The food was really good. I tried the super plate " sampler dinner" Very impressed with the flavor of the items and I was not expecting the amount of food I received. For a cost of $14.99 I had more than enough for 2 whole meals ( not complaining). And the nice warm tortillas chips with salsa and also a black bean dip was really good.
Want to start out by saying Carlos our server was amazing. The food was good. Love the painting on all the chairs. We had a great time and definitely will be coming back.
We stopped here at random while travelling through Thomasville and are so happy we did. This is possibly the best Mexican food in the area. The free salsa and bean dip were delicious. The chips were thin, crispy, and fresh. The steak fajita was fantastic as well as the shrimp tacos. I will definitely come again when we are in the area again.

Small portion sizes. This was $57 including a small bowl of cheese dip and a small plate of rice, beans and shredded salad. Food tasted good but just the small size compared to price would not make us a returning customer. Just the shrimp Veracruz meal was $17 with drink… And fajitas with drink was $17… That gives an idea of break down on the pricing.
This is not a fancy Mexican restaurant, but I'm always happy with the experiences my family has here. The prices are reasonable, and the food is good. I particularly love the Alambres. This is a great restaurant for a big group and always accommodates us well when our crowd is large. The servers are always friendly and prompt. I highly recommend a visit.
The service is awesome and the food is wonderful every time me and my husband go.

What can I say other than how soon can I go back. Fantastic chicken! Fried oysters were just okay, didn't like the breading for the oysters. That chicken though! It was crispy yet tender and juicy on the inside, just perfect. Sweet potato casserole was over seasoned, could not eat it. Everyone was so friendly and even let us sample a dish we were unsure about, five stars for that alone!
I took my daughter to the Plaza today for a birthday lunch. We had never been, but she chose it. The food was wonderful, the atmosphere cheerful, and our server (Melissa) was courteous and attentive. We will definitely visit again. ❤️
The oysters were fresh and tasty, and the filet was perfectly cooked with a great sear. The creme brulee was spot on. The building is 100-plus years old as is the restaurant. It's a little dated but I believe it's what gives The Plaza its charm and atmosphere. I'll go back.

I'll be back. About a 30 minute drive from Tallahassee to Thomasville. If you like fried chicken, fried fish, broiled chicken and multiple assortment of vegetables, then this is the place for you! My favorites were creamed corn, cabbage, fried okra (small & crispy) and turnip greens. A must have is the peach cobbler. If you really want to up the calories add the soft serve ice cream. Price: $14 plus tax. Your drink is included. Don't wait hurry to O'Neils!
What a dime! This is the best place for country style food in the South and it's an all you can eat buffet. Chaching. Fried chicken, fried ribs, okra black-eyed peas, green beans, cream corn, mashed potatoes and gravy, salad and fine as heck peach cobbler make one hell of a lunch. One plate is enough, but if you require more, it awaits. The folks that work here are down right friendly, making you feel extra special. If you are in the area, make a stop. It won't disappoint.
The initial phone call is what drew us in. The greeting coming through the door was refreshing! And the food without a doubt 1000 percent fresh and hot. Everyone was on board with the customer service everyone pitches in to make sure each and every person that comes in feels welcomed/ at home. This was our very first time and we will be back. I personally hate buffets however this was different. Someone was constantly cleaning, organizing, and sanitizing. Making sure everything was presentable. There was a lady there working and today was her birthday she did not complain and she was all smiles today. Thank you all for the experience
George & Louie’s Seafood Restaurant is a premier dining destination that celebrates the rich flavors and culinary traditions of the ocean. Located in the heart of the…
This is easily one of the top dining spots in the area. The prices are reasonable, and the food quality is outstanding. The customer service is exceptionally friendly, ensuring that every guest feels well taken care of. There's ample parking, and the restaurant is fully accessible for those with disabilities. Vegetarians will find plenty of delicious options, and the produce is impressively fresh.
The grilled scallops were truly exceptional—possibly the best I’ve ever had. The Greek salad was equally impressive. The owner added a personal touch, warmly greeting guests in the dining area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be returning.
The best restaurant I've ever been to in Thomasville. The atmosphere was great and the service was top notch. They charge for water cups.. not sure who does a cup charge for someone that asks for a cup of water that's $1.29. Food left more to be desired. Somewhat greesy and low effort put in to each meal that came out.

We got there right at lunch time and there was no waiting to be seated. Waitress very attentive and helped our indecisive table to choose. It does get smokey and slightly difficult to breathe when sitting next to the kitchen window but the food is great. Best biscuit around!!! The cold slaw has a strong onion taste. Pie was decent but they didn't have any from the selection on the menu. Brisket sandwich had great flavors. Chicken and biscuit was seasoned well. Pancake stacks were fresh and fluffy. Bacon crispy. Good quality and quanity of food for the price.
Great little home cooking cafe. Food is good and staff is great.
The best breakfast spot in South Georgia. Nothing compares to the southern charm ✨️ that exudes Q. Great service. A culturally rich feeling washes over you upon entering. Everything is well done. Eggs, bacon, grits and biscuits for the win. I'm usually skeptical of super thick biscuits, because the very middle is usually doughie. Q's biscuits are perfection. I put the egg on one half of the biscuit before piercing the yoke, so the runny goodness soaks into the flaky yumminess. Thanks for your execution of good eats.

"The Tavern on the Broad”is a hidden gem that exceeded all my expectations on my first visit. From the moment we were greeted by Allen, our server, to the last bite of our meal, everything was exceptional. Allen's attentive service and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home, especially with my granddaughter, who was treated with genuine warmth. Now, let's talk about the food. The fish and chips were a delightful surprise - the cod was perfectly cooked, light, and flaky, while the fries were wonderfully crispy. And those fried pickles! Lightly breaded and expertly fried, they were a crispy, tangy delight. The buffalo chicken dip was another highlight, paired perfectly with the pita chips and even my fries found their way into the mix! The cocktails were expertly crafted, adding to the overall experience. What truly sets The Tavern apart is its unpretentious atmosphere. It's not about being fancy; it's about good food, good drinks, and good times. If you haven't been yet, do yourself a favor and pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed."
The three stars are for the friendly staff and outstanding service. The food was terrible and overpriced. Sandwich was burned on both sides and very small & thin with fries that tasted like they'd been sitting back there for hours. Fish & chips was rather small and just OK. And we've never had such vinegary coleslaw. Maybe that's a local thing. Nice people, good service, less-than great food.
Service was excellent and the atmosphere was nice and relaxing. I ordered the wrong drink and the waitress mixed something in it and it was nice and refreshing. She also made recommendations on our food and they were spot on! This was a perfect date night! Thank you for a great experience.

The jumbo shrimp are delicious! * Update* I was in there yesterday evening. I was looking for the nice young man that works there but the lady was nice as well. Food still was good
This was my first time actually coming in for the food myself. Will definitely be back. The owner is absolutely wonderful and so pleaseant. Everyone should support this place. Good food and good service!
probably some of the best snow crab I've ever had. definitely get it with some spice and the lemon on the side. fantastic

My wife and I visited this place for lunch and all I can say is that I wish we could give them six stars. This is the first time in quite some time that we have eaten food and everything was on point. I had the fried catfish and oysters, cheese grits, hush puppies, and coleslaw , and my wife had just the fried catfish, along with fries and coleslaw, because she’s allergic to seafood. We’re here to tell you that Rock Bottom, should be renamed to Rock Top, because there is nothing on the bottom shelf about what they do. The fish was light and crispy; the hush puppies were light, soft and crunchy; the fries were crispy and flavorful; the grits were cheesy and buttery; and the coleslaw had a hint of sweetness to cut through the richness of it all. If you think you’ve had the best already, think again…. Get on down to Rock Bottom and try it out for yourself!!!
If there were 10 stars they would get that too. Went on busy nite. Got a seat right away. My food came out within 10 mins and was some of the best shrimp EVER. They were huge. Couldn't eat one in 2 bites. Catfish were great as well. Super job
I stopped in for lunch based on reviews and limited seafood selection nearby. The place had a decent crowd for a Tuesday. Lunch staff was quick and friendly. I ordered the fish and oyster small plate with green beans and baked beans. The fried oyster was fairly good. For fish I selected mahi-mahi and the piece was decent sized but old, overcooked and had no flavor which required me to use a bunch of tartar sauce to help it along. The green beans were simply boiled with no seasoning, needing salt and pepper. The baked beans were good.

I have been here at least three times and it never disappoints. Sometimes you may have to wait because, it's a very popular spot. Their staff have always been friendly and attentive. You pay before you are seated and I prefer it that way; no surprises and we went on a Friday around noon and for three adults it was under $50. That included drinks. The food has always been fresh and flavorful, and the hot items are always hot. They have a salad bar that included pickled beets and I love pickled beets. Regarding vegetables, there were green beans, cabbage, rutabaga, collared mustard and turnip greens, I saw mashed potatoes potato salad and so much more. They have a wide variety of meats and seafood for you as well. They also have pies, cakes, banana pudding, cobblers and I think ice cream. Tip your waitress as well, just don't tip over as you're walking out after eating so much.
Anytime going near Thomasville, Ga always stop in and eat a great meal of good ole southern cooking. Buffet style all you dare to eat. Chicken, fish, meatloaf, bbq pork and all kinds of fresh vegetables and other side dishes. Also salad and desert bar with cakes, pies and cobblers. Very inexpensive but great friendly service.
I live an hour away from Seminole Wind restaurant in Thomasville, Georgia. I would travel three hours up hill and in the rain just to get to this place. If you can’t find something you like on their buffet, then I just don’t know what to say to you… The trio of collard, mustard, and turnip greens, and the old fashioned macaroni and cheese just to name a few, are second to none. The fresh vegetables there are soooo good and they remind me of what it’s like to grow up in the south. They have the best fried fish, chicken, etc. Be sure to try their full dessert bar, especially the peach cobbler. Yes, I’m going to go there - “you ain’t had good eatin til you go git you some!!!!”

Liam's is a unique dining experience. Reservations are highly recommended as this place stays busy even during the off season. The boards are great and the owner will come out and give you a detailed description of each cheese and item on the boards. The steak had a delicious bark and was salted perfectly. The steak was cooked perfectly and was tender and delicious.
We have been coming to Liam’s for quite some time. The lounge consistently provides high-quality drinks and great service, which we truly appreciate. However, the restaurant side seems to be in decline. Recently, I ordered a salmon dish, and it didn’t meet my expectations—it was just a small piece of salmon with a few pieces of arugula. While they excel at crafting some of the best drinks around, the dining experience and food quality have been steadily declining over the years.
I can't remember *ever* being this disappointed in a dining experience, especially one I had looked forward to for so long. My husband and I were "saving" eating at Liam's for a special occasion because we knew it would be a bit more expensive than our usual night out, and we had been to the bar side of the restaurant before and loved the drinks and the vibe there. We arrived for an early dinner so the poor service/food/tiny portions can't be blamed on them being slammed with customers, as only 2 other tables had guests. We had drinks, cheese, an appetizer & 2 entrees & left hungry. The portion sizes were ridiculous & the quality was mediocre. Take your money (& your appetite & your celebrations) elsewhere.

My husband and I tried this restaurant because I had heard so many talk about how good the food was. Unfortunately I was not impressed. I had the ribeye and have had a better steak at Texas Roadhouse. I guess I had high expectations for a steakhouse and disappointed with the flavorless steak. Should not have to use the steak sauce to get flavor. My husband on the other hand had the duck and absolutely loved it!!! The service and drinks were good. May give it another chance.
First time here, and I was thoroughly impressed. Called ahead for reservations and told them it was our anniversary. Everyone was informed before we got there from hostess to server. Food was delicious...filet mignon and rack of lamb special. I highly recommend the Yellowstone Toasyed bourbon for an Old Fashioned. It's the least expensive bourbon they have but PERFECT for this drink. And last, but not least, pur server Amy was everything we could ask for. Thank you, Amy!!!
Had the best meal of my life, no exaggeration....get the filet with potatoes and succotash! You won't regret it. John is a great bartender and takes care of all your dining needs also!!!

Had a lovely experience at Jonah’s. I was recommended to come here while on a business trip. This place did not disappoint. Very fresh southern cooking. Opted for the lighter shrimp and scallops so I could enjoy a cup of soup and enjoy the 2 sides. Fried green tomatoes had so much flavor. Not only was the food exceptional but our waitress was the sweetest. She helped me decide what to order. I’m definitely going to return on my next trip!
Amazing food, great atmosphere, and very friendly staff. Anyone tells you otherwise is a bot and telling lies. This restaurant is a wonderful place. The Cajun shrimp and grits are absolutely wonderful. Recommend it 100%, we will be back for our monthly visit all the way from Florida! Check the operating hours not opened as you might think! Worth the drive, worth the wait, worth the price!
Delicious fresh food! We had the fried green tomatoes, and the classics. Fish and chips, shrimp and grits. I would say there was a little bit of a wait time but it was worth it. The waitressing staff is good but the hostess could improve! Pet friendly patio was a big plus

Great place for enjoying southern boil. Absolutely enjoyed it. I really loved the ambience and the decor of the restaurant. It's amazingly clean and looks great. Our host was really sweet. We ordered the half pound shrimp(headless) boil and a chicken tender basket, with onion rings. The menu stated that we could substitute the sides in the chicken tender basket but I was charged extra for the onion rings. Maybe I read the menu wrong, but that's alright. The shrimp boil was amazing. The cajun seasoning was just awesome. The potatoes tasted amazing. The shrimp were big and juicy. I could taste the garlic, butter, the lemon and all the goodness of the boil. It was great. The chicken tenders were great too. They were a little dry to my preference but the flavors were great. The cajun fries was okay. The onion rings was the highlight. I am not a big fan of onion rings but they were awesome and although I had to pay extra for them, I am glad I ordered them. They were really crispy on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. It was great. The sauces were amazing, too. Our host was kind enough to bring us all three different ones and they were awesome. We really enjoyed our experience at King Claw, Thomasville. The restaurant is really clean including bathrooms which were kept super clean. I appreciate that. I would definitely go back again to try other boils on the menu.
Was a spur of the moment idea to stop in. We were immediately seated. Took about 10 minutes once sat for our drink to be taken and we placed our meal order at the same time. Drinks arrived and food arrived. Everything was as ordered and tasted wonderful. Waiter came by one more them and then again to bring our check. I'm glad my food was not over the top spicy because if I'd been drinking my beverage fast I would have needed multiple refills. Food was great and we will go back.
Allen at the bar was great. I ordered a steamed bag with headphones on shrimp, king crab, and sausage. It came out quickly, and was piping hot! Make sure you throw on the bib they give you, pour the contents into the bowl and go at it! Absolutely delicious to say the least. Can't wait to come back!

We decided to give this place so try weird heard mixed reviews online and went and decided to have dinner there. When you walk in it's kind of like you don't know if it's go up to the counter and order or if a server comes to you it's kind of questionable what you're supposed to do as you walk in. Seems a little outdated to me the ambiance there was just a dull and just didn't feel real great being there. Not to mention the parking lot looks like a bomb exploded there it's horrible to be able to get in and out without dealing with the awful parking situation. Our server was really good she took care of us really nice helped us with a few options when deciding the place or order. So I decide to get the rotisserie and have chicken with green beans and potato wedges my fiance had the chicken parmesan with the baked spaghetti and my daughter had the kids spaghetti with marinara. My half rotisserie chicken look like it have been sitting in an altesham or under a heat light for several hours. The skin actually looked black it lacked any flavor and the chicken was very dry and looked very unappealing. The green beans were really good had a lot of flavor on the potato wedges I also got were horrible they were cold and didn't have a lot of flavor either maybe they should cook it with some rosemary and salt and pepper and bake it in the oven and that'll go a long ways. So like I said my meal was not that great chicken very dry skin was black lacked a lot of flavor very unappealing my fiance's chicken parmesan was actually pretty good not too bad and my daughter loved her spaghetti. So all in all I really was not happy with my food and not sure if we will be going back or not. I was really disappointed and was hoping to have some of that great food that people raved about but unfortunately this restaurant failed to deliver.
Ordered from DoorDash and it was delivered hot and delicious. My husband got a club sandwich that was huge. My rotisserie chicken was absolutely delicious. Creamy, yummy Mac n Cheese, and the fried squash was very tasty. Portion sizes were also great. Will definitely order here again!
Great food at great prices. The grab and go section has got to be the best stuffed shells I’ve ever had. Definitely better than fast food. The rotisserie chicken is amazing!!!!! Update: Just tried their breakfast and it was amazing!!! This place does not disappoint.

First time trying this place today. Great birria loaded down with generous amounts of meat, onion and cilantro! Wonderful classic consume flavors and everything arrived fresh and hot. Also, the salsa has a very vibrant and delicious flavor, I could get a gallon of it if it was an option . They also have fusion Vietnamese offered in their menu. Check em out!
A delightful evening spent with wonderful and attentive service and a resoundingly delicious meal! Great prices, friendly service, and delicious food! Right on Randolph Rd in Historic Thomasville NC "Chair City" Great cocktails, interesting menu mix, and large portions. Also, very accommodating to my severe food allergies!!!
This was my first time trying this spot. To be perfectly honest, I wasn’t expecting much as I have never seen the parking lot overflowing with cars. So my expectations were low. However, my granddaughter chose this place for her birthday dinner with family. The interior does not have the same authentic Mexican feel to it as other local Mexican restaurants do, but it is spacious and open, which I appreciated. Our server was Jesse. She was wonderful! We weren’t a huge party but definitely had some needs and she was on top of it all. She made sure our drinks never got empty, checked in on us without intruding on our festivities, and even found a lighter for us to use to light the birthday candles. The food was delicious! I tried their quesabirria’s and it was PERFECTO!!! My daughter tried something out of the ordinary and loved it! (CAMARONES PARAISO) Infaft, everybody loved their food! As with most Mexican restaurants, they did bring the sombrero and maracas, along with a dessert, for the birthday girl. Very happy with this experience. I plan to come back and get more queso birria!

A true diner experience! Our hard working waitress went out of her way to make sure my meal was safe for me to eat, with my severe food allergies. The food was plentiful, tasty, freshly cooked, quickly delivered, and quite delicious! I jad the popcorn shrimp with a pasta salad. Both were great... my friend had a hamburger and we also got some hush poo puppies thst were the best I think I ever had. And the banana pudding..... so good!! Everyone there was just as kind as could be. Looking forward to returning and tring something new!
I absolutely loved the food. Best dang country style steak I ever ate. It was so tender that I ate with a spoon. I definitely found a new place to eat and they also have amazing breakfast too. Very friendly staff, very friendly manager. Good Christian atmosphere. I'm so glad I decided to stop there. 5 star isn't enough credit. I rate them 10 stars. If you like homecooked food, please try it.
The food and the prices are AMAZING! Makes you buy more food and guarantees repeat visits!

I ordered catfish and scallops with fries! The food was cold & greasy!! It made me sick!! For an Arnold Palmer, she brought me a full glass of tea & half a glass of lemonade, unmixed! The waitress had to be tracked down for refills and necessities! It was so disappointing! It's definitely a place that I would never promote!!!! The wall paintings were the only good part of this visit!!!
I was told years ago by a good family friend of my father's that this place was good and one of his favorites for good seafood. Ventured out here the other night when one of my visiting relatives expressed interest in some ocean fare. It was a Sunday on a holiday evening and the place was jammed but they had a table available. I went with Skippers Special of the house which is flounder, shrimp, oysters and deviled crab. I almost didn't order it because everyone I get deviled crab I'm disappointed....they taste old...or frozen or even a tad slimy. This version was absolutely perfect. The oysters were big and plump and awesome. Shrimp were good as was the flounder. Slaw portion was not large but good. My sweet potato was watery. My relative that got the exact same thing as me said his sweet potato was perfect. My sister got the senior combo (open to all ages????,) She went with oysters + GOLDEN catfish which was (according to our great server) was boneless and skinless and a little milder than the regular catfish. Hush puppies were decent. Desserts according to board were homemade but we were all to stuffed to imbibe. My dad's friend was right. This place is top notch.
Excellent food & service! Christy, our server, provided phenomenal customer service & was very knowledgeable about the menu & provided great suggestions on what to order. The food was very hot & we ordered the combo plates both broiled & fried. The scallops, oysters & shrimp were lightly battered & not greasy. The broiled salmon, scallops, & shrimp were broiled & lightly seasoned. We will back again & recommend this to our friends!

This was my first Visit and my wife's second. I was blown away! The food was amazing! The atmosphere was superb! The waitress, Jersey, was beyond amazing and a great asset to this business. She was so friendly and welcoming. She was very knowledgeable about the menu. She gave us fantastic service like no other! The appetizers, fried pickles and pretzel bites were so delicious! I had a chop steak and the wife had a NY strip. They were both cooked perfectly and the sides, loaded baked potatoes, mac and cheese and black beans ( which deserve many accolades) were so fresh and delicious. The food and drinks came very quickly in a packed restaurant, and were very cold (drinks) and very hot (food). We had such an amazing date night and will definitely be back.
Delicious! Everything was great! Take cash...I must warn you that there is a 2.75% charge if you use a credit card. The waitress even said using my debit card I would be charged the 2.75%. I didn't get a picture but the classic nachos on the appetizers menu is massive. You could make a meal just from that. And they were wonderfully delicious!
Visiting town and wasn't sure I wanted to drive 10 mins, but 100% glad I did. Had a burger with loaded fries. Absolutely delightful! Burger was perfectly cooked with a delicious grilled flavor. They had a band playing music, and they were A+. Finally service was amazing. Waiter checked in regularly and ensured I was fully refreshed. Don't skip on this place.
