Best Restaurants Open for Newyears Eve this year in Dauphin – 2024

I think I found my favourite place when coming in for any more medical appts! This was hands down super tasty. The driver was amazing! Like made my day; above and beyond. The food is super tasty. Only down side is not having a big enough stomach to eat it all. If I could have given more stars I would.

I ordered a large donair pizza, and it had a generous amount of toppings. My only complaint was that the crust was a little dry, but the pizza was still delicious. The staff are friendly, and they have a great menu selection with good prices.

We were visiting Dauphin and wanted to try something new. We got pizza and garlic bread. Both were DELICIOUS! Highly recommend and if we are ever in the area again, we will get this again. The delivery guy followed our instructions, brought the food right up to our hotel room and was really friendly.

Very disappointed in our order. Bac/chz double combos. Burgers were cold and barely cooked. French fry containers were half empty. We live in the country and did take out. So we saw the order when we got home. If I was in town I would have drove back.

Dairy Queens were once a happy place for all but this one feels like walking into a funeral home or something. The staff are not pleasant and rush you to order but they aren’t even busy. Food is ok. There are much better Dairy Queens with better owners and staff.

Very disorganized. Asked for take out.my order was put on a tray and walked around the dining room before they figured out it was take out and came back to the counter. She bagged it and gave it to me after my food was walked around. Food wasn't for me.way too sloppy.

Pros: food was great but “half order” of cascadia salad was such a generous portion I couldn’t finish the entire meal (but was delicious so it’s listed as a pro, not a con). The coffee was very flavourful & I’m glad the sweet heat panko shrimp are still on the menu. Only con? I sat at the southwest corner booth (both booth seats very worn, I imagine they will be re-upholstered or updated soon).

Went for supper ordered chicken finger and fries for our 10 year old. At 19 dollars a plate you would think there would be enough food on it to not leave hungry. I ordered sirloin and mashed potatoes. It was good but was not a fan of the carrots or beets veggie. Trying to get too fancy and tasted terrible. Way too much salt and spices. My husband ordered New York strip and when it came it was full of muscle. Could barely cut through it but it was cooked correctly. He sent it back and they did apologize for the bad cut of meat and gave him a new one that took 20 mins to bring. The outside was cooked medium the way he liked it but the inside was raw. We had finished eating so he didn’t want to send it back as he didn’t want us to wait any longer. We wrapped it up and took it home for the dog. We would not go again as it was super expensive and we left hungry. First pic was mine second pic was his second steak. It still looked like it was frozen on the middle. It wasn’t but the meat was cold. He was happy at the price we paid at least he had fries. Gravy on the fries was an extra cost. Definitely not worth the money it cost. We had looked forward to a nice anniversary dinner and were very disappointed.

The food was so hot it could have melted the polar ice caps, and our waitress was a culinary ninja with an encyclopedic knowledge of the menu. I felt safer than a baby in a blanket fort, and the wall art was so understated it made a librarian look like a rave promoter

I had a great experience during my last visit. I ordered a Zinger Sandwich Combo, and both the chicken and fries were warm, crispy, and fresh. A family member ordered the Big Crunch Sandwich Combo and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff provided excellent customer service and kept the entire restaurant clean. I will definitely return to this location.

The service was horrible. I tried to get a refund but Maria didn’t know how to.. as she said. The fries tasted rubbery like they have been sitting long.the popcorn chicken was only a few bites I couldn’t believe the tiny portion. When I tried to get my issues addressed I had the entire team watching and smiling like it was some sort of daily event they enjoyed. Talk about disgusting behaviour. Don’t waste your hard earned money at this place where they clearly don’t know basic transactions and how to handle interactions or complaints.

The app isn't the best. No help from staff on the app. No help at the help number. Got hung up on 3 times ,and the guy at the complaints dept pretended he couldn't hear me and hung up.

Drove here specifically for bubbly tea because I called ahead and they said yes they have it... Got there and no tapioca and it was warm and boring for nine dollars!! Also the service had attitude. Disappointing The previous time we spent 15 dollars on coffee and couldn't even drink it

I am particular with coffee so this is more to do with how I would like my coffee. Nothing against the coffee shop. I found the latte a little too sweet, and was a little surprised the cost difference between cinnamon powder and vanilla versus just vanilla. Also the size of the cup, though it was medium it was still a small so the cost of the beverage I felt was a little over price since it wasn't that great. Not sure the syrup brand you get but it felt a little cheap tasting. Please again it's nothing personal just my preference.

Stopped for ice cream today. The vanilla soft serve was definitely "off". It was inedible, the texture and taste seemed like it had been thawed and refrozen numerous times. The color was yellow and it was gritty. The peanuts on the sundae tasted rancid. Had to throw our orders out. Very disappointed. Will not chance it again

Great Chinese food in dauphin. I tried a few things on the munu and they were all awesome. Definitely a great place with amazing staff and great food. I recommend it for sure

First time ordering and were very happy with our supper, kids enjoyed it too. Food was tasty and good portions! Would order again.

over charged me over 40 bucks for a bunch of food I didn't ask for. when I wanted just a single person special and and top of that she gave me ALL that FOOD in big trays SEPERATELY that could feed a family of 1 when I asked for the 11:50 special. On top of that she didn't give me my price over the phone when I ordered and it came to the point I was short and had to take the side FULL TRAY of FRIED RICE she tried charging me / literally gave me over 10 bucks worth of every single thing I tried and when I tried calling back about my order telling her she got it completely wrong she literally YELLED at me and threatened to call the COPS on me because I wanted a refund and a huge order I did not make and she tells me it's my job to ask for the price at the end of my order and expected me to single my single special was for 1 person with a side of fried rice. top of that I do not eat mushroom or corn and they are corn and mushrooms in my food when I specifically asked for no onions/pickles/mushrooms/corn and guess what was all in my foods everything i asked not to put in it. what kind of restaurant treats costumers horrible and swears at them and yells at them and threatens to call the cops also my noodles were soggy and sticky all together and the fried rice literally looks like minute rice that had way to much water in it and it looks like it wasn't even ready. a bunch of food i have to toss in the trash now and literally broke because i was over charged and this place won't even make an attempt to even fix my order or at least gimme new food without the things i asked for. If i would rate a -100/5 i would I WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE EATING YHERE EVER AGAIN AND BEWARE TO HAVE THIS WOMAN YELL AT YOU, SWEAR AT YOU, AND THREATEN TO CALL THE COPS ON YOU IF YOU WANT YOU ORDER FIXED OR REFUNDED. I will be posting all the food I was given with the soggy noodles and probably dried up sticky watery minute fried rice I was given with the mushrooms and apparently they don't serve "beef chow mien" and " pork chow mien" even thought it's not their menu online and serve chicken. shrimp, and some other kind. this woman is lucky I don't call on the cops on her instead of threatening to call them on me. false advertising and HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. and the place needs to be air freshened in there because it used this certain unclean smell when you walk threw the second doors instead. I literally kept holding my breathe and just kept shaking my head. wasn't going to be rude about that but might as well bring that up too and she should also be wearing a mask when giving food to customers

We brought 30 people with us and all ordered food. Service was great, food spectacular and atmosphere was cozy. I had the ukrainian Platter and it was soooooo good. Just like my grandmother cooked it. Thanks for the amazing time!

We ordered for pickup two meals one was a crunchy chicken burger platter and the other a bacon cheeseburger platter We got a burnt chicken burger with lettuce that should’ve been thrown in the garbage and the bacon lettuce and tomato looked like it was all expired The fries were all overcooked and were hard as rocks We called to complain and ask for our money back and were told they don’t guarantee satisfaction so best they can do is a gift card from a woman with a nasty attitude

Ordered take out to eat at the brewery. Good food. Chicken fingers, poutine and deep fried pickles for $45, a little expensive.

The cuisine was amazing! Their hand-tossed pizza was delicious when I tried it. A delicious dish was created with fresh ingredients and a perfectly crispy crust. The atmosphere was perfect for a casual night out, and the staff was kind and helpful.

We were a party of 6 for our son's birthday during the snow storm. The service and food were excellent, restaurant and bathrooms were very clean and us and the kids left happy and full! Food came out hot, fresh and delicious. Special thank you to our attentive waitress. Will be back.

Much better service than the last time I was in! Food came within 30 mins which was nice! Everything was delicious. Had a carb FEAST with my mom :)

Hugh portions for the excellent price for a combo Deluxe wonton soup was good with shrimp and alot of Veggies ( sorry had some of the already when I had taken the pic). The owner came to greet us, as we were a large group and I did call ahead to let them know We were coming in. This place didn't disappoint me !

Very friendly family staff! Otherwise the Chinese food isn’t authentic at all. The chow mein noodles were noodles used for consume soup and all the other dishes had 20% meat and 80% vegetables.

Came here for dinner with a group and there was only one server on site. The service was VERY slow... It took an hour for our food to come out and 30 minutes for drinks. Ordered a burger and it was not bad... It lacked flavour in my opinion. The fries were pretty good. All in all, the service was very slow and the food was just ok.

Our server was efficient. We ordered the veal cutlet dinner and French Toast. Both tasted good, flavours nice, not too salty. The soup of the day was Italian Wedding, which is a very good soup, but it looked and tasted like the canned soup. The restaurant appeared clean, but the washrooms were filthy.

I cant believe that this place is still operating. The service both times I tried to go was atrocious. No cutlery was brought when our meals finally arrived and the cook forgot the hashbrowns to my meal as well as other items from my colleagues meals. My recommendation is not to eat here as it is very poor service and poor quality food

Liked that the "walk in" was open at 7am. Got some sausage and egg breakfast sandwiches. Service was very friendly and quick. Food was fresh and hot! Everything clean and pleasant. Sept 2024: $10.50 for two sausage and egg sandwiches.

Not bad, typical a&w experience with the exception of the staff are not very helpful or welcoming. I also find the app to be of poor quality as you cannot use the coupons without having to pay through the app. As a traveler I find it stupid that they dont offer savings in store to customers, should have coupons available for everyone

Good food, have to give 4 stars because it is a bit pricey, but where else can you get onion rings that good!

Great selection of pizzas at this restaurant. You could combine 2 different kinds on a large or extra large pizza if you wanted to - we tried the Mexican beef and Backyard BBQ Dilluxe. Both were delicious. The Dill added a different flavour to it - quite unique - really enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and service was great. We would recommend this restaurant. Thanks for a great meal.

Good Eats This restaurant has street parking and the city has a large lot nearby. Inside there are tables and booths. We tried the booths and they were comfortable. It was not busy on an early Tuesday evening. Service was great. They were fast and friendly. They checked in on us, made sure we got what we wanted. We had a large pizza on a thin crust, the thin crust they explained is a thin to medium crust. This crust was great. I would highly recommend. We tried half Backyard BBQ "Dilluxe" and half Mexican Beef The Mexican Beef was 5+++ and one of the best Mexican pizzas I have tried. The Backyard BBQ Dill-uxe was really good, the dill was an interesting addition but not overpowering, it had hint of sweetness I think from the BBQ. It was full of cheesy meaty goodness. I would go back. Try the Mexican Beef it's really good.

Tasty breakfast sandwich and milk tea. They didnt have tapioca at the time, but I'm excited to come back for it in the furture.
