We chose the seven-course tasting menu and each of us had different dishes for all courses. It is a perfectly paced progression that takes your taste buds on a thrilling journey. Each dish is carefully balanced, offering a mix of textures and flavors that reflect the chef’s deep connection to both tradition and innovation. Every dish was truly outstanding, except for the dessert, which fell short of our expectations. It felt more like something from a standard restaurant, lacking the creativity and refinement I would anticipate from a fine dining experience. I had hoped for a more unique and memorable finale to such an exquisite meal. The server is attentive yet unobtrusive, effortlessly guiding you through the experience without rushing or hovering. Each course is presented with care and detailed explanations, enhancing the appreciation of every dish. We were seated at 7:00 PM to begin our dinner, and by the time we finished at 11:00, it felt like we had experienced a perfectly paced, four-hour culinary journey. While it may come with a higher price tag, the exceptional quality of the service, food, and wine fully justifies the cost. Each aspect of the experience, from the meticulously crafted dishes to the attentive service, reflects a level of excellence that makes the premium feel well-earned.
