Walking in, I could clearly smell the herbs in the marinara sauce, while watching them hand tossing pizza crusts. The pizza crust is thinner, perfectly fired, and very tasty. Do not forget to ask for a side of ranch or marinara for your pizza. The ranch is possibly the best we’ve ever had with pizza. The server Michelle was one of the best we’ve ever had. They did great hiring her. There are a lot of TV’s for sports because of the area, but the food passes for boutique Italian pizza, appetizers, salad and even dessert with cannoli, tiramisu and a daily chef special. It’s always nice to be able to watch them prepare your food with an open kitchen. They also have an extensive wine selection and an upscale bar, but the seating experience is some of the nicest you’ll find in the area, and the food is definitely top tier in Goodletsville! If you go with a group and buy the large pizzas to split, you can save money this way too. Each salad can be split between 2 people also if preferred as it is quite large. We definitely hit the jackpot in the Goodlettsville area visiting here. Go here if you like specialty Italian pizza, salad and desserts. Or order the standard Supreme which will greatly surpass the average Supreme pizza you generally come across, as it comes with nice fresh veggies and a much higher quality sausage.
