We got there and we're seated 20 minutes before the waitress came over. The food tasted good not steller and the prices for what they give you for portions weren't great. Again food tasted good but wouldn't visit for brunch again.

The food and service were amazing. We started with the Skillet Corn Bread & Arancini. The corn bread was moist and very flavorful. The Arancini balls were the prefect crispness on the outside and tender on the inside and the dipping sauce was amazing. I had the Pimavera and added chicken. The sauce was perfect and the serving size was more than adequate. Had enough for a small lunch the next day. My husband had the CBR Flatbread. The flavor blend was perfect.
Food: They had a smaller menu because it was an event for brunch. The french toast waffle was pretty good with just the right amount of crisp and softness. The steaks were cooked perfectly but kind of small portions. The special flatbed which was BLT was a bit overbearing with loads of lettice and tomatos but the bacon & chipotle ranch helps balance it out. I don't think much cheese was added. The drinks were solid, blended flavors were perfect. Service: Our server was good, she got out drinks and food prompty. However, I had called a week ago to make a reservation and I guess who ever answered to take it forgot to put it on bc when we arrive, our names were not on the reservation the day of. We still manage to get a table since it wasn't too busy yet. They don't have an online system and they don't answer on emails so your best bet is to call for reservations. Ambiance: It was during a 90's event so there was a DJ/music going with crowd going. Pretty loud, I could barely hear my friends while sitting right across and it almost felt like a day club. Some people were obnoiously screaming so if you plan to come during these events, just know it's really really loud. Location accommodation: Its on green st near the polar park and many other resturants, and businesses are that you can walk around to take a look.
Great food, great vibes, and beautiful drinks! I’ve been a few times now and tried a few items off of the menu and I’ve never been disappointed. The arancini was nice and crispy and had a fantastic sauce. Highly recommend!

We had to get our food quickly before an event. The waiter was great and discussed options for quickness. The food came out fast. We made our event on time.
Good food, great drinks, amazing service! If I lived in the area I'd go more often! We just dropped by after our convention, and had a great time. Our waitress was so sweet and funny!
The meal I had, steak and cheese with a side of mac and cheese was so yummy I forced myself to gobble it all down even though I was full, I simply knew it wouldn’t reheat as well as leftovers. My server, Madeline was an absolute DOLL and made sure we were happy throughout the evening. She made the entire table giggle with her enthusiasm. Overall wonderful experience, would eat there again.
