SECOND time in my ENTIRE life I didn’t leave a tip!! She was nice enough but we hardly saw her despite the place being fairly quiet. She served us our drinks followed by our appetizer. We wanted another drink but she kept avoiding eye contact and didn’t come back until dinner was delivered and we no longer wanted the drink. It was a short wait for the drinks and app but super long wait for the main. She never did ask how things were or if we wanted anything else. Wanted some water after eating but ran into the same situation. Atmosphere was cute with a great ocean view. Wings were really good, scallops and shrimp were “OK” and chicken was also “OK”.
