Had initially ordered the Chicken and Prosciutto Melt and fries for take out and it was pretty good (minus a soggy bottom) so I wanted to come in and try some other things on the menu. The atmosphere and service were decent. The Prime Rib Grilled Cheese Bites were good but a little soggy on the bottom. However, I was disappointed in the Crab Rangoon Fries. It looked pretty but it was literally fries topped with imitation crab (not “lump crab” as on menu) with sweet chili sauce and scallions. Would not get again. Definitely not worth the money in my opinion. Still debating if we’d give this place another shot.
The bar is lovely and wide with quite a few seats to have a couple of drinks and a bite to eat, which we did gladly. Service is excellent and the food is very good. Our only grumble is the number of beers on tap. When we went, it looked like there were a number of lines that weren't operational. The lasagna bites and poke tuna rice bowl were very good: tasty and prepared as described. The rice bowl could have used just a little more aioli, but still tasted very good.
What a gem! This restaurant hits all the marks for a perfect dining experience. The food is absolutely delicious, with every bite bursting with flavor. Their drinks selection is impressive, offering something for every palate. The vibes here are unmatched - cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or a romantic date night. And the staff? They're incredible - friendly, attentive, and always ready with a smile. Can't recommend this place enough!

Somewhat old fashioned ‘red sauce’ Italian place. Great location with plenty of parking! First time eating there was excellent. Food is surprisingly good. Service was excellent. Salmon is recommended. Second time experience was less stellar. The table kept slapping me in the thigh as the ‘leaf’ dropped down periodically. Wait staff was oddly desultory. Food was less satisfying and Margherita was ordinary. Didn’t come as ordered. Will try again
Ordered for the first time from here tonight. I got a Margherita pizza. The picture they advertise the pizza with looked like a classic margherita pizza (sauce, mozzarella, oil, and basil) they also advertise as a deck oven thick crust pizza. When my pizza arrived it was so dry, was all thick doughy crust, and it had some sort of sour tasting chunky cheese on it, plus the mozzarella…clearly not a classic margherita My boyfriend got the fish and chips, the fish was an odd consistency with over kill with the batter.
Good portions and reasonable prices. It isn't LOUD! We could talk at the table. I hate it when I cannot hear someone sitting at my table! The wait staff were cheerful and attentive. We will Definitely return!

We recently took our family of five to Tennessee’s BBQ in Braintree, and it was such a fun experience! From the moment we walked in, the place felt like the real deal. We ordered the Family Pak, which is supposed to feed four, but it was perfect for us with a little extra for our hungry crew. Ribs, pulled pork, and a spread of four sides came out looking mouthwatering. Our little baby couldn’t wait to try the ribs! You could see the excitement on her face as she eyed the plate, and we couldn’t blame her. Then, our older ones got into the sauce like pros, and let’s just say there was a lot of laughing (and some pretty epic BBQ messes) at our table! But oh, the food! The flavors were smoky and rich, exactly what you hope for in good BBQ. The ribs were tender and fell off the bone, the pulled pork was packed with flavor, and every side we tried hit the spot. The only little thing? The smoky aroma from the kitchen filled up the whole lobby and left us smelling like BBQ for the rest of the day—but honestly, it was worth it for such a great meal. If you’re craving real BBQ, this is the place to go!
Out. Of. This. World. Got a quarter Caribbean chicken with corn bread, Mac and cheese, and dirty rice. Chicken was flavorful, huge portion even as a quarter. Dirty rice was so flavorful and a bit spicy, mac had great texture (not too wet,) and cornbread was supple and fresh. All of this is even more impressive considering I paid less than 15$ for the plate and a drink.
Pretty nice restaurant for that type of food and vibe. Convenient location near a shopping center with a free parking lot. Clean restroom, comfortable seating, there's outlets near some tables and there's password protected wifi, very helpful for people who need to work on a laptop. Good service, fair prices. But only 4 stars because the food is served in disposable plates and utensils, and sadly the plates are made of Styrofoam. That stuff is terrible for the environment, takes forever to decompose, and releases carcinogens :-/ I'd much rather eat with real plates and utensils. Also, the fountain sodas are weird and way too sugary, and the music is upbeat but too loud, not relaxing. So overall not amazing, but good experience.

Abby was so helpful. The food was awesome, and so beautiful and delicious. I had the shrimp with zucchini and cauliflower with a tomato cream sauce. My bestie had the fried haddock with greenbeans and roasted potatoes. We both ordered the lemon cake and dessert to go, came with sliced strawberries and blues. It was like a light sponge cake with a thick lemon crud type topping, it was very tart. But delicious.
Great customer service and amazing food love it and highly recommended
For years, I drove right by this place, thinking it was a strip mall dive bar with food. One day, in desperation due to the lack of decent places to eat in our area, we stopped in - and woah! Nice ambience, great service, delicious homemade hummus, and the best veal parm on the south shore (and probably better than anything in the city). The menu isn’t huge, and neither is the bar selection, but what they do offer, they do it right! Everyone there is super professional, which is a breath of fresh air and somewhat of an anomaly these days. I love it.

This place is great to go on a nice warm day. The outside seating give you the opportunity to soak in good weather and people watch. The side of the restaurant has large windows that open up into the bar area. Food: The first time I can here we were just passing by and popped in for a drinks and dessert. I can highly recommend the ice cream and churros. They second time we got real food to go with our dessert. Again the dessert (this time a skillet cookie and ice cream) was also very good. I'd also recommend the Honey Mustard Chicken Salad and the steak tip sandwich. Service: Always had friendly servers. It can get very busy though, especially outside so be aware. Parking can be a bit of a task - there is a small lot immediately in front of the restaurant and a small lot to the side. This place is in the heart of Braintree on a main road so can get a bit busy. Can't wait to visit again in warm weather!
So to begin, this place has plenty of TVs as advertised. Maria was our waitress and Kelsey, I hope I'm spelling her name correctly, was the bartender. We order our food based on Maria's recommendations and how she likes it, and she did not disappoint. Chicken dominico with mashed potatoes, fiya! Had plenty, and i mean plenty mushrooms. Kelsey, the bartender tonight was awesome. I got the double black johnnie, and she didn't disappoint. My homie gotDon Julioo and Lemonade, She had him sipping on that one glass. Overall, I enjoyed it. I will be returning to this spot and look forward to hanging out with ladies. Appreciate the amazing service and food.
Great food, service was on point. Definitely miss the outdoor seating, that was a nice touch

The restaurant is beautiful, however, I can’t say the same about my experience with the server or the food tonight. I ordered the main course, the Lasagna, which took over half an hour to come. Normally, I am fine with waiting however long it takes for homemade food to be prepared and served. However, my server never wrote my order down and ended up serving me Ravioli. I sent the plate back, and my Lasagna finally came after waiting nearly an hour. The server also kept asking me if I wanted complimentary bread and pesto sauce, I said yes, but she never served it. When the Lasagna finally came, I could tell it was homemade. However, I could also tell it was not fresh. The layer of cheese on top was steaming hot, while inside the Lasagna was cold. This tells me it was prepared beforehand and then heated in the microwave or oven, hence the cold inside and hot on top. I will say that the appetizer (Eggplant Parmigiana in the photo below) was pretty good. Other than that, I’m left disappointed and hungry as I only ate half of my cold Lasagna.
Tried chicken parmigiana and broccoli rabe with sausage with homemade pasta the first time and it was spectacular. Tried the veal saltedboca the second time and it was delicious!!! The polenta was on another level! Don’t leave without trying the semifredo for dessert; will not be disappointed! Service was fantastic on both visits! Our waitress couldn’t have been nicer. Will be back to try more options.
Went here for an impromptu birthday dinner and it was wonderful. We got the chicken parm and fettuccine boscaiola both delicious. Our waitress was so accommodating as she let us substitute the sausage for grilled chicken in the fettuccine dish. They had live music on the bar side where we were sitting which was really nice. Will definitely be coming back!

Cool atmosphere. Server was very helpful in explaining. Got their cod meal plus fish and chips. Honestly, neither were very good. Very bland fish and small portions for the price. Got spicy cucumber margarita which was delicious.
We had a delicious dinner the other night! I requested a booth by the window, so we had a beautiful skyline view on one side, and a view of the open kitchen on the other. We ordered oysters (wellfleets, so delicious), calamari, steamers (you MUST get these, this New Yorker is hooked and forever changed), the crab cake combo dinner with grilled shrimp and scallops and I got the stuffed lobster tails which were delicious. We got a slice of cheesecake to go, and walked out with big smiles and full bellies.
Awesome selection of various seafood around this area! They offer indoor and outdoor seating with pets allowed inside or out! The fisherman's platter was very fresh and really enjoyed the squid rings especially in that soy sauce! They have a couple of japanese dishes including ramen and sushi, however on my visit they didnt seem to be available which was unfortunate... Our server was really friendly and had a australian accent if I remember, but she was fun and took our order easily and even made drink recommendations! I tried out their clam chowder which was amazing and the tuna burger. The tuna burger unfortunately crumbled away under the massive amounts of water from the lettuce and tomatoes and special sauce (probably based on thousand island) but still had tons of flavor to it. The fries were still pretty good! I also loved the watermelon + vodka which was easy to drink. Overall its more pricey than other seafood resturants i tried recently but they also have other locations i saw including multiple in airports and other states but the service and food live up to that standard well.
Jake n JOES Sports Grille in Braintree is a vibrant and welcoming sports bar and restaurant that combines the excitement of a game day atmosphere with delicious dining options….
We live in Braintree but have never visited this little gem until just recently. We were pleasantly surprised at how awesome it was! I got the steak tip dinner which was delicious (except for the Broccoli that could have used more time to cook) Our server (we sat at the bar) Sheena was delightful and didn't leave us waiting for anything. She told us about the 1/2 priced apps which we went back the next day to try! Wasn't disappointed!! Looks like we found a comfortable place to go eat and enjoy some good comfort food!
Great place to watch a game. Servers are all awesome. There are plenty of TVs, so there is no bad seat at the bar, and the atmosphere with the TVs and the "ticker" with sports scores and news is really cool. The food is pricey and pretty mediocre if I'm being honest. I usually stick to the buffalo wings and drinks and enjoy a game. I would highly recommend just going here for drinks on a game day.
Disappointed with my delivery order. My Cobb salad's lettuce was old... you know how the white parts get that reddish brown edge when it was cut a couple days before...If I had been in the restaurant I would have returned it. The other parts of the salad were great.

Four Square Restaurant and Bar is an absolute gem! The service is top-notch, especially with Sam as the bartender. Sam is friendly, attentive, and makes sure every guest has an incredible experience. The food here is just as amazing—don’t miss out on their fresh salads, which are packed with flavor and perfectly balanced. Their burgers are juicy and cooked to perfection, and the steak tips? Simply unbeatable—tender, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. I can’t recommend this place enough. Whether you’re there for the food or the great company at the bar, Four Square never disappoints!
Staff is fantastic, same as the food!! What the previous poster failed to mention is that his military ID was fake, it never passed the scanner. Caused a scene, was swearing at the bartender, refused to leave, and spit at the bartender. And told NOT welcome back. This place fully supports our military!!!
The service was very good. The pizza was great. We had three different types and they were all delicious bar pizza. They have TVs to watch sports.

Traveled to visit buy buy baby and we found what looked to be a great restaurant online. The chicken parm spring rolls was the bate that hooked us in! The restaurant is gorgeous inside and a friendly staff.. the food tasted like it a much lower price point. The chicken parm spring rolls were certainly not hand made atleast not recently. The bread served after sitting is dry with a dusting of cinnamon and plain butter in a little bowl.. my burger was delicious. My daughters spaghetti was normal and priced at $18 but jumped to $43 when added two meatballs! Listen up, I'll pay anything for a delicious meatball.. but these were not flavorful nor were they even as good as a frozen meatball from costco.. my wife's pasta was in a sauce that was more like soup with tiny pieces of chickenthat tasted reheated. GORDON RAMSEY WOULD NOT HAVE LIKED THIS!.. I regret this choice & I have remorse after paying my bill.
After a terrible experience in a different place we came here and I am so glad we did! The ambience, the staff , the food , the service etc was just awesome! Our server Diane was outstanding. All items were fresh and delicious. The homemade butter was to die for.
Fantastic service! Above and beyond exceptional! I wanted a special order for Pizza, and my waiter, Keith, made it happen. I wanted a special mock tail, and Keith made that happen too. Our food was phenomenal, but the staff made the place as delightful as it was (bunny ears and all). Highly recommend!!!!

Great experience all around. The food was delicious, fresh, and affordable. I was with a party of 4 for apps, entrees and dessert at a great price. Will definitely be going back here.
Tasty drinks in a neat atmosphere, but I would say it left me wanting more. Mexican Food tastes best in a small, simple place, not trying to be posh. The food was pretty decent but nothing special. The beans were NOT good, and that's my true test of a Mexican food spot. The taco tortillas were falling apart after a few minutes and that's plain sad. We won't be back.
Why go to Boston, when there is a bit of heaven in Braintree. This is how I would describe Cielo- The food was authentic and delicious, the service was warm and friendly, the drinks were fantastic, especially the Margaritas! Everything was right for us especially the price for what you’re getting. Highly recommend to friends and family. Cielo will be one of our regular places for sure!!

The real magic wasn't on the menu, but in the loo - their complimentary mouthwash game is strong! Too bad the king crab was a total bust - dry and messy. The leftover shrimp takeout, reheated the next day, proved surprisingly delightful. Our next visit will include a trial of the highly-recommended chicken tenders.
The service is always great and staff are nice and very helpful. Drinks are delicious. Our server Candace helped us with our order and everything came out amazing. Candace 5 star service.
I went today and it was amazing. Food was excellent per usual as you can see! Never busy when I come. The atmosphere is calm and clean. Prices have went up along with a few changes to the menu. The Stoneham location is my go to.

Stopped in for some lunch on my way home from a doctor appointment. They was just opening so their wasn’t many people in attendance. This should be great! I was handed a menu and offered a beverage in which I ordered a sprite. It took a while to come to a decision on lunch so the waiter left me to my menu. It was a toss up between spaghetti and meatballs or pizza! I had pizza a couple days ago so I decided on spaghettis and meatballs with salad and chicken wings for starters. The rolls were good as usual with the dipping oil. The salad came out and was blah! Wilted lettuce with fresh lettuce mozzarella cheese and a stale Tuscan pepper. When my spaghetti arrived it looked pretty good along with my wings. The chicken was crispy and cooked well done two thumbs up. However, the spaghetti was gross it had a flavor to it that I couldn’t put my hand on but it tasted very bad. This was the lunch meal that came with endless salad and rolls which the waiter never bought me rolls or napkins. Checked in on me one time in a very slow establishment. This was a no no for me! I was ready to leave a heavy tip but was persuaded not to and left the bare minimum. Not sure if they only serve good pizza but that spaghetti was atrocious!
My son, wife and myself ordered 3 different meals. Wife said Chicken Piccata was good. My son said his Chicken Alfredo barely had any chicken (fettuccine was gone so they had to use rigatoni) . I had the Chicken Parm. The parm was not as good as it used to be. The sauce seemed like it came out of a can and the portions (two breasts) was not bad but smaller compared to another (local) restaurant (that is $5 less). The presentation also seemed kind of "dead". I hate to knock them because they usually have pretty good food (although a tad pricey). Maybe I just ate too (two) many rolls (very good) or my Caesar salad had too much Caesar on it. I love that the restaurant has survived the pandemic, the help is always friendly and I want them to be around for a long time.
We were seated and greeted immediately. Our waitress Alexa was outstanding. Attentive, sweet didn’t rush us. We had a wonderful experience. Thank you Alexa

110 Grill Braintree boasts a comfortable interior with a well-stocked bar and plenty of tables. While their food is reliable and tasty, it may not offer any groundbreaking surprises.
First time here and all I have to say is thank you Sarah for making us feel at home! Great food, drinks and overall great customer service. We will be back!
The appetizers were good. We had the spinach dip, Asian calamari and the bistro wings. Then came the entrees. WOW. Horrible. We ordered the apricot shrimp risotto, prosciutto wrapped cod and the hot honey chicken. All terrible. Both the shrimp and the cod both came with risotto and it was disgusting. Definitely not made with Arborio rice. Probably regular jasmine rice mixed with cheese. We sent both those dishes back. My boyfriend decided to pack his burger to avoid sending all the dishes back. We didn’t order anything else. The only thing that saved this experience was the server, Kevin. He was kind and helpful. Through the whole lunch he was fast and professional. Honestly if it wasn’t for him, I would have given this place one star. Kevin is a server worth keeping.
