Had an exceptional dinner at Whiskey Cake in Fort Worth last night with my wife, and we were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the experience. The quality and flavor of both the food and cocktails were outstanding. I have to highlight their bone-in pork chop—quite possibly the best I’ve ever had. It was unbelievably succulent and packed with flavor. If you’re a fan of spirit-forward cocktails, I highly recommend the "Little Rye Lies." It’s perfectly balanced—not too sweet and just the right depth of flavor to pair with a great meal. I also have to mention the value here. For the quality and experience, the entire bill (drinks, entrees, and a slice of their must-have whiskey cake) came out to less than the steak dinner we had the night before at one of Dallas’ top steakhouses. Dare I say, we enjoyed this meal even more! Whiskey Cake is a gem we’ll definitely return to. Highly recommended!
Excellent place with great food, ambiance, and service. Sarah was excellent and offered opinions and suggestions. The Tavern burger was cooked perfectly to my request and had lots of flavor. The brioche bread was so soft and lent it's own level of flavor. My wife's Chicken and Waffles were among the best we have ever tasted. There was flavor throughout every bite. The whiskey flight presentations were great, and the old-fashioneds were made well - however, a little on the sweeter side. Overall, they have a good selection of whiskeys.
The restaurant is beautifully decorated and lively. Service is quick and the waiters are easy going and responsive. Food was delicious and the drinks were amazing. I recommend to try the “Ruby Slippers” which tastes refreshing. The whiskey cake is a must-try. All in all good worth for money.

We recently celebrated a milestone anniversary for our parents at The Capital Grille on Thanksgiving Eve, and it was truly a night to remember. From start to finish, the service and food went above and beyond our expectations. Our waiter, Brian, was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and professional. He made the evening feel special and ensured every detail was perfect. We dine out often, and I can confidently say that both the food and service stood out among the best we’ve experienced. The team went the extra mile to make the celebration personal and memorable, even bringing in a key lime pie (a family favorite!) to make the night feel uniquely ours. It’s rare to find a place that combines such excellent food with outstanding service, but The Capital Grille delivered on both fronts. We’ll treasure this evening for years to come. If you’re looking for a restaurant that goes the extra mile for special occasions—or simply a great dining experience—I can’t recommend The Capital Grille enough!
For the 3rd year in a row, we just celebrated our wedding anniversary with dinner at The Capital Grille, Plano. We have started a tradition of sitting at the same booth and having our picture made, so we now have three photos, which are fun to post together. The restaurant decorated our table with sparkles, gave me a beautiful rose, and brought us a celebration plate with two desserts and Happy Anniversary written on the plate. Our server was Patrick. He was exceptional in every way. He was so friendly and so attentive to every detail. He stopped by often to be sure we were enjoying our dinner. Our filets were amazing, and we also ordered salads and Sam’s mashed potatoes. The Capital Grille has the most amazing food! The whole evening was perfect! I highly recommend the restaurant; and you’ll be lucky if you have Patrick as your server.
Phenomenal experience as always. Best lobster Mac n cheese hands down. I actually prefer their peppered calamari over Perry’s. Great wine selection as well.

Our first time and Megan, our waitress, made sure my birthday was super amazing!! She was so pleasant, was attention to detail, felt her warmth energy, and came highly recommended. The food and atmosphere were so nice. Dessert was just right and so good!! I can not recommend a better place for dinner. This was the top. Also, MP stopped by to say hello and asked how we enjoyed our dinner. If only we could have one in Fort Worth!! I will deal with the crazy traffic to go back!
Seasons 52 was an exceptional dining experience. We went for a corporate team event so I was able to try a nice bit. Keep in mind that appetizers are intentionally small (one crab cake for multiple people for example). But that's the point of an appetizer. I had the scallops dish as my main course. The scallops were tender and buttery and the plate had plenty of good. I'm a big fan of mini desserts as a meal cap and the selection here were delicious. My favorite was the raspberry chocolate chip. Oh yeah and to me the perfect drink to go with it all was a Kentucky mule with bourbon replacing the vodka of a Moscow mule.
We came here for our anniversary dinner.the staff is very attentive and very professional, with a great bar and awseome selection of drinks and wines. we found a new favorite wine in the cab flight they had. The dinner feels very upscale with good pricing. The staff made sure to make our anniversary feel special. We will most definitely be back when ever we have the chance.

Nice decor but the place was mostly empty. Service was very slow - they were short staffed. Food was good for the most part. The bruschetta has a cheese spread that was quite salty. The potstickers were too gingery. The Brussels sprouts were great. The nachos were truly a very large plate and quite delicious. The lettuce wrap was also quite good.
Man, I really wanted to be awed by the food quality here as the reviews are so high! But some of our food was quite inedible. Whether it was too dry or one noted with flavor, or toooooo salty that I had to bring it home to dilute my pasta sauce to make it more bearable. We came for restaurant week and the menu items were not that exciting and was quite basic, but the items they selected were very underwhelming.
I’m from Florida I Came in for drinks while waiting on another event for the day. We ordered the espresso martini and the espresso shot. Both were delicious. The atmosphere is everything the entire establishment is just lovely. They have inside and outside dining. The patio has the fireplace tables during the winter time. It seems like they have the fireplace so that you’re not too cold while you’re outside they have a fully stock bar when I say fully I do mean fully. I would definitely recommend if back in town I’ll come back by and try some of their food our waitress was very attentive and friendly, making sure she stopped by checking on us throughout our stay top-tier
Maggiano’s Little Italy is a renowned dining establishment that offers a warm, inviting atmosphere inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Italy. Founded with a passio…
We ventured to Maggiano’s for my birthday dinner after hearing so many friends mention how great it was. Tonight was our first visit, and our server Jeff made the experience very memorable. Jeff’s service and attention to detail was fantastic, our food was delicious and the restaurant was immaculately clean. We never had to wait for anything or ask for anything, as whenever we were about to need something, Jeff was there already with what we needed. Parking is easy to find, the wine list is great, and the dessert was amazing. There are also so many seating options here, from romantic date nights, to corporate group outings, business lunches or dining out with friends and family. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back again. Highly recommended.
I chose Maggiano’s for a belated Birthday lunch. The food, service and atmosphere was great! Reservations aren’t required but I would strongly suggest to make one. Our server was friendly and was attentive, despite having to help out other areas. I think they may have been short staffed on Saturday. Everybody seemed to help each other out. Management might want to look into that. The dessert was yummy!
From the moment we decided to have our wedding at Maggiano’s, everything was absolutely perfect. Tasha, our event coordinator, was phenomenal every step of the way. She helped us with every detail, from crafting the perfect menu to organizing the ceremony and reception. Every concern we had, she handled with grace and put us completely at ease. Tasha was always available when we needed her, and her dedication made all the difference. She even went above and beyond by helping us find an incredible DJ for our special day. Maggiano’s is one of our favorite restaurants, so having our wedding there felt like a dream come true. In a world that can often feel filled with negativity, especially towards the LGBTQ+ community, Maggiano’s showed nothing but love and acceptance—and then some. The entire staff was amazing, ensuring that every detail of our event was flawless. If you’re planning any type of event, Maggiano’s Willow Bend is the place to go. We wouldn’t change a single thing about our experience, and Tasha is an absolute treasure. Maggiano’s is lucky to have her! Thank you, Maggiano’s, for making our wedding day unforgettable.

Clean, quiet, enjoyable dining experience! I got the poke bowl and it was delicious. It didn’t make me feel sick after eating because it was a good portion size. It had really good flavor and they really piled on the toppings! It was super refreshing with great flavor. The burger was really juicy and the fries had great crisp! Definitely give this place a try!
Chef Mike and server Jacob as well as the GM made our 36th Anniversary Super Special! 1st time will not be the last! AWESOME AWESOME!!!! Telling Family and Friends about this experience! Food was AMAZING!!!! Thanks to all! God bless!
I have been wanting to go to Kona Grill for a long time and am glad that I was able to have my early birthday dinner with my family here. We all got the surf & turf, and I got the fire dragon roll with it. Please be aware that they will automatically default to add Garlic Pesto on your steak and up charge you $8. Their sweet potatoes are also super pricy at $9 and tasted subpar. I signed up for the rewards so they gave me a free entree or sushi roll, and I decided to try their calamari. The Calamri was nice and unique with sweet peppers; the steak is really good as well. The service is fine, just wish they are more communicative. Instead of defaulting to add the garlic pesto without even informing us at all. As soon as I find that out on the kiosk, we informed that to the server. Even if people usually get it with the steak, you tell the customer if it is going to be $8 extra.

Visited Haywire for my friend's birthday dinner. The food was delicious. We started with branding iron onion rings and later on tried smoked prime rib and chicken fried steak. Every dish was amazing. I was suggested to try Cadillac Margarita and it didn't disappoint. The ambience was unique and stunning. The dining space had festive lightning. The place has different levels and the the views were incredible. The staff were friendly and patient and answered all the questions we had and made few suggestions. The place is vibrant and happening. Must check out this place to have an amazing experience.
My wife and I wanted to go out for a date night, so we decided to give Haywire's rooftop bar a try. Seating on the roof is first-come, first-serve, so you're going to have to lurk around and wait for something to open up if you're coming during a busy time, like a Friday night. Or get lucky, which was the route we took - there was a large table on the far side by the bathrooms that had only one chair, and no one was sitting there. We commandeered a second chair from the bar, and had a great spot to sit. I tried their version of a Long Island Iced Tea, which is frozen, and fairly delicious. My wife tried the margherita, which was also very good. Drink prices were fair for an upscale place. One cool feature is that you have a great view of the Legacy Hall stage from the roof, and when we came there was a band playing. We got to enjoy the live music without having tickets to the show, so that was a huge plus. After some drinks, we dug into the food menu. I tried the chicken fried steak, and it was fantastic. The mashed potatoes were whipped and creamy, and it was very good all-around. My wife had a burger, and she really enjoyed it. Everything we ordered was hot and fresh - other than the drinks, of course. Despite it being a busy night, our waitress was fairly responsive with getting our orders and bringing things out. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. Atmosphere had a cowboy vibe, and everything was very classy. It was a busy night, but it never felt too crowded. We had a ton of fun. They had a military discount, too. Overall, Haywire was a really good experience. It's fairly priced for the quality of the food, and I'd definitely recommend it for a date night or going out with a group of friends. Fun place!
This is quite a unique place. I love the decor, the variety of seating options, the view, everything is so original. I can't judge the menu because I was part of a group eating a buffet. But I can tell what was good from the choices I had. The mashed potatoes, green beans, and chicken fried steak were good. The salad and mac & cheese were very good. But the best was the brussel sprouts and fish. I wanted seconds but everyone in my group gobbled it up. I'll also note that the service was super friendly.

I recently dined at CraftWay Kitchen and had a pleasant experience overall. We enjoyed the breakfast tacos and chicken and waffles—both dishes were tasty. The staff was friendly, though service was a bit slow at times. Loved the affordable mimosas, and the warm, cozy atmosphere made it even better. A great spot for a relaxed meal!
My favorite part about this visit was not only our server but the brussel sprouts. So delicious. While it was a side it became a shared main dish amongst us at the table. Additional the portions are pretty decent but my fish sandwich was a bit under seasoned. Great toppings on it, great crunch and crisp but i wanted it to be more seasoned. The fish taste fresh and it was fresh out of the fryer. The steak was also a bit under seasoned but cook well for what we asked for. Our drinks were strong which is positive for me. The atmosphere was definitely lively and packed but didn’t feel over crowded. I want to go back to try more options but the food was pretty good when considering the overall experience.
We had the best waiter. Mem showed us to our booth and brought us a round of water. We ordered the Super greens ahi tuna salad. Absolutely, pristine greens and tuna. We also had the BLT salmon sandwich. The bread was nicely toasted. Finally, we ordered an assortment of healthy vegetables. Green beans, Cauliflower, grilled Asparagus and two rounds of grilled Brussels Sprouts. The chef's expertise was much appreciated in preparing each dish. Glad to discover this restaurant. We will be back soon.

This place was great! First off- Amanda- she is a GEM. She was probably one of the best servers I’ve had. She was fast, super attentive, so friendly and just adorable. The food was delicioso! I am hosting an exchange student from Spain and I took her and her other Spain friend for some real tapas. The girls both said it was like being at home in Madrid, they ate it all! Thanks, Bulla and staff for a fun lunch
Loved my dining experience here! Came to Plano for a wedding and decided to eat here for dinner the night before. The food and drinks were delicious. My friend and I were just reminiscing on our trip to Spain a few years ago and this meal just took us back. The octopus with warm corn puree was by far my favorite dish. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and authenticity of everything.
We had the brunch prix fixe (3 courses), and I also got the horchata which was amazing. Sopa tasted great as well as the braised pork hash I ordered. George, our server, was attentive and sweet, and for the dessert (3rd course), he recommended the torija, which was heaven. It's definitely something I'll be ordering again! Plus, I loved the vibe of the whole place! 5/5

We enjoyed a nice German dinner and an assortment of draft beers. The food is hearty and filling. The staff is friendly and food comes out of the kitchen promptly. We enjoyed the atmosphere and tonight we had an accordion player. No singing, maybe next time. You should definitely try this legendary DFW restaurant.
What a wonderful and aesthetically amazing environment! Great Beers! Good food! If you wanna have a fantastic meal and grab a buzz while you're at it, than hop on the mini train revolving around the entire restaurant and grab a seat! Some of the best service and food you could ask for! How often do you get Bavarian? I know I'm gonna be getting it a lot more! 10/10!
Everything about the experience was great except the service. We did have a very large party but we called weeks in advance and asked for extra servers. The food was absolutely delicious however it was cold. Even with that, I can't knock the food just the service.
