Best Restaurants Open for Newyears Eve this year in Largo – 2024

Let me start by saying this is a GREAT place to enjoy a nice meal! This was the first time and I found this place to be cozy and very clean! I love that the cooks are cooking in front of you if you sit at the bar and they do such a great job! Food is out so quick! Lauren the waitress was super nice and did a great job of keeping pace when it got busy. She is always smiling and making sure that you get whatever you need. I have ordered the country fried steak with two eggs and has browns. I will say that it was delicious! This place checks all the boxes on my list. The value, service, and the portions are fantastic! ! The other best part is that this place is open 24 hours for those late night food craving! I will definitely come back and try the other dishes! Keep up the great work!

The food was simply incredible(the cook was amazing). Every dish we ate was excellent! That pull apart bread is off the chain!! !The portions were tremendous!! Will be eating leftovers for a couple couple of days! The waitress Robin was super sweet! We will definitely be back.

Awesome breakfast place! Food is great and service is friendly and attentive! The french toast is delish, but the crunch breakfast sandwich was incredible! Excellent blend of flavors! We will be back! Look at those mimosas!

I love a good hearty, grilled chicken salad, especially when it comes loaded with fresh fruit and nuts! Suzy’s did not disappoint. The berries and nuts Salad was fantastic and exceeded my expectations - perfectly seasoned fresh chicken (just how I like it, not super salty). Theresa was a wonderful server - super attentive, and welcoming. This was our first visit to Suzy‘s, and we will definitely return with friends! Super friendly vibe in a convenient location near I-19, with plenty of parking. Generous portions, and very reasonable prices. Suzy's will be our new go-to for lunch - don’t change a thing!

This place is terrific for breakfast! Great home style atmosphere with delicious home cooked food. Prices are very reasonable and the service is incredible! Had the florentine Benedict and the Greek omelet.

Went in for brunch. My wife had the country omelette and I had the porkchop and eggs. Both were wonderful. The potatoes and fruit bowl were also tasty. Everything was fresh and well cooked.

the taste of the food was spectacular and very fresh. As well as the presentation of the food, it looked amazing and tasted just as good. The princess crepes were very tasty and the cream wasn't overly sweet like most are it was actually very original and so good the taste undescribable. But I really liked how nice the waitress was to us. Overall super great place to eat!

The Hawaiian eggs Benedict is out of this WORLD. Their crepes and fresh squeezed oranges juice are also soooo delicious too. We always get the pint when we come. I love the variety of options on the menu. I’m a huge breakfast lover and they have pretty much everything you could want on the menu!! They could probably dress up the inside a little bit to make it cuter but the food speaks for itself!

“Friendly Service and Family Vibes” This spot is perfect for a quick, no-frills meal. The food is simple and predictable, but the warm, attentive service really shines. It’s a clean, family-friendly space where the staff makes you feel welcome. Not gourmet, but great for a casual, fuss-free outing. Owners/Mgt : Your main entrance door handle wrapped in dirty cloth tape, is not hygienic to your customers. Washrooms could use professional cleaning on a regular daily basis.

The best family owned restaurant in the area! Savory is always consistent and the quality is exceptional. You can tell how much they put into the freshness of their food and I’ve never had a negative experience. The omelets are some of the fluffiest I’ve had, you can’t go wrong with any of their specials and love the creative menu! You’ll never leave hungry and some of the best prices around. The owners truly want their customers to have the best dining experience. Clean, fresh and always crave the food at Savory.

I love this place. Have never had a bad meal. Portions are huge, I always leave wirh a to go box. The service is great and very reasonably priced. They have several specials every day. I had the chicken parm, so good. I could only eat 1 cutlet, and that garlic bread was awesome! My husband had the sirloin tiffany, it was cooked med to perfection and cobered with bacon. He also brought half home. The menu is so varied. Heavy Greek influence with all the faves, but steak, pasta and seafood also pleniful. They do it right.

I had a great time at this place. The atmosphere was cozy and full of color, and the paper towels hanging over the table were unique and convenient. The waitress was friendly but seemed a little overwhelmed and forgot to put in my Guinness order. When I asked, she took full responsibility, so I applauded her (Brittany). The food came out rather quickly, and everyone seemed to enjoy it. I ordered the calamari, which was tasty and not rubbery. The fish and chips were done well- the thin and delicious batter. The fries were a bit underwhelming, and I would say they were kid-sized portion-wise. My wife had the shrimp and scallops, and again, they were very tasty. She couldn't finish, and I was happy to help. My mother had the fish and shrimp—four pieces of fish and five to six shrimp—and she was very pleased as well. They also tossed in some light but very tasty hush puppies. I was visiting from out of town, and while I wouldn't make a special trip back if I were in the area, I would stop by again! Parking was pretty good. If it was busy, it could have been a problem. They take all forms of payment, including credit cards and cash.

My waitress (Alyssa) was so sweet and did her job well. Catfish is AMAZING! hands down delicious!!! Sucks that the sides are bland and I just simply cannot rave about them- I ordered the Creole grits (no heat and bland- missing the Creole) and the garlic mash (dry dry dry and not good). I kindly asked the server to change the mash to the sweet potato mash and same thing- bland -no salt, no cinnamon, no butter. Just no way you can order fish and have bad sides. Bummer. I also had 6 raw oysters and they were a bit tougher than I’d like but overall did the job! I will not be back just because you have to have good sides to compliment the main dish. Atmosphere- restaurant is older and not upgraded / seats are torn so if you are wearing shorts it feels weird. Ceilings can be cleaned up - dusty. Overall the place has good seafood just need to work on sides and cleanliness.

We came as a group of 16 and we're happy with our service The waiter was jolly and excellent at making sure everything was as ordered. I ordered the fish and chips it was good Others ordered prime rib and it is served rare so be sure to ask for medium or well done if you are not fond of rare. The grilled salmon was excellent. We did have to use 2 separate tables which was disappointing. Overall it is a good place to eat .

Amost perfect breakfast! Would’ve given 5 stars if the Crepes were crepes and not sweet pancakes. Unfortunately the Asparagus and Swiss Cheese “Crepe” was just a thin, sweet pancake. Not good with asparagus & Swiss cheese. We returned it. The rest of the meal was delicious and our server, Maria was fantastic! We’ll definitely be back.

This place was fantastic! Menu has tons of options, it was hard to decide. You do not leave hungry! Prices were perfect for the amount of food you get. The tuna melt was so good. Got the chicken fajita omelet and could only eat half. I would order the homestyle fries with cheese as they were kinda bland and cold (menu stated it was mixed with onions and peppers but mine were not) but they were good with my salsa and sour cream. $7 kids breakfasts, but kids eat free on Saturday.

I came here for breakfast with my family of four. It was absolutely delicious! Probably one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had at a restaurant. The strawberry banana crepe was superb! So was the chocolate waffle with strawberries and bananas. The homefries were tasty. The fruit was fresh and coffee hot. Awesome service, too! We will definitely be back!

❤️Largo Family Restaurant is hands down the best spot to hit up with the kiddos! We’ve had some of the most awesome family dinners and breakfasts here. The staff is always super chill and friendly, making you feel right at home. The food? Always piping hot and delish! The whole place has this amazing family vibe that just keeps us coming back. Plus, they have an amazing selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to choose from: wine, beer and etc Whenever I’m in the area, this is my go-to lunch spot. You’ve gotta try their signature desserts - they’re out of this world! I never manage to snap a pic of the food because it’s so darn tasty that I remember to take a photo only after I’ve demolished it! Thanks, Guys!❤️

This was the first time eating here and I am very impressed!!! It is hard to find a good skillet for breakfast. This restaurant exceeded my expectations. The cook was so fast and my waitress Jodi was so helpful and a delight. I highly recommend this restaurant.

First time eating here. They were open for Thanksgiving. We are from NJ and working in Dunedin. We had no place to go. Great stop.

Love discovering nearby places and Keke’s breakfast buffet didn’t disappoint. Everything on the menu sounded amazing, but I ended up ordering the cheesesteak omelet and it was FIRE! Special shout out to Britnee G for being an incredible server! Be sure to ask for her whenever you come here.

Michelle was an excellent server and Serena, the manager, took very good care of our party of 9. The portions were generous and the food was great.

Wasn't sure initially about this place as they charge a wild fee for an extra side of bacon ($5 for 4 slices), but the food is cooked great and tastes good as well. I'd say the price is closer to $15-$40 per person than the $10-$20 it says when looking places up to eat. Overall, it was an enjoyable establishment to come to gor breakfast.

Friendly service, delicious food and generous portions at a reasonable price. Quick service and servers were regularly checking in to see if I needed refills. Great little diner, loved the honoring of veterans. Definitely recommended!

Hands down, Jim’s Famous makes one of the best Philly cheesesteaks I’ve ever had! The meat is perfectly cooked—tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. They don’t skimp on the cheese either. Every bite is a gooey, savory masterpiece. The bread is just the right amount of soft and chewy, soaking up all those delicious juices without falling apart. If you’re in the mood for a classic, this is the place to go. Trust me, you won’t leave disappointed!

My wife ordered a Sirloin steak , was given a prime rib. When they finally fixed her the sirloin and brought it to the table it smelt like dirty dish water and tasted horrible. It was so bad just the smell even turned my stomach and I stopped eating. The manager took the steak off but still charged for a baked potatoe and salad. Then after I paid my bill that was still charged wrong because the prime rib was still on the bill which is more expensive then the sirloin she didn’t eat. The server Brandon decide to confront me at the front of the restaurant and cause a scene saying that I didn’t pay my bill. Which he had already ran my credit card , yet still said I had to pay and accused us of trying to run off without paying. Nice and loudly in front of everyone. When we made the manager aware she said he is a great server and basically dismissed us. We were told to never come back. No worries we won’t be back. I have never eaten at a restaurant with such horrible customer service and lack of care about the customer. Stay away from this place has gone to crap since the new ownership took over.

I read a lot of reviews and I said I have to go by myself and see what's going on! We went 3 people, our server brought our drinks fast, starters took some time to come and weren't the greatest.... We ordered two French onion soup, one has a burnt taste and the other one was blended but both had very few onions inside! Come on! It's French ONION soup!!! Need ONION! The cheese sticks were looking good but after a bite we were disappointed... The potato skins were decent.... It's potato! You can't go wrong! And after a lot of waiting our main course came! Our meats! Brisket sandwich... Nice bun but the meat bland, dry and not as hot as it has to be! Combo platter... The meat texture is like they have been cooked houuuuuurs before! Baby back ribs.... They were definitely not cooked just a few hours ago...! Salt and pepper for seasoning (a lot of pepper powder) simple and good but the texture of the rib is not fresh cooked! New York steak.... The king on our table! You can definitely see the difference because it's cooked by order! Fresh juicy and hot! Our sides .... Macaroni & cheese... Taste like a day old reheated! Baked beans.... That was good Coleslaw... Nice and creamy And finally the dining room was really cold.....

Wow! Seriously great food. Great prices! Lots of great flavors packed into one bowl. I got the lamb and chicken mixed rice bowl. Huge portion, and the salad portion was fresh and delicious. Almost like a sweet spicy flavor too. Will absolutely be back!!!

Amazing service! Ordered the mix lamb and chicken over rice ( New York Style). Delicious, hands down!!! My daughter had the butter chicken with rice & pita. So much flavor & healthy. Before posting my review she had demolish that butter chicken with rice. The food was fresh and the pita bread. The owner is so informative and very welcoming. Thank you for the Amazing customer service & fresh food. The beef patty had flavor & melts in your mouth. So good!

Been wanting to eat something similar to Halal Guys cart after trying it in New York and finally found the place for it. Food was made to order and piping hot came with the 2 signature sauces and hit the spot. Had the lamb and chicken over rice. Small spot tucked away with a few tables for dining in. Will definitely be back!

We stopped for brunch, and I had a good Greek omelet, which could have had more flavor. My wife ordered the quiche Lorraine, which seemed to have been reheated and might not have been made on the same day. My mother had the Philly steak and cheese sandwich, and she said it was the best sandwich she ever had. The fries were also tasty. However, the berry lemon bread was very dry and lacked a lemon flavor. The atmosphere was lovely, with plenty of seating and excellent service. We sent back the grapefruit juice, as it was too sweet, but it was quickly replaced with water. There was plenty of parking and many food options available. They accepted credit cards and cash. I would probably stop by again if I were in the area.

Food was fresh, my salad was cold and crisp chicken grilled till a little golden brown made just the way I requested. My friends food was equally tasty and hot when served.

The food here is great! The portions are absolutely mammoth so bring your appetite. Unfortunately most of it doesn't "to go" well so I feel like we wasted a bit of food. The prices are great and they do have specials as well. The staff is attentive but the place is packed so recognize you might wait a minute or two longer.

We got two excellent meals there, they were both delicious. I got London broil with pita bread and a Greek salad. And Frank got I guess you were called a Greek lasagna they have a name for it, but I don’t really know it but it was delicious. I’m gonna get that next time we go.

Great little old Florida restaurant. Fair prices and lots of food. Wednesday night fried chicken and homemade mashed potatoes is the best in the tri-county area. Liver and onions is amazing also.

We love our local favorite breakfast place. All the employees are amazing. The food is always great and d reasonably priced. A must go.
