Wow. My wife and I love Mediterranean food, so when this place was recommended to us by her doctor (from Greece), we had to try. Food was amazing. Didn't expect it to be as good as it was. Had the Gyro plate. The meat edges had some crispy bits which made it so much more tasty. The Tzatiki had a garlic kick to it and it was delicious. Even the salad was good - it tastes fresh, so it makes me think they make the salad and dressing in house. The hummus had the perfect texture. The topper was the Baklava. The Philo dough was light and crispy. So many layers of it, you'd think it would be overwhelming, but it was just so tasty, even by itself. I found myself eating the leftover crumbs. ♂️ The filling was not too sweet. Usually it's pretty heavy but it was absolutely delicious. I may just go there to pick up a platter of it for my next party, Highly recommend this place! Will DEFINITELY be back!
This is a typical Friday spot after work. Always end the week with a gyro from here. This is the best place to get some Mediterranean food! The food is always amazing and the service is great. Kataya is one of the best employees here, always a pleasure when she serves our food and always making sure we have everything we need. Top tier employee and top tier food
We did take out and everything was delicious! I called and placed the order, the women on the phone was very kind and took our 2 separate orders and everything was perfect! We ordered 2 of the gyro plates Chicago style (fries in places of rice). This plate came with cucumbers ( cold and fresh), very thin sliced tomatoes and red onions with TONS of great gyro meet ! This plate was packed full of all things yummy! It also came with a pita and tzatziki sauce to create your own perfect gyro! The gyro plate was also wonderful with the saffron rice, yummy side Greek salad (dressing was so good) and the side of hummus, YUM! Don't skip out on the hummus, we got it to try and it is GREAT! Super creamy, great flavor and we loved it !!! Baklava was very good as well! We ate that too quickly and I forgot the picture ! The restaurant is super clean, food taste great and even great to go! Looking for a great Mediterranean restaurant??? Look no further than Green Corner Restaurant! Thank you for a great meal!

Friendly staff, happy to see gluten-free bread, beautiful and hearty breakfast. Portions and prices are just right. This was more than sufficient, especially after a long flight into hot and dry Phoenix.
We were rather disappointed when we saw the sad state of our hotel’s “free breakfast” so we googled “best breakfast in Mesa” & ended up at Eggington’s. Since we were having only one breakfast in AZ, we wanted it to be memorable. Our waiter was polite & friendly, the food came fast & was delicious. We had the French toast & Biscuits&Gravy plus a carafe of house coffee. We would have indulged in a mimosa or Bloody Mary but we had a really long drive ahead of us. The restaurant is tucked away in an old school strip mall with plenty of parking.
We came here with some friends for a weekday brunch recently. We were promptly greeted at the door and seated. Our friends had been here before and remarked, "Everything is good on the menu." So we were hoping to be wowed. We ordered Eggington with hollandaise sauce, Roasted Tuscan omelet, and Tuna Apple Walnut salad. My first impression of our order was all of them looked great. My first bite of my omelet was really a WOW! If not because we were eating and talking during the course of the meal, I would have just devoured the whole thing. TC Eggington's is definitely one of my new favorites now! PS, the food we had was indeed "a little bland," but to me, that means "not salty." One thing I enjoy more than having tasty meals when out is having leftover later and it tastes just as good as earlier. I noticed my husband and I didn't feel awfully thirsty after our meals and I credit that to our brunch which was not loaded with salt to begin with.
Gus’s World Famous Fried Chicken is a renowned culinary establishment that celebrates the rich tradition of Southern fried chicken, offering a unique blend of flavors and…
Gus' Famous Fried Chicken (Downtown Mesa) I recently tried Gus' Famous Fried Chicken in downtown Mesa and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The chicken was **nicely cooked** and had **just a bit of spice**, but not too much. The breading was crispy with a nice crunch. I opted for the special of 4 legs and 2 sides, while my friend had the tenders which were large, but lackoing flavor. My favorite item was the fried green tomatoes, which were delicious and perfectly cooked. The potato salad and coleslaw were both sweet, although I found the mac and cheese to be a bit lacking in flavor. The service was excellent, and I appreciated the picnic theme with the checked tablecloths and disposable plates and cups. However, I'm not a fan of styrofoam, especially for food that's meant to be consumed on-site. All of my sides came in styrofoam cups, which I find to be environmentally unfriendly. While the food was delicious, I felt that the price point was a bit high. Two lunch plates without drinks for close to fifty dollars seemed a bit steep. Overall, Gus' Famous Fried Chicken is a great spot for delicious fried chicken. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying meal, but be prepared to pay a premium for the quality.
Food: fried stuff are ok. slaw is fine. not a big fan of fried stuff, but company my hubby to eat here. The one I recommend is pecan pie! Not too sweet, but delicious! better than the fried chicken. lol Service: friendly Parking: free on the street parking
We always hear about this place thru friends & decided to try it out last night & we definitely loved what we got. The greens, mac & cheese, and the beans were very good. The chicken tho, it was delicious. I loved the little spice it had to it. Also, shout out to Anna, our waitress.
Charleston’s Restaurant is a premier dining establishment that offers a delightful blend of contemporary American cuisine and warm hospitality. Located in the heart of the…
Charleston's is old school just the way I like it. Kinda like a TGI Fridays, but it's better. The chicken fried chicken and salmon entrees are great. I think they have the best artichoke-spinach dip in metro Phoenix. Burgers are great. Charcoal grilled and you can do medium rare to well done. My favorite is the hickory burger. Bartenders and wait staff are very friendly and efficient.
Gluten friendly/gluten free menu available. Lettuce wrap option only for sandwiches and burgers. Several entree options available with meat: chicken, pork, ribs, steak, etc. I chose the ribs with baked beans and spaghetti squash and it was all OK. Ribs came cold and seemed to have more BBQ suace than meat. Spaghetti squash comes with Marinara that tastes like sugar, would have liked a different option I wanted a vegetable not a make shift pasta side. Baked beans were the best part. Husband got the pork and liked his dish, and enjoyed his baked potato and sugar snap peas. Reservation recommended for popular times and days.
Very great romantic atmosphere for family events, date nights, anniversaries..etc. Ordered flatbread pizza (as appetizers) with filet and sirloin steaks. The steaks were a bit overcooked (you can taste a burnt flavor). Everything else (house salad, baked potatoes, and flatbread pizza) were amazing. Make sure to try the croissants as they are fluffy and delicious. Expect to pay around $50/person

The food was exceptional! The service was the same, would recommend to anyone. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of food and portions of food. The staff makes you feel like family. I also purposed to my girlfriend after, it was a great, memorable night thanks to Alessia's!
A hidden gem, especially for a place that's been there in Mesa for 20 years. The appetizer burrata and house side salads were absolutely wonderful and a refreshing take. My wife and I shared a bottle of wine from Italy which was a Barbera, our friends shared a bottle of Merlot. We all had a different pasta each. Mine was the carbonara with added sausage and I tried the tiramisu, best I've had in a long time. Our friends shared a lava cake. Ethan our waiter was great and knew the dishes and had some great recommendations.
This place is in an unassuming strip mall in East Mesa. What it lacks on the outside it more than makes up inside. Inside it has an upscale feel. The dining room is more formal and the wait staff is very professional. The food is outstanding and they have a large wine menu. I had the lasagna and it was great. It was a little on the spicy side and had lots of red sauce. For dessert I had cannolis. They were incredible. Highly recommended.

Didn’t feel like an Italian ambiance but service and food were both good. I have been trying to find good veal parmigiana. The veal Parmigiana here was tasty. Sauce was a bit bland but the parm helped. Calamari app was okay. Garlics bread was great. I would pass on that if we return here since it comes with bread gratis. A bit off but I opted for the clam chowder over salad and it was very good.
We had our wedding here in early February and it was perfect. Setting, atmosphere, food drinks and service were all great. Krista was amazing to work with - she was quick to respond, gave us suggestions, was accommodating and friendly. We will be life long customers!
The decor looks like it used to be an old Mexican restaurant. It’s OK to look at. I ordered the lasagna that came with bread and a Caesar salad. The Caesar was very bland and limp no tang at all. The lasagna I ordered with the meat sauce and that was bland as well, just OK; not bad but definitely not great. Server was fine, over priced for what it is. With the pasta, you can get different sauces but if you get anything outside of red sauce, it’s an additional fee of three dollars. The bread served was also bland and doughy. First and last time for me.
Welcome to Pacino’s Italian Restaurant, where culinary tradition meets modern dining in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Located in the heart of the city, Pacino’s of…
7/20/24: Wow. Just wow. Excellent food, friendly staff, Pacino memorabilia all over the place (well, duh), a spotless interior with a large patio. What more could you need? Oh, music!! We are definitely going to return to Pacino's because if you see the brunch/lunch menu, oh baby, we want some of that! Our server, Javier, was exceptional: polite, funny, and just on top of everything. We never had to ask for drink refills or for the table to be cleared off to make room for more food. He was constantly checking in on us from the moment we sat down, and for the entire 2 hrs we were there enjoying the ambiance and delicious food. Appetizers: bread w/ vinegar & oil, caprese board, fried artichoke. Awesome. The artichokes being fried was a new experience for all of us; we had to force ourselves to stop munching or we wouldn't be able to eat our meals. We did devour the bread, though! Meals: chicken picatta, malenzane parmigiana (eggplant, gnocchi), taste of Italy (lasagna, chicken parm, fettucine alfredo). All of it hot, well flavored, loaded with cheese, and just damn good. Again, we had to stop because there was no way we were missing dessert. Desserts: dolce vita (pizza with ricotta, blueberries, basil, thin crust), salted caramel cheesecake, mousse di limone. All of it: well worth the calories! The pizza was on the menu as being black, not blue, berries, but that was the only hiccup with our entire orders. Pacino's was a 40 minute drive for us but as alluded earlier, we will definitely make that drive again. Such a great place!
My family has been coming to Pacinos since we moved here in 2016. We have seen many changes and improvements over the years but what has never changed is the heartbeat of the restaurant; the owner Frank. He serves his guests with heart and makes decisions to improve the guest experience. Like I said, we have been coming for years.. so long that my daughter even worked there for a time before heading to college. She loved her job and all that she learned there. At pacinos, youre treated like family and the staff does a great job of being attentive but not rushing you out the door. They get to know you and remember you name. All of these things are wonderful but obviously the star of the show is their food. I havent ever ordered something I didnt love! I included a few pictures of my personal favorites! Chicken Spaccarelli, Espresso Martini and Lemon Mascarpone Cake!
Nice vibe to this place upon entry. To begin, the server forgot water, leaving the glasses provided on the table empty. I ordered a coffee, and it was chafé (what brazilians refer to as a drink that is neither coffee nor tea). As an appetizer, we ordered stuffed mushroom caps, normally served at happy hour. They were very good, and the best part of the meal. Recommended. We ordered from the dinner menu at lunch time. Although one of the higher priced items on the menu, the sea bass was mediocre, lacking vibrant taste. The steak was the highest priced item on the menu, but the composition of the platter was inappropriate because it should have a protien, a starch, and a vegetable. In this case there was no vegetable. That said, the roasted potates were fantastic. The meat quality was below acceptable grade. We ordered spaghetti as an aside led by the notion that pasta was the house specialty. Although I'm a fan of spaghetti meatballs, the spaghetti cried out: rescue me I'm drowning in sauce! The dish presented closer to a soup than a sauce over pasta. The bar sits to the left and has a lively crowd on occasion. The venue presents a large space, so if you want to dine in peace you may avoid the bar area. UPDATE: My colleague insisted we visit again, claiming it was usually better than the visit described above. Indeed she wasn't kidding. My second visit was certainly improved. I had the salmon. Delicious. The fish gently flaked apart as it should, an amazing feat considering it may have been frozen at some point. The carrots and broccoli were excellent, and the grain complimented the fish well. Asparagus was good yet the stem was a bit stiff and ever so slightly undercooked, for me. The server was attentive and extremely helpful, almost as if she could read my mind and recommend an order I would enjoy. The calamari was good, but kind of dry and didn't seem fresh. The salmon is recommended. The bread basket was good too. I plan on returning. Upgraded to 5.

Excellent dinner. Food and service was amazing. There was a very small mistake with an item, no big deal. We were not even going to mention anything. Our server and manager approached our table, recognized and resolved the issue before anything. They went above and beyond. Again, dinner was excellent. Give this place a chance. The service alone is worth it. Ask for Colby.
My fiance and I ate here yesterday at about 4pm for our 9th anniversary dinner and loved our entire experience! We also adore the patio surrounded by plants and want to eat out there once it's cool enough. The hostess who sat us, her name is Rebecca, was apparently new but we couldn't even tell! She was sweet and professional. Our waiter, Hunter, was phenomenal. His kindness and patience when my neurological condition caused me to fumble my words, misread the menu, or misplace my ID was comforting. This condition only started a couple of months ago so it's still extremely humiliating and frustrating for me when I experience symptoms around other people but Hunter's demeanor made it just as comfortable as eating at home. I did accidentally concern Hunter once with my response to him saying something along the lines of "we have the best barbecue in the valley". I think I may have rolled my eyes and I replied with an unintentionally harsh "we'll see." I immediately felt bad and had to explain that we're from Texas so our bar for good barbecue is so high that nowhere in Arizona had ever reached it despite us being told "best BBQ in the valley" over and over. He seemed intrigued and wanted our opinions on the food once we were done. We ordered Texas Twinkies (stuffed jalapenos) as our appetizer, I got the Q-Rolls for my meal with a Watermelon Cooler to drink, and Dylan got the Smokehouse Burger with Dr Pepper to drink. The Watermelon Cooler was delicious and when all of the food arrived we were blown away! The brisket was so unbelievably soft, the BBQ sauce was tasty and smokey, and overall the food was just phenomenal. A warning though: the BBQ sauce is so smokey that it may be too much for some people. We loved it. The only complaint either of us had was that Dylan's burger was a bit dry and that was fixed by just adding some extra BBQ sauce. When we finished eating and requested to-go boxes we were surprised with a free Chocolate Brownie! It was divine. Then when we were done with that and got the check Hunter also brought us free donuts to take home! After all of that we knew we had to leave a glowing review everywhere possible and also put a $40+ tip on our $85 check. Our servers went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable and we greatly appreciate it <3 . We plan to return, even though we live about an hour away, and we'll be bringing more people with us!
Loved the ambiance. Very unique. Started with the Q-rolls. Not healthy at all, and absolutely delicious. Then they came out with some legit corn bread (yum). I ordered the 3 meat entree with brisket, pulled pork and baby back ribs, and mashed potatoes / brussel sprouts sides. The meal was outstanding. Everything was tender, smoked and seasoned amazingly. Potatoes were well seasoned and had great texture. The brussel sprouts were tossed with bacon and were a little al dente (just how I like them). The server offered dessert, which we declined. But then she came back with a small bag with hot, fresh homemade donuts. Again, not healthy, and absolutely delicious. I will come back next time I'm in Phoenix.

Food was delish came in for lunch and have to say I am impressed had the aguachiles tostada and the cucarachas very good
We stopped in after seeing the reviews and were given menus. It wasn't busy and were seated at a booth in the bar...and waited. The bartender was chatting with a patron and didn't acknowledge us. I waited almost 10 minutes before getting up and asked if I needed to order at the bar. The lady at the hostess podium took my drink order. Shortly afterwards, the waitress showed up with chips and salsa. I told her I was ordering a drink and some food to go while I waited. I ordered a couple of shrimp cocktails and shrimp tacos and a couple other things. My tab was over $100. When we got home to eat we had a mountain of condiments, chips, and not a single lime or hot sauce. Lime is essential to shrimp, especially shrimp cocktail. Cocktails had cucumber and shrimp & no avocado or anything else. It was so incredibly off balance and ruined our dinner to not have a single lime to add to our cocktails and shrimp tacos. Yet we got so much cheap mayonnaise and catsup and chips that we didn't need or use. We felt like we wasted our money also while we waited I had to go to my car and there were like 3 or 4 workers outdide- one mopping the entrance making it slippery to enter and exit. Not the right time to be mopping the the only way to enter/exit. Weird and unpleasant experience all around.
I was here with Clients to celebrate their real estate closing. This was the most authentic Mexican Restaurant by far. Mexican music playing and servers who only spoke Spanish. The menu in house provided English descriptions of the food and the restaurant has an English speaking Manager who is very helpful mediating. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I know un poquito Spanish so for me it was a fun time to brush up on my language skills. I definitely recommend this Restaurant in Mesa AZ. Speaking Spanish language is a plus but not a deterrent for eating here if you only speak English. The three of us had a Quesadilla and it was delicious!

Clean facility, food price is a little higher comparing with other Korean BBQ; however, the quality and seasoning are better. Staff were courteous and friendly. My family and I enjoyed our meal and time here.
Met up with a friend for a Friday afternoon lunch. Place was pretty empty during that time so it was great to get lots of attention. Ordered Japchae, Bulgogi and Pork Belly. It came out with some wonderful banchan. Everything was cooked for us as they weren't using the bbq at the table for lunch. That's fine with my so my clothes don't smell going back to work. LOL. So delicious. Both of us ate family style and there was nothing left. Looking forward to going back with the family.
Honestly shocked at all the 5 star reviews for this restaurant! I’ve grown up eating homemade Korean food all of my life and have been to many Korean restaurants throughout Arizona + California - AKA I know my stuff;) Atmosphere is new, cute-ish. Prices are more expensive than other spots in the valley. Banchan was fine but nothing amazing. Some of the kimchi was well done which isn’t my favorite and a lot more limited than other places (kimchi, radish kimchi, potato, and fish cake). The bulgogi was actually excellent, dolsot bibimbap was fine but nothing to write home about. The problem was the kimchi chigae. It was NOT good and the worst I’ve ever had. It had such a sour, bitter taste, was extremely dark in color, and the pork was so mushy. It just tasted off, smelled and looked off. My mom and I took one bite each and could not eat more. We asked the waitress and she tried the soup and said it was a little salty (probably due to more done kimchi) but tasted like it normally does. We told her maybe the off taste was radish in there and she said they don’t put radish in it. Well we took a spoonful and showed it to her and she said “oh”. We asked if there was any way they could take it back and not charge us since we didn’t have hardly any of it and it tasted off. She came back and told us she couldn’t. To me- that’s just not a good business practice. We weren’t asking to get meat or anything more expensive taken off, just the inedible $15 soup that she admitted was very salty and shouldn’t have had radish in it. This was our first time here and we won’t come back. The seating is a little weird and there’s not much leg room due to the grills, but they don’t have tables that aren’t set up like that if you just want to eat off the normal menu. There were probably 3-4 other groups in the restaurant and they let me know they only have two high chairs and she had just given the other ones out. Two high chairs for 150+ seating capacity is not adequate in my opinion. Our waitress was apologetic but the tasty bulgogi is not enough to bring us back. We will be going to our usual restaurant, Hodori, even though this place is only 6 mins away from us. Not even top 5 for Korean food in the Mesa/Chandler area.

We recently discovered this place and have enjoyed it several times in the last few weeks. Would highly suggest getting on the waitlist prior to going. Very busy place but they usually do have open seating on the patio. I personally go for the caprese and the bruschetta (available only during happy hour). The margarita pizza is also delicious. Hubby has tried several different things and all have been good. My son loves the salmon and we all love the street corn dip!!
Great place just inside a little mall. The service was fantastic. The food was great. The atmosphere was cozy. Bathrooms were clean but one sink did not work. Great location just off the highway on a corner. I had a large pizza so had plenty left over. I would definitely go back
Every single time I come to Mesa, I go to rwb. I can’t help it. It’s ALWAYS amazing. It’s the only place with a selection of seafood that I truly love, as well as the steaks and pizzas. Perfect bistro. Also, all staff is spectacular. You can even overhear them helping one another and clearly taking things seriously through their shift. Super cool to see, especially since I’m also in the service industry. Bonus pts for the bartenders, they’re just cool dudes.

Always a great experience here! My mom and I did the Thanksgiving dinner event here and there were so many sides to choose from, different salads, creating your own salads, and even brunch available, and then turkey and other meats! Will definitely be back for a regular meal sometime.
It was my wife and I's anniversary. We came in and our server was very cool and even reminded us to look for our special email offer for a discount and free desert. We had our 6 month old daughter with us who did fuss a little but everyone was very understanding and happily provided us with lukewarm water for her bottle. (A simple thing for sure but nonetheless we were super grateful). The food was fantastic and I'm proud of myself for not stuffing my face until I was utterly miserable... my wife couldn't help herself
Before you come here, I HIGHLY recommend an online reservation through their web site under BOOK A TABLE as you never know it can get extremely busy so by the time you get there, you don't have to wait like an hour or so to be seated. I've coming here on a few occassion cuz of their unlimited meats, salad bar and friendly host. I did have a couple incident where their manager was rude and ALSO their meat slicer-server would tell me if I'm NOT going to have anything more to eat, to turn my coaster to red. It was an akward situation to say the least but to have either of them tell you in a rude way. In my mind, I'll be done when I'm done and not let YOU dictate that I'm done. It should cater to their customer so we can enjoy that dinning experience. I keep in mind maybe they just having a bad day like any human beings but I kept things positive on my mind and it didn't discourage me for coming back again so it got a 4 star for me. There are some months they would do promo here and there. You have to do a "FULL RODIZIO" to experience everything they have. But if your in a budget, you can always do sides and salad bar selection and let your server know of your choices. There are some seating areas in the back that can be dark that has less lighten. I would recommend this place and you come full and satisfy.

Great food to eat as I am Ukrainian, definitely recommend it to those locals who have never tried Ukrainian or Polish cuisine. I believe some renovations would be great as it reminds of a small town cafe in late 90s haha. Also I don’t understand why do I have to tip when buying groceries, it should be bar and kitchen only. But yeah, lovely place, you can find some cool stuff from Ukraine, Poland or Lithuania.
Went for a meal with my father. I never had Borscht before but I loved it. The combo plate had farmers cheese and chive pierogi, pork and cheese pierogi, and a beef cabbage roll with tomato sauce. It was amazing. Hits the spot perfectly when you need good comfort food. The Honey cake is not to be missed. The sparking juice is very nice, not too sweet. The bread is beautiful. I cannot recommend this place highly enough when you are looking for something to soothe the soul.
Amazing Eastern European cuisine! We absolutely loved their Ukrainian potato salad, spicy pickles, and pierogies. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Connected to the restaurant is a market/deli with an amazing selection of drinks, desserts, etc.
