Best Restaurants Open for Newyears Eve this year in LaFayette – 2024

Stopped in for lunch during the Honeybee Festival. We ordered both sushi and hibachi. Food was prepared perfectly and tasted great. Fast and friendly service. Clean restrooms.

The service was great and the atmosphere is ok. But, I ordered the hibachi steak, chicken, and shrimp and the steak didn't taste very good and for the price the quantity was very small. I can go to other Japanese steak houses and get a lot more food for the price.

Toki is a wonderful place in Lafayette to eat! The owner Jason is very friendly and welcoming! Great food, the soup is amazing, appetizers and really good sushi! Madison was an excellent server! They do call in orders as well.

Did a online order took over 30 minutes to get my food. Was only 4 breakfast platters. I got upset and the manager that was working was so disrespectful to us. When I called to complain about what happened I was told she was good and didn't believe me. All because she's short handed all the time and that woman shows up. Disregarded my complaint. I have messages to prove it from the main manager Tammy. Nothing was ever done about it I pretty much was disregarded and never even received an apology from the manager that did it. Keep in mind when I went and complained to the manager that mistreated me under Tammy she rudely interrupted me and closed the window while I was talking. Good food poor service and very disrespectful if you have a problem with service and speed. And let's not forget had to remake my platter it has sausage not chicken. Well they didn't actually remake my platter she just gave me a piece of chicken and a bowl which was fine. My problem was the disrespect.

Great food the people are so happy. They seem to really enjoy their job. Refreshing to see in this day and time.

They uesd to be so good but the last few morning the biscuits are either hard or chewy an this morning was the worst my bec tasted like it was freezer burnt an the bacon was sour the lady at the window was really nice though to bad I didn't have time to go back an fix it

It’s a typical Pizza Hut experience when it comes to taste — consistent with what you’d expect. However, what really stood out was the exceptional service. I placed an online order that somehow got lost in the system. Instead of making excuses, the staff immediately apologized and offered to remake the order right away. We were willing to pay as long as we got our food, but to our surprise, they refunded us and gave us the order for free. Excellent customer service from the entire team!

You can't talk to a local person. One day they can deliver to my house and the next day they can't, even though they have been delivering pizza to my home for the past ten years. They used to have the best pizza in town, but evidently they have hired people that do not have the business nor customer best interests in mind. It's sad!!

They don't even deserve a 1 star people kept walking out while we where there because the lady working wasn't listening to people orders she kept getting them wrong and the wait was horrible it took us 30-35 minutes to order and there was no customer in the restaurant took for ever to get our drinks and we ordered a big dinner box that came with 2 pizzas (cheese pizza & pepperoni) cheese bread and wings got the wings and they gave us bread sticks instead of cheese bread and the pepperoni pizza we had to ask about we was already about to leave and I watched the lady take a pizza out of a box and bring it to our table it was dark colored and hard as a brick only reason I brought it home was to have proof and I didn't want to make a scene in front of my 2 kids

We love the mini blizzards. They're the perfect size treat. The chicken fingers and gravy are so good, too!

I Ordered My Food Online … Was Ready At 5 When I Got There . At My Pick Up Time …. Then I Ordered A Hot Fudge Sundae And A Banana Split In A Cup So It Wouldn’t Melt All In The Car. Then They Came Back Said They Can’t Make A Banana Split In A Cup… No Big Deal Just Refund Me … They They Came Back And Said They Could Make It A Blizzard …. I Said Put The Ingredients In A Cup And Don’t Mix It …. Bananas Were Falling Off The Top Where They Put It In A Much To Small Of A Cup ….. So I Live Exactly 4 Mins From There I Finally Got Home After Waiting 20mins For The Banana Split In That Cup …. We Start To Eat And We Have A Hamburger Missing … I Call And The Manager Told Me My Receipt Had 5 pm On It And It’s Almost 5:30 He Said There Was Nothing They Could Do About It !!!!!!! That’s The Last $40 I’ll Spend There !!!!!!!

The store is newly renovated and looks even better inside. Staff is well trained. My favorite thing is the triple chocolate brownie.

I like everything about this place. You can tell that they take great pride in their work. The service is excellent, friendly, and professional. The restaurant is very clean inside and out. The food is absolutely delicious! They use high quality ingredients and purposely avoid using cheaper products. The size of the portions is incredible. I can make the tirzo special last for three meals. I’ll always find time to stop by when I’m visiting LaFayette.

The staff were very friendly and engaging, and the food was definitely homemade tasting. It did take a little bit longer to get our food then at some places, but the quality and quantity was worth it.

The food is great, the whole family love to eat at Arby's. I have to admit we have never been inside the place. I have talked with people that have been on the inside and they say it clean and the employees are good at their job. So I would recommend it to anyone .

Ordered a jamocha shake and was super excited to be treating myself. Took one sip of the shake and it tasted like vanilla. Barely tasted a hint of jamocha syrup. Was extremely disappointed. Threw it away. That said, the service was great! The lady in the drive-thru was super sweet. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. Despite the great service, I need great food to return. The lack of syrup tells me that the employees and/or manager aren't paying attention to quality and I have to wonder what else may be neglected. Cleanliness possibly? Hmmmm...

The service is good. Food is ok most of the time. Sometimes it’s not the most fresh. The Orange Cream shake is amazing though!

If you want to taste the best BBQ ribs ever, you have to stop here. Kenny does the best ribs I ever tasted. I think only 3 days a week, I stopped by on a Friday

The only not-so-great part when it comes to this place, in my humble opinion, is that their deli counter is kinda expensive. Last time I purchased something to eat from them, I recall being unimpressed by the small portion and quality of a pulled pork bbq sandwich. At that point in time, they also didn't have the price of it displayed or labeled, and maybe I'm just cheap, but I was a little surprised when it turned out to be something like $7 by itself. Other than that, it's a good little store. Always stocked, regularly cleaned, and the staff are all very nice.

This is a GREAT country cooking restaurant. They have the best food around here. We eat there 3 r 4 times a week. There prices r GREAT too. There always polite I have never met a rude person there. So if you love southern country cooking this your place.

Staff can be a bit on the ride side occasionally. Food is ok, but not what I thought it'd be. Your better off going somewhere else to get your money's worth.

I wouldn't normally bother to review a corporate fast food joint, but this one singular Wendy's deserves some praise. The staff were very polite and helpful and the food was prompt and hot. That is the most I could ever hope for at a Wendy's and it is NOT a universal experience if you go to Wendy's regularly enough. Keep up the good work and I hope that Wendy's Corporation sees reviews like this and awards the employees and management of this location, because it would be nice if they all could reach this level of excellence.

The crew at the Wendy’s in Lafayette, seem to think that feeding the stray cats is a kind thing to do. All it does is make for stray cats accumulating in the area. Our Rescue organization was notified that there were at least 3 to 4 litters of kittens, their mothers and at least two tomcats behind the Wendy’s. Myself and a fellow rescuer parked our vehicles at the very back of the parking lot out of the way of the restaurant customers parking, and we put out traps and cages, and set them with food and proceeded to try and catch as many of the critically ill animals as we could. All was done behind the parking lot on another gentleman‘s property and driveway and we had permission to be on his property. We also actually bought food at the Wendy’s that evening. As we were packing up to leave for the night, and sadly unable to get one of the most critically ill kittens that is still in very bad shape that we did finally catch the next day, the manager on duty, came out the back door and started hollering at us across the parking lot, telling us that we were loitering and we need to leave now. We explained exactly what we were doing just as we had to all of the employees that had come and gone out of the establishment and to the dumpster that evening. When we informed the manager of what we were doing, you would think they would be grateful not to have a bunch of very sickly skeletal thin stray, cats that harbored a virulent respiratory infection begging for food behind the establishment. The manager’s name is Mandy, and she threatened to call the police on us if we did not leave immediately . Since this conversation took place across the parking lot, it was overheard by the gentleman who owns the actual driveway behind the Wendy’s and he gave us permission to park in his driveway so as to do our good works. This colony of cats exists because people are dumping animals back there and then the employees are feeding them. This is a problem because the feeding of the animals only attracts more desperate strays into one place where breeding occurs and unwanted litters of kittens who suffer the worst are born. My only recourse in the situation is to never frequent this Wendy’s again. And I hope that the general manager and or franchise owner actually gets to read this and can take appropriate action. so far, we have trapped nearly 10 cats, but there are many more to be trapped spayed, neutered, and given a rabies shot along with life-saving medication to rid them of the respiratory virus that will eventually kill them.

Honestly for a fast food restaurant this one is excellent. We've been here three or four times and always had good service even late at night, the staff has a smile on their face

We had the absolute worst service from Heather tonight. She was rude, disrespectful & downright hateful. After we mentioned to her that her service had been bad she rolled her eyes and went back to the kitchen and started talking bad about us. I know this because I’m hearing impaired and read her lips. This is not the service we’ve became accustomed to there. We drive past 3 Mexican restaurants to come to El Trio just to be treated like this!

Has better prices than most locally owned Mexican restaurants, but some things could be a lot better. Many servers that I've had seem grumpy and not incredibly welcoming (this doesn't go for all, but a select few). Furthermore, the atmosphere is good, but not for a Mexican restaurant, as aside from some paintings there is nothing that gives any sign of Mexican culture. Saturday night is usually a karaoke night at El Trio, which while it is a fun idea, makes the place unbearably loud, where you can barely have a conversation with the people you're eating with. The food tastes good but has often times gave me stomach issues that neighboring Mexican restaurants, such as Los Guerreros and Los Charros, did not. A good location, simply needs a little improvement.

Visited on Feb 15 2018. I was greeted by very friendly staff which I’m beginning to believe is to be a Southern custom. The lady helping me was very kind and for a first-timer at the place she definitely helped me pick which plate would be best for me. Their chicken was juicy on the inside and crusty on the outside, just like it’s supposed to be. The prices were very reasonable and the portions were very reasonable. I could not complain about anything, and actually wanted to speak to the manager to thank him for the service. The dining area is also large and will definitely be busy during rush hours.

was in there earlier today , little mix up with my order but the manager took care of it and got it right! we eat here pretty often as it’s my favorite. the only thing that could be worked on in my opinion is drive thru listen a little more when someone’s placing a order (:

Had to wait for my order yesterday , but once I got home, my order wasn’t complete. Didn’t have good phone service when I tried calling the restaurant back, but the general manager Mathew text me and today I went back and he corrected my order and took care of me! Keep up the good work Mathew!!! ❤️

The Sweet&Sour Chicken was delicious breaded made fry in house Juicy and crispy, the sweet&sour sauce was Excellent right on point. The cashier was very patient and polite with good service.

Service is terrible. The order was wrong twice, and took twenty minutes give or take to finally get it. Though it was still wrong. I wanted a large drink, a large fry, cheese, extra ketchup, extra onion and pickle.

Well when you order food there you never know what you're going to get if it's going to be cold or it's not going to be done one time they told me they was out of chili pup chili I'm like okay I have learned when you order chili cheese fries to order extra chili but I want some chili pups one day and they didn't have no chili puff chili.. way too many onions on the krystal. I know they come with onions but they put way way too many I got a couple chili pups last week the buns were kind of hard like somebody left the rapper open and you know the buns supposed to be in the little warmer they shouldn't have been hard.... Stop by I got a bowl of grits and they were cold..what about 9:00 in the morning.... I have got a bowl of chili when they started selling chili again and it wasn't even hot or lukewarm. In the bowl was like almost half full not up to the little line where it's supposed to go but it is the only krystal here in Lafayette Georgia. I usually have to get in contact with Craig the district manager of the krystals he replaces everything but still you know you get it bring it home and that's what you wind up with and you don't feel like going back that night or that morning..... Service is usually okay usually is older females and they're super nice

Decided to do a cheat day & stop in for some chili cheese tots. But boy, was I disappointed. There MIGHT have been half a TBSP, if that, of chili on them. It was basically a pile of tots with a TINY bit of chili on just a couple & a decent amount of unmelted shredded cheese. Nothing like what I am used to for chili cheese fries. And TOTALLY was NOT worth ruining my healthy diet for. Went home hungry & still craving a good pile of chili cheese tots. VERY disappointing Krystals.

All food city delis are the same, the employees don't acknowledge their customers unless you're in line with the group. If the group is at the hot delivery they'll help you. If you're alone at the cold deli, it will take awhile to get a hello. Please just look at both sections. Greet all customers.

This food city is awesome, my 80 year old step mom got sick while we were in this store, she got really dizzy and couldn't walk, 1st shout out to the man delivering cokes, he went and got her one of the drive arounds so she could get back to the car, thank you so much And of course there was the guy working the counter in the meat Dept, he went to deli and got her some ice water and he was working really hard back there at the time cause they were having a meat sale, so thank you very much also, I've always loved food city, there fruits and veggies are really fresh Keep up the good work y'all ✌️

Biscuits are very dry and taste like they're straight out of the freezer. The supper is really good though.

I special ordered a 6 egg and cheese omelet. Server thought I was joking, the cook thought it was for 3 people. Most of the the staff didn't think I could finish it. I cleaned my plate like a good son!!!! This WH was awesome!!! Staff was super friendly!!! I will be back!!

This is hands down the BEST waffle house I have ever been to. Service and food was great. The establishment was very clean. The staff were friendly with everyone and each other. If I ever travel here again I will definitely be visiting. Our server was Kristie and she was wonderful store 2472.

A classic!! We’ve not missed a weekend since they opened their Lafayette location near the tracks! Our children really enjoy our breakfast dates every weekend, the ladies serving are the sweetest, and let me tell ya.. that strong coffee with a side of biscuits and gravy is just what you need!
