I struggled with this review. For the price, something just seemed off. The food was good. Rather tasty, in fact. We all mostly enjoyed our meals. But, for example, my daughter wanted the chicken in her pasta dish on the side yet it still came out smothered in sauce. Why? They fixed it but it took a while. The fried oysters had a side of loaded fries. The fries were extra brown and the cheese was burnt… I didn’t even want to take a picture of the dish. But the oysters were great. Our one adult beverage at the table was forgotten about for a while. At the end we actually wanted dessert (celebrating a birthday) but I was surprisingly given the check without even a mention. I had to say we wanted dessert. If these were $10 entrees I’d just roll with it. But these were much more than that.
