I wish i could rate our server (Alyssa Hartzell) a 6! What a pro! With excellent customer skills. Her expert description of the levels of rare, rare+ and medium rare on the prime rib were spot on. Simply the best server I’ve experienced in 30+ years of fine dining experience. And YES the food was spectacular. Blue Point oysters, deviled eggs, and a PERFECT prime rib. I added a few ounces to the standard 12 oz portion and was very happy I did. More beef = more joy. If you are a foodie, and in Sarasota, check this place out and ask for a table in Alyssa’s section.
