The service here was fantastic. Constant check ins and making sure we had water. The food was okay. I had a steak that was cooked medium rare but it wasn't tender at all. I honestly could have cooked a better steak myself. My mom had the lobster and she said it was really good. Every table has rolls on it when you walk in. It would be better if they were brought out upon arrival so their warm. MY ONE COMPLAINT is that when we asked for more rolls, they told us extras cost $.75 cents each. Which seems crazy when our bill was $150+. When the server told us, we thought she was joking. Overall, the food isn't really worth it for the price. I'd call this restaurant the low end of high end.

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner this past Tuesday at Waggs. I had the prime rib and my wife chose the tenderloin. Both meals were excellent, the meat was cooked to our preferences and was tender with little to no fat. The fries were great as were the grilled veggies. Dinner included a nice butternut squash bisque to start: very tasty and a decent size bowl too. Our server was pleasant and attentive and prompt.

Wonderful food, service (Shauna was excellent) and atmosphere. Celebrated my wife's birthday, server brought out a complimentary desert. 10 out of 10.

Sarnia may not top the charts as a foodie city, but it's the perfect place to find a hidden gem. And Legacy is that gem. Excellent food prepared with careful attention to detail and served by staff who bring joy to your table. If you sit down and start wondering whether you have been transported to Toronto, you'll be right: the owner left the hassles of the metropolis for a quieter corner of the world. Sarnia, you are SO lucky!! The other thing the owner brought along is his diverse taste in wine and his honest appreciation for the world class wines coming out of the Niagara Escarpment region. Legacy is all of that. Right around the corner from the Sarnia marinas. Do not miss the chance to enjoy this Toronto-class restaurant tucked away near the Blue Water. Have to give a shout out to the kitchen for being very accommodating of dietary needs. They'll take care of you!

Thank you Paige and team for your amazing hospitality yesterday! Was running late last night and the team put our food order through right before the kitchen closed. Had a perfect meal, perfect temperature and cook. Another wonderful stay at the Insignia hotel and my favourite place to enjoy a great meal in Sarnia!

Went to Legacy after calling to see if they had a table for two. Which they did. Atmosphere was so nice.... Service was exceptional... As was food. I had the blue crab And the wild mushroom risotto. It was just delicious!! My partner had the special fillet wrapped with bacon. Cooked perfectly! We also had dessert creme brulee and Grand Marnier cheesecake! Would highly recommend this restaurant! Looking forward to going back again soon!

Had basic breakfast for two. Cost was almost 40 dollars. Way too expensive - service was good, atmosphere nice but the menu did not reflect the theme. Bacon was fatty, scrambled eggs dry, coffee watery. Sorry, would not recommend.

We ate here for lunch on our weekend getaway to Point Edward. Food is very good. Service exceptional. Very clean and such a nice atmosphere. The employees are super friendly and fun!! If I ever go thru again I will not miss the chance to eat here again!!

The wings were huge and very tasty. The poutine was disappointing…been awhile since of been there but the poutine was a fair amount smaller, not a good deal at $17

I enjoyed the atmosphere, it was a full house, which lended it to be on the loud side I had the meal size pear and cashew mixed greens with a hazelnut and balsamic dressing, topped with gorgonzola... perfection for when your not feeling like a meat protein. Also good for the vegetarian

This bar closes early. You should be finished dinner by 6, and go to bed straight after. I’m not going back for 3 months.

So happy my family and I stopped in here. This place has delicious poutine and a great beer selection. The inside is super charming and the booths are super cozy. Our server was friendly and she made sure we had everything we needed. Looking forward to sitting on the patio next time and exploring the menu more!

Super friendly service, very fast and responsive. A very chill place to hang out. Check out the cream ale!!!! The salad had very fresh greens and the Blarney chips were delicious Theresa was so friendly and efficient. I'd recommend this place if you're looking for good food, atmosphere and a relaxing evening.

Stopped here for dinner and was not disappointed — the atmosphere was fun and unique, displaying many music artists throughout time and their menu also incorporated that theme! We ended up starting with “The Tragically Dip” which is jalapeño popper turned dip and it was phenomenal — it was creamy and had the right level of spice. Main entree was sweet potato fries (which were crisp and the aioli they’re served with was a great accompaniment) and chicken wings (i opted for their garlic parmesan and maple bacon) — both of which were flavourful and the wings were a good size.

This place always makes great food! Great service too. Can’t go wrong coming here.

Reservations recommended...love the menu choices with vegan offerings, as well. I enjoyed battered halibut and delicious sweet potato fries, served with coleslaw, tarter sauce, and fry dip. Hubby devoured the chicken pesto pasta with cheese and sourdough garlic toast. Our food was awesome!! Our server was amazing, and our meal was served quickly even though the place was packed. Music was a little loud.

Enjoyed a very nice Anniversary dinner at the Big Fish on 8/11/24. Service was excellent, our waitress was attentive, genuine and friendly. We had the Calamari, Seared Scallops and flaming cheese for appetizers. Main course was Rack of Lamb and Seafood Linguine. Every dish was warm, seasoned properly and tasty. We will be back, great job A+!!

One of the best restaurants I've dined in the service was top tier and the food was so good the quality was just there everyone went above and beyond to serve us and a funny moment was me doing research on the restaurant only to find out the owner was seating us he was so nice and humble and welcoming everyone should check this place out 10 out of 10!!! Those lobster spoons are something special.

Nice atmosphere, chill background music. So many great Ontario wines these days, but absent from the wine list. Yes, I know, "Our customers aren't familiar with Niagara wines, so we don't offer them." But this is a chicken and egg problem. Buy yourself a chicken and the eggs will come. Put a few of the better Ontario wines on the menu, and voila. You could even do an Ontario wine pairing experience. Even short of that, though, the offerings of wines by the glass was disappointing in today's age of high quality wine chillers/dispensers. Lunch was a little bit of a mistake on our part: the good stuff is on the dinner menu. Don't come for lunch thinking you will be able to order any of the steak or seafood mains. I respect that. I just didn't realize the menus would be so different until we were already there. Lunch was fine (burgers, gyros, etc). Seafood melt was not very warm, unfortunately, so kitchen missed a little bit on that. The ingredients were good, though, with nice pieces of lobster. Service was very friendly. Bonus for giving the choice of greens in place of waste-expanding starches! Definitely appreciate the flexible accommodation of dietary needs. Would like to give Big Fish another try sometime and check out the dinner menu. Definitely keto friendly, Paleo friendly, low carb friendly, and carnivore friendly. If you are looking for tasty options without the carbs, you'll find something to enjoy at Big Fish. Check it out.

Met a couple of friends here and it was our first time. Really good food and a great vibe. We tried the creamy Dill Puffs and the had a delicious stuffing and a smear of sauce to dip them in. We had a Downtown Sushi Roll and it was great. Then we had a Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla and it was also excellent. Also we had a crispy chicken sandwich and it was top notch. Definitely come try this place out. Service was also great.

Tin Fiddler Restaurant offers a delightful dining experience with exceptional service and a cozy atmosphere. Their chicken and steak sandwich is a must-try, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. Highly recommended for a satisfying meal!

My first time at the Tin and I was pretty impressed. We were a group of 10 for company lunch and it seemed like everyone was happy. My food and drink were both amazing.

Dinner was great here. I had Ribs and a side of mashed potato’s and glazed carrots. Ribs were a big full rack and really good and fell off the bone. Potatoes were creamy and delicious and I really liked the carrots. My girlfriend got the fish tacos and a garden salad and she really liked hers too. Definitely would recommend coming here

The food is always great. But while I was there there was a patron who had come On a scooter and in the meantime it started to rain. The patron had planned to sit on the patio but the storm rolled in and the patron was forced to move inside. After dinner was done the wait staff and owner were seen outside drying off the scooter from top to bottom making sure the ride home was safe and dry. Outstanding customer service.

I'm a big big fan of cheeseburger with french fries. Got to be my absolute most favorite meal to eat. I've had a burger from basically everywhere in Sarnia it's very easy for me to say that this place has the best burgers in town hands down. My boss takes us here for lunch every Friday and every Friday it's the same Burger it's seriously impressive how the consistency comes out of that kitchen on point every Friday. The chef knows what he's doing absolutely skilled and talented on the grill

Great atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. If it’s overcast outside, it’s perfect to sit at the outdoor seating and enjoy the breeze. Great place to go to after you watch a show at the theatre, or even before! I’ve never had a bad experience or food served to me. I ordered their spinach dip burger and I loved it! Fries were nice and crispy, just how I like them.

I went in last night and it was packed in a long weekend Saturday. The hostess was a delight and promptly sat us. There was a tiny mix up with a new server and they profusely apologized and quickly made it right. Their special was the Cajun Pasta and it was incredible. Atmosphere is always top tier on their patio.

Great atmosphere, delicious food, the service was a bit more…relaxed? The food took a bit longer than expected, but the service was still friendly. Overall, worth the detour on our way home to the U.S.

We rented their private room for my daughter’s wedding dinner. They were wonderful to work with. Heather helped coordinate linens and answered all my questions. The food was hot and delicious. The only reason I gave 3 stars for service was that we only had one waitress. She did so well though. Would do it again if needed!

We were seated behind a wall secluded from the dining area 3’ away from the bathrooms. The only view I had was watching people come and go from them which was extremely unpleasant. There should not be a table in that spot and I would have gladly waited longer for a better seat. Service was poor because no one could see us. My asparagus omelette was mostly spinach. I didn’t even order the mimosa I came there for because it would not have bettered my mood sitting there regardless.

Food was very good except the turkey in the hot turkey sandwich was dry. The gyros was fantastic. Only reason for 3 stars is that I ordered on line to be picked up at 5. I walked in to one person seating 2 people and 2 staff standing around staring at their phones and one sitting behind the counter shining glasses. This was a Sunday and the restaurant wasn’t busy. I stood there for 7 minutes. Finally the phone rang and the teen waitress stopped looking at her phone and answered the restaurant phone and took an order. I’m still standing there without one employee acknowledging me. After one employee walked by me 3 times I finally asked if someone was going to help me. I finally got my order to go immediately ,telling me it was just sitting in the back the whole time. In my opinion, it’s inexcusable to be ignored. At least acknowledge me and say someone will be right with you but these employees blatantly ignored me and in my opinion put in the bare minimum of effort or courtesy. It’s unfortunate that the food was good but the service put a bad taste in my mouth.

unfortunately there is no hollandaise sauce for their breakfast which is huge downside for me personally. all though, the sliced tomatoes on my plate were the best i have ever had - so good i almost passed out! little salt, little pepper, and youre golden. curious as to where these are supplied from?

This restaurant got pretty busy around 5:30-6. It was a great atmosphere where everyone knew everyone and the food portions were HUGE! Definitely will be back! Update: My boyfriend and I came for lunch last week and someone put $20 towards our bill, thank you to whoever did that!! The food was awesome and the portions are still huge, but I'm happy I got to bring some food home for later!

Food was absolutely delicious, but the wait at brunch was LONG. Come hungry but prepare to be patient at peak brunch hour on the weekend. Staff was very attentive with lots of coffee refills while we waited for our meals. The dish pictured is the Mixed Grill.

I recently visited Lonzo’s in Sarnia and had an absolutely amazing experience! I tried the falafel wrap and chicken wings, and both were nothing short of spectacular. The falafel wrap was a delightful blend of flavors and textures. The falafel itself was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, bursting with fresh herbs and spices. The wrap was generously filled with fresh veggies and a delicious sauce that tied everything together beautifully. Every bite was a taste sensation! The chicken wings were equally impressive. They were cooked to perfection, with a crispy exterior and juicy, flavorful meat inside. The seasoning was spot on, and the accompanying dipping sauce added an extra layer of deliciousness. The service at Lonzo’s was top-notch as well. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great meal. Our server was fabulous! The food was out of this world amazing!!! We got the Greek wrap, veggie soup and pad thai. The pad thai was the best we have ever had. What a mind blowing first time in Canada food experience! Everyone needs to try this place!!!

A gorgeous location right on the river (with the option to dine on the patio). Modest food servings sizes were tasty and well presented; though I prefer a few more veggies. Service was friendly, though we were not sure who are server was because a few different people brought us food.... When we received our good half of our group needed to wait for their utensils as we were told "they are still in the dishwasher." So we waited a couple minutes. We were with a group of 8 customers, but the pairs at either end could not hear each other because the restaurant is lively and noisy. A small irritation for a couple of us we needed to adjust our chairs to avoid hitting a wall ornament with our heads
