The restaurant is specialty is that it is a 🍲 Restaurant
Be-aware this was our first experience. I know sometimes you can catch places on bad days but truthfully I was shocked at our experience. We walked into the dining area to be the only table on the none bar side, the environment is nice very loud and noise, even the kitchens music was loud we could hear it from our seats. The bar side was packed but an adequate amount of servers covering both sides. Our server took our order for apps and our kids meal and brought back drinks and we ordered our meals. The app felt like it took forever between 30-40 minutes for pretzels, to the point of my drink being empty after slowly sipping them and to also note not offered a refill or checked on. We got the wrong order for our kids meal from ordering a grilled cheese to being served chicken nuggets it was quickly exchanged within 10 minutes. My son ordered a spaghetti which was very chunky tomatoes, we all know kids don’t like chunky food luckily he’s chill and pushed them to the side but I felt the pasta sauce was very bland no flavor or vegetables or anything just felt like tomatoes out of a can. Once we were served our food I thought my Shepherds pie tasted off and after two bites I was completely turned off I had felt as though some of the meat was still pink and not cooked fully. We also got a steak sandwich which wasn’t that bad thankfully. The best part of the whole meal was the French fries. We were waiting for ever we had stacked our plates and where going to order the ice cream that our children get with their meals however our server was more occupied talking with her other server, my children had gotten impatient and decided they didn’t want their dessert anymore and my husband had to go track down the server. The service was by far the worst I’ve had in a while, to seeing a $23 dollar meal have two bites taken out and being left behind to be thrown in the garbage… Unfortunately I just don’t think we would be returning to this restaurant.
