Place is starting to feel a bit unkept/run down. Men’s bathroom 1 of 3 soap dispensers broken, #2 empty, #3 had soap. Upside down cigarette disposal tower leaning on bench out front against bench. Food quality good/ standard for BJ. Server was great, but receptionist had a bit of an attitude /was dismissive. Disappointing…. hope they improve
