Absolutely loved our experience at Sage & Barrel Craft Eatery!! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a casual meal or a special occasion. The menu features a fantastic selection of scratch made & fresh ingredients, and every dish we tried was bursting with flavor. We highly recommend the Fish & Chips and the Salmon with Brussels. Renee D and the entire staff were attentive and knowledgeable, providing excellent service without being intrusive. We also enjoyed the owner stopping by our table to find out how everything was tasting. Overall, this place is a hidden gem that elevates the dining experience with its commitment to quality and freshness. We can't wait to return and try many other items on their menu. New favorite spot!
We recently celebrated a birthday dinner at Sage & Barrel Craft Eatery, and it was an unforgettable experience. The restaurant beautifully blends contemporary flair with traditional recipes, making each dish feel both familiar and fresh. From the moment we walked in, the casual fine dining atmosphere set the perfect tone for our celebration. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff. Sage & Barrel Craft Eatery delivers on all fronts: exceptional food, a warm and inviting atmosphere, and outstanding service. It's a dining experience that leaves you eager for your next visit. We will for sure be back!
We live just up the street and used to go to this location when it was Bar Vinedo. Originally, it was excellent however it steadily went downhill over the last few years I until it closed. When Sage and Barrell moved in, we were skeptical at first simply because of the poor experience from the previous restaurant. We waited a couple of months to try it out so they could work through some of the new restaurant kinks. Long story short, we are glad we waited Right off the bat, proper and effective management of the hostess station. Friendly welcome and seated before the quoted time (~10minutes). The cocktails were good, a touch light on the spirits in my opinion, but good. My wife has the Banana Bread Bourbon and I had the Jalapeno Margarita. Normally not a fan of spicy cocktails, this has the right balance of heat and refreshment. Both appetizers were top notch, delicious beer cheese fries and crispy shrimp. The Bourbon Gouda burger was good, but the plate was a little underwhelming visually. To be fair, I asked for a side of veggies since we already had fries. Overall we were very happy and would definitely come back!

This place was so impressive for a dog friendly restaurant. I actually did a TikTok about it. They have collars hanging from the ceiling and photos of dogs everywhere. They have a huge dog, friendly patio. And honestly, the staff was really friendly and casual, which I appreciate in a bar setting.
Uncle Bear's was a great place to stop for lunch. Great food, excellent service and comfortable atmosphere. Serving sizes are huge. I loved all the pics of the many loved dogs on the walls!
Took forever to have our order taken. Took even longer before we were served. I ordered the spicy fajita salad with chicken. And when he put down the plate full of chicken I had to ask him what it was because it didn't look like chicken. And it was definitely overcooked. I don't mind a little char. But this was third degree burns. And it really just didn't taste very good, what I could eat of it. The description on the menu said it was romaine lettuce but this was all that crazy weed stuff you get out of your backyard. And none of it was cut into bite size pieces. Also, the ranch dressing was as thin as milk and not very flavorful. My girlfriend's coleslaw was warm and unremarkable. Her fish tasted funny and her french fries were okay at best. On the plus side, the diet Coke's tasted pretty good and we enjoyed looking at the pictures of dogs on the wall. We will not be returning...

Atmosphere is authentic Mexican, you do feel like you're in another country. Food is great, servuce & servers are good. Was seated & received chips & salsas rather quick. Had to wait a bit before server came to take drink order. Placed drink & meal order & was shocked how quickly the food came out (within 5 minutes). It was a delicious meal. My husband enjoyed his prickly pear margarita. It is a great place & we found the prices were decent for the great food offered.
Love ❤️ their chicken enchiladas!! Chile Relleno is awesome!! Always good consistent. Family owned and not a chain. Definitely check it out.
The hostess was very nice. Our waitress was awesome. The tortilla chips and salsas were great! The taquitos were great! Even the water here was good. It didn't taste like chemicals like at most restaurants. Really enjoyed the atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

The food tasted very good. Service was very good. They came and picked up our empty tray. The pickle was flimsy. That is the only downer.
I love this place - it’s my go-to restaurant for lunch or dinner. You can customize anything very easily. The app is user friendly, and I’ve only had great service. I often come and setup my laptop and work for a few hours.
The food is really good, but the service has declined significantly in the past few months. They have installed two self-order kiosks, so there is no interaction with the staff if you have questions about the menu. One evening there was a sign that said they were short staffed, we understood that, but while we prefer not to use the kiosk we watched as a staff member was prepping cookies at 7pm at night instead of helping customers. So we left. The next weekend we stopped by to give it another try, and ended up waiting 27 minutes for our take home after we had ordered. We had a customer that ordered after us, he left and went shopping , came back in and couldn’t believe we were still waiting . He then got his order before us. Although they were well staffed this night, only one person was packing the orders and the orders backed up on the kitchen countertop. This staff member had no desire to hustle, nor did any other staff member step in to help disperse the orders. I love the food but can’t handle slow, poor, and the “self-serve” service. It’s unfortunate.

The best part of this venue is the views and atmosphere. We went on a weekend evening to grab a bite to eat and a chilled time. When we arrived we noticed all the golf carts outside and on entering the bar and restaurant it was full of golfing attired residents - no need to get dressed up here, it’s very casual. We couldn’t get a seat at the bar so sat on the patio, it was cold and we weren’t offered a patio heater as they were in use for a party group. Our server was pleasant and did a good job getting our order in. The prickly pear martini was nice and our shared plates arrived. Calamari was nice but in all honesty I left the chicken wings - the batter was just not right for this dish, very bland and tasteless - sorry but you need to up the recipe on these. Overall a nice place to grab a drink to unwind at the end of a long week but it does seem to be more for the residents than non- Encanterra locals. We will go back mid-week and see how it differs but the grounds and decor are stunning and worth just grabbing a glass of wine and watching the sunset over the golf course.
Love everything about this place!! The staff was friendly and very accommodating, it was beautiful and comfortable inside and the food was delicious. I will definitely be back!! This is a hidden gem here and queen creek!
Step into culinary paradise at Palma Kitchen and Tap, nestled within the stunning Encanterra Golf Course. Prepare to be delighted by the exquisite cuisine amidst a breathtaking atmosphere that invites you to linger for hours, savoring every bite and soaking in the serene surroundings. While it's situated within a relaxing gated community, don't hesitate to visit– the restaurant warmly welcomes the public. Though reservations aren't always required, they're recommended, especially for larger groups, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience for all.

Unfortunately the food was lackluster and really nothing special at all. The biscuits and gravy were very disappointing, like biscuits and gravy should feel dirty and gluttonous to eat but these just felt like a school cafeteria sadly. I want to complain about the values because the plates are at least $16+ but everything is expensive these days but at least some places try to make it feel like your getting your money's worth.
Fantastic place excellent choice of top quality food. NYC and London people friendly Staff are extremely friendly and attentive The food is outstanding great quality and the portions aren’t too much - so just perfect for me. The pressed coffee has a fantastic taste and kick So Wakey Wakey time ☕️ Eggs and real bacon absolutely delicious Certainly a good place to come. It’s very bright clean and enthusiastic It’s airy and open - perfect relief from the Arizona heat Lots of choice of various styles of seating booths, tables and bar stalls. Definitely worth a visit
Really good food!! Eggs cooked to perfection!! The mimosa flight was delicious and fun to try new flavors! The atmosphere was great. Even though the place was packed, it was still calm enough to be able to enjoy your time there. The weather was great, so they opened the sliding door, which let in a slight breeze. It was a great experience and our server was friendly and stayed on top of things!

It's been a few years since I've visited San Tan Flat... Atmosphere is great, live music, wood fires to keep you warm... The service on the other hand I wasn't impressed with. You wait in line to order your food, some of the menu items weren't available, then when paged you go back and pick up your own food etc... if this was a fast food joint with fast food prices I wouldn't mind, but this is not an inexpensive restaurant. The food, service and atmosphere didn't match.
Absolutely love it here! Such a great experience, delicious food, talented musicians, and perfect temperatures. They truly mean that it’s 20° cooler inside. The misters and fans help a ton in the summer 110°+ weather. Will continue to come back time and time again!
Really cool western place for ribs and burgers. Really delicious and reasonable! Get the ribs! Serve yourself unless you sit inside. Live music. Fire pits with s’mores available!

My daughter and I went here for dinner, and we were seated right away, which was nice. It's been many, many years since we have gone to Oregano's, and to be honest, I now am reminded why. The menu was very limited, expensive, and the food as it was okay. It just wasn't worth the price. Whatever you ordered, you got a choice of chips. If you wanted something like fries, it was an upgrade. Fries, really. For two people, it was $30, including tip. So if you want okay food for more than it's worth, then by all means, go here.
Really enjoyed and surprised how good the food is here! We arrived about 5pm and had a 15 minute wait. The line grew pretty quickly after us. Service was really great. And the food was the bomb. This will become a go-to and we will be back.
Oregano’s Pizza Bistro - Pickup Order Was a Disaster; Worst Italian Flag Lasagna EVER, Overheated and Inedible a Major Letdown! Queen Creek Location I recently placed a pickup order from Oregano’s, and unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. The lasagna we ordered was clearly reheated and poorly handled. It was overheated to the point of being burnt, with the pasta hard, charred, and rubbery. Despite being burnt on the outside, it was still cold in the middle, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The whole dish felt like it was thrown together carelessly. For a restaurant like Oregano’s, I expected much better quality, but this was a waste of both time and money.

I ordered from them last week, and they were all out of fries and totes. Okay fine. Things happen. Today, I called an order in and was told 30- 40 minutes again, which is OK. What was not okay was getting there and being told they didn't put our order in because they didn't have the sandwich. You can't do anything about the inconvenience? I’ve been going here for years. But will not be back with the new owners and how they run their business.
UPDATE FEB 2023. Upping my rating to a solid 5 stars. Beers were ice cold today, selection was very good and the food was really really superb. My wife had a plate of wings and I had the "Santa Fe Melt" which was thin-sliced beef with cheese and a green chili on toasted sourdough. Outstanding. Fast friendly service. Good prices. A good destination for a cold brew and a satisfying lunch. Go for the beer and not the food. They do beer and service right. Paid $5.75 during non-happy hour time for a whopping 22 ounce Blue Moon which was served ice cold with a large orange wedge. My brother-in-law had a 22 ounce Bud Light for $4.50. Loved our server. The place is small which lends to the atmosphere, and clean. The food? Below average pub grub, regrettably. My fish and chips looked interesting with a dark brown deep fried batter coating, but I had to peel away the batter - weird gummy, bland taste and texture. $9.75. My brother-in-law had the "Skippy Melt" which by its very nature, was greasy, but that's what melts are about. Friends recommended Skippy's and we're returning with them this Sunday for wings. More to come after our next visit.
My son and I walked in to the nearly empty establishment to be greeted by no one. Sat at a table for a few minutes, still not being acknowledged. Left after making eye contact with the bartender and still not even a hello or be right with you.

Social Birdie is such an amazing restaurant! The food was all made from scratch and extremely delicious. Every dish is well thought out to provide the best flavor. All the employees were extremely friendly, nice, and helpful! The owner, Ken, came to our table and talked to us all about the menu, restaurant, and what’s to come! He was extremely kind and personable. I have not had this great of service at a restaurant in a very long time. The ambiance of this place is very bright and relaxing. We ended up spending almost three hours there because of how much we loved the environment. I highly recommend this restaurant and will be going back very soon to try their dinner menu!!
This spot is fantastic for live music and has an awesome patio that our kids absolutely love! The atmosphere is so welcoming, and the staff goes above and beyond with their friendly and attentive service. The menu is incredible, and the drinks are perfectly crafted. We’ll definitely be coming back!
I’m a huge fan of wine and an even bigger fan of wine pairings . Had the opportunity to enjoy a Robert Mondavi exclusive wine pairing, while watching a gorgeous sunset. We enjoyed 5 food courses, plus a welcome champagne glass and appetizers. Sarah expertly walked us through the history of the Robert Mondavi winery and each paired wine per course. Social Birdie’s patio was the perfect setting for this event! With gorgeous views of the San Tan Mountains set against the Las Colinas Golf Course it was an equal feast for the eyes ❤️. I highly recommend checking out their next wine pairing dinner! With the fire place going and the live music, it made for a perfect date night experience. Thank you so much to the staff for such a memorable night.

Well what should I say about this? Me and my wife got the mocojeta and it was barely a serving for one. We got to drink a watermelon fresca and my wife got a horchata all the drinks were very delicious, but they do not give you a lot of meat and the mochahate. They don't serve it right. The beans and rice are supposed to be on the outside, not the inside was very disappointed in it. It's not worth $30. I've had better in California at the sexy michelada I most definitely would not order it again but other than that everything was fine
Hubby and I went out for a much needed date night. We were able to grab open seats at the bar immediately but if we wanted, there were tables available. Barrio Queen made it easy and stress-free for me to order something delicious and gluten free! I ended up with the Quesabirria taco and a side of charro beans, which are Celiac safe and super tasty. My husband ordered the Camaron, the Mar Y Tierra and the Quesabirria tacos. He loved all the different tacos and tried out this incredible, spicy cocktail called "Death's Door", which came with this beautiful, handmade Mexican candy skull mug (for an additional $12). I requested an orange one to represent the marigold petals used for Dia De Los Muertos. They sell these mugs in different colors and they're fully glazed so you can drink hot and cold drinks from them. I'm in love and may have to go back for more colors. I ordered the "Mezcalita" cocktail, which was basically a pineapple juice sweetened margarita with mezcal instead of tequila. I got a double and it went perfectly with my taco and beans. We also got the Jalapeño margarita which was really good but Death's Door was, by far, our favorite drink because we love spicy. This drink comes with a warning of how spicy it is. And it is super spicy but so worth it. It burns so GOOD. I highly recommend giving Barrio Queen a try. We have only been here a couple of times but everything is made fresh to order. We were able to enjoy cocktails, tacos, house made chips and salsa plus sides for just over $100 with tip. It was a fun, easy date night for us and we both agreed Barrio Queen needs to be our regular date night restaurant.
I have been here many times in the past several years, and the experience is not consistent. I love the short rib enchiladas, but they were out of the meat this last trip. Then overheard the table over, they ran out of tomatoes for Guacamole. Seems weird early on a Saturday night. There was one third empty tables in the restaurant, but a wait to be seated, so I'm guessing they are understaffed. My server seemed to be over about ten tables and way overstretched. Server was great when around, just gone for very long periods when needed. Last time in, I waited about an hour to be seated, when given a 40 minute wait time. Everyone that came in after me was seated! I finally asked them, and they said they had been calling my phone number given, but I never got a call. Atmosphere is fun if you like sugar skulls for decor. Margaritas are delicious. Chips are made in their own fryer and gluten free, and several menu items are gluten free which I need. My daughter likes their chicken tenders and rice, who is typically very picky. Tried the Guacamole for the first time this recent trip and the pomegranate is a unique yummy touch. Worth a try!

A Perfect Date Night Spot! My wife and I decided to try something new for our date night, and TC's Pub and Grill did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The live band, "Lost Frequency," was phenomenal, playing hits from our youth that brought back so many great memories. Their music truly made the night special. The food was absolutely amazing. We started with the Nachos with Chicken, which were loaded with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. For our main courses, We had the Bacon Burger with tots, and my wife loved it. The burger was cooked to perfection, and the tots were crispy and delicious. Plus, we were thrilled to discover it was ladies' night on Fridays, which meant $5 margaritas for the ladies – a delightful bonus! We were so impressed with the overall experience that we're already planning to return on Tuesdays when kids eat free. It's a perfect excuse to bring the whole family along next time. A special shoutout to our server, Whitney, who took excellent care of us throughout the evening. Her attentive service and friendly demeanor added to the wonderful experience. Thank you, TC's Pub and Grill, for making our date night a memorable one. We can't wait to come back!
Crappy service! We have been coming here for years and this was the 1st negative experience I've had. Waitress took forever to take orders and would continuously disappear. I bussed our own table. Even after bringing food, she never checked back on us. We all would have enjoyed another round but she was no where to be found. Super disappointed! Also paid in cash and she never brought the $.29 change, just the bills. So I guess I tipped 29 cents more than I planned. Haha. Side note, what happened to the carne asada nachos?! Those were the best! :(
I have been coming to this bar for 10 years probably a bit longer. The new GM is a great guy HOWEVER tonight I asked him if the music was going to turned off for the Sunday night game. He said well the regulars put money in the machine for music and that’s the priority. So as always the REGULARS call the shots I guess. All the times I’ve come here this was never an issue. To top it off he said that the regular people’s opinion matters more because he didn’t want to get complaints from ownership. Owners should know they have an unbelievably great place here. When you start prioritizing one group over the other we know how that turns out. I’ve never been here and had someone say that the regulars essentially run the show. Again whenever football is on that has always taken priority. He told me that he was because the cardinal game was over that’s what dictated the jukebox having priority. Again I’ve come here for over a decade and that’s never been the case. Food is the best. Atmosphere is the best. Sports watching experience the best. However Situations like this tonight is what will gradually start unraveling the way things have been here. I don’t agree with management basically giving control of bar to his buddies. This whole experience has been bad here tonight and I’ve never had anything bad to say about this bar. But the GM is making it clear that he only cares about a small group in the corner that plays golden tee golf. They have the controls for the tv and sound. Amazing because I thought my money was the same as theirs. If the owner sees this I hope you know you have a phenomenal bar and people care about it. But your current GM only cares about a small group. I really hope this problem gets addressed because I’ve spent a lot of money here over the last decade and I don’t want to see your bar go under because of a failure of management.

The Bistro Queen Creek is a very nice restaurant in Queen Creek, AZ. We had lunch with our grandson. The venue was clean and neat, service was friendly and efficient, and the food was delicious. There's a free parking lot. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. I recommend The Bistro Queen Creek.
First time eating breakfast here! Little hidden gem in Queen Creek with a garden. Loved the food, great prices, fresh herbs from the garden on our food, and excellent customer service! We will definitely be coming back here along with our family and friends! Thank you!
I can say i have become a regular at this cute, tucked away little spot. With a friendly, happy staff, plenty of seating, clean and put together area. this place doesn’t fall short of amazing. The drinks are always good, and the food is good quality and comes out quickly. Definitely my go too spot, one of the best in Queen Creek.

We have a group of 8 and we take over the corner of the patio area. The service is great. The food is great too. I had the BBQ Chicken Pizza that is delicious and not too salty. Other ordered a difference dishes and they all look great!
The food was absolutely delightful. My partner and I particularly enjoyed the creamy mushroom and asparagus dish—it was simply amazing. The orange Italian sodas were a refreshing treat and paired perfectly with our meal. We were also impressed by the fair pricing given the generous portion sizes. I’d like to especially commend our server, Sarah. They were attentive, friendly, and made our dining experience all the more enjoyable. Their excellent service truly stood out, and we wanted to make sure their efforts did not go unnoticed. Thank you for a memorable meal. We look forward to returning soon.
Great atmosphere and Italian cuisine. Great restaurant for either family meal or business lunch and dinner

Stopped in for the first time, very diverse lunch menu and a vas regular menu. I had their hot wings (grilled) with Parmesan fries. I also had a side of ranch and blue cheese. The fries were basic bar fries, great Parmesan flavoring. The wings were very good, quality meat, grilled perfectly! Ranch was average but the blue cheese was great, wonderful consistency. Great price for the whole meal and a bonus, fantastic iced tea in a large cup!! Great service, friendly staff! I will definitely be back to try more of their menu soon.
Been here a couple times now and the place is pretty good. Food is great and the onion rings are to die for! Maybe a bit of a drive for me but it's worth it.
2/10/24: Great food, excellent service, tidy inside, plenty of parking. Lucky Lou's has the holy grail of dining experiences. :-) We had two servers (whose names I can't remember because it was last month & I failed to take a picture of the receipt). One focused on our drinks / refills, the other our food. Both guys were friendly & kept checking up on us. The cheeseburger wrap was really good. I was nervous because, a wrap?, but it was tasty and didn't fall apart in my hands. The 1000 Island dressing was a nice touch. Both the fried pickles & zucchini were not overly breaded, but were lightly friend and very hot. The zucchini sliced could have been a bit thicker in my opinion, but that's just me being nit picky. Everything was good, and yes, Lucky Lou's was good enough that we would return.
