I rarely score places a 5 Star, but when I do, it’s because they deserve it. My party of 4 loved every last part of the dishes we ordered. I tried all the dishes myself. The tonkatsu and chicken katsu are so crispy but juicy, I was surprised it wasn’t dry at all. The Pho was rich in flavour, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. The Jjampong was a mouthful of flavour. For a city in the middle of the country, their seafood was as fresh as it could be. The sushi was good aswell, the salmon dish was not all raw, but the salmon had so much flavour in it. It tasted different but so good it was gone from our table within seconds of it arriving. The gyosas are light, fresh, and delish. To top it off, the owners and staff are so kind. I would definitely eat here again when I visit.
