When I read reviews, it gets me angry when people don’t review places as the type of place they are. Rant over. Food was very good. Had the wings appetizer and it was awesome. Rub and spicing was delicious. For dinner we had flatbread. My wife is not a “fancy”eater so a polpette (meatball) flatbread was her choice. Onions and scallions were just right. Not overly heavy as to overwhelm but enough to boost the sauce, cheese and meatball. Simple mozzarella and shaved Parmesan topped it off. I had the pulled pork flatbread and it was excellent. Just enough meat and sauces. Also, only mozzarella cheese so as to not draw from the pulled pork. Well designed. Cheesecake flight split for dessert. Again, French martini was good, but didn’t really call for a second one. White wine sangria was excellent. Beer selection was well varied. Pour was perfect, a rarity nowadays. Not enough servers, but they were attentive and did a great job. It’s a pub atmosphere and families are welcome. Definitely a return trip is on order!
