We went to the Bears Den bowling alley today to celebrate my nephew's birthday. Our experience was a horrific one. She ordered four pizzas and four pitchers of pop after learning that we had to place a food order, but she also wanted to pick up some little Caesars for the kids! In order for her to have all of the pizza at once, she ordered that the food be finished at 1:30. Bears den pizza was not ready and the kids were starving, so they started eating all the little caresses pizza! The workers were mad that she was feeding the kids pizza from another place! It was not like she never ordered pizza from them! Honestly, Bears den is a bowling alley, they shouldn’t be allowed to bring in anything they want when hosting a birthday party they are renting the space! After we finally received the pizza from Bear's Den, it was soggy and not very delicious. As we were simply trying to have fun, Doris Young entered the room out of no where and began screaming at everyone in there, shaking with intense rage, scaring the kids telling everyone to "if your not wearing bowling shoes, go take your shoes off at the door!!!." Also not the whole area is bowling floor, by the end of the party our socks were black! I’m just confused when does someone have the right to treat paying customers like that? I am aware that my sister paid a substantial amount of money to host her son's birthday celebration there, therefore the disrespect they experienced was unnecessary and extremely unprofessional! Hopefully the next people that decide to throw a birthday party there has a better experience.

Very pathetically run business (if you would even call it that). called to book two lanes for bowling.. manager informed us it’s all booked up… we get here no lanes in use our entire time of being here. 12 people using one pathetic destroyed lane. Ordered the greatly raves about pizza from the bears den side.. and stale, hard and very minimal toppings for the price. Our juice and pop were filled with stale mildewed tasting ice— our cup have 4 bugs in them (I have a video and photo of the facility and bugs in cups). The hostess was extremely pathetic and lacked in all aspects and responsibility’s of her job. We arrived and the restaurant and bowling alley had no one in it. We had asked for a pitcher of water and her reply was “I’ll give it to you when I have the time” in an extreme attitude. (We also have this on video). Very poorly ran. I do not recommend this place for anyone in town or coming into town (as we are), the establishment has some pretty neat features with decor on the restaurant side, but over all very filthy. I wish I could give it a negative 5 stars. The only upside about our visit is it is child friendly.

Didn’t even wanna give this place one star…. The atmosphere is cute and charming; the only reason it deserves a star. The staff working here are very ignorant, had no greeting when my family and I came in she only slammed down a clipboard and said names. We wanted to get some lunch and play a few rounds of bowling…there being 13 of us we asked for another lane and we’re told they were booked up(been here for an hour and a half) we have been the only people in here apart from a couple that bowled a quick round. The service was terrible, no one is ever behind the counter, received multiple rude looks and snarky comments. She perceived herself to be way busier than she was…..needless to say I will never be coming back to this establishment. Nor would I recommend anyone being their families here till they hire staff equipped to provide basic customer service. So I started out as in a way you can write a review

I had the Bacon Cheeseburger with 2 patties. I also had the Medium Steak Poutine. The Burger was awesome. Cooked Perfectly and reminded me of when I was a kid we went to a baseball game and had the best burger. The Poutine was large for being medium. The combo filled me up (6ft 230lbs). They has Steak, Gravy, Green peppers, Curds and a cheese sauce. Reminded me of a cheese steak sandwich. It had a great amount of toppings.

There food is great but yet who could not love a poutine plus you can get some of the food they store like bologna,popcorn chicken,and you guess it chicken I would go back anytime

This place is amazing, I wish I could have stayed in meadow longer. Cute little Ma and Pa shop. They have a huge selection on frozen appetizers( dry ribs, wings , mozza sticks) They also have grocerys like meat , cheese dairy and egg products. The poutines are incredible! Will definitely be back when I am in town next.

Really good sushi! The rolls were huge and had all my favorites (BBQ eel dragon roll and spider roll). Miso soup and salad bar is a great idea! We will be back for sure!

Do not bother with this place, the place was empty with nobody in the restaurant but yet several tables were dirty and not cleared. The waitress took my drink order and gzve me a menu then proceeded to go back to her boyfriend and make out while I waited and finally gave up on getting a drink even. Save your time and money and go across the street to McDonalds where at least you can get served in a much faster and friendlier and cleaner environment.

So sad it was dead and I asked them to make a McFlurry, half kit kat and half smartie. They said they couldn't so I asked if I paid for the extra topping could they and he says hold on then charges me for 2 mcflurries. I told him never mind cancel the order and then to top the visit off my friend ordered food and it was soggy and luke warm. Obviously this place and company doesn't care about quality in their food as long as they get money and get alot of food out. The food I bought earlier was soggy and cold and they couldn't even be bothered to put the onions on the burger; instead they were just thrown into the side of the box. So sad to see how little people care about even trying to do a decent job when that one meal you buy from them takes an hour of your hard work to earn.

I ordered a chicken ranch wrap. The chicken was shredded it had cheese sauce i couldnt taste ir. Little bit of ranch and aome lettuce so sad about the wrap. The lady on the phone was very polite and the dilvery and the gentleman was nice who brought the food was fast everything was hot when i got it. Lots of fries which is nice the gravy was good as well. Just didnt like the wrap. It seems in the last little while there food hasnt been great

I go to Mack’s Family Restaurant and they have great food big portions and filling. The employees are amazing and easy to talk to and ask questions great customer service. The delivery time exceptional and the food is always hot and fresh.

Ordered 2 xl pizza and one medium. Little expensive.. Now.. the pizza is bland. Meat is bland. Crust bland no flavor in the sauce. Just another failure. They could add some spices. As it felt like you were hust chewing nothing

4 of us We waited over an hour for our food. We had starters that didnt come until the rest of our food showed up. Our waiter walked by a number of times over the hour and never check in with us. Another waiter in our area was the one who asked if we needed refills. When we got our food the gravy on the poutine and sides tasted like water. When we recived wings the sauce was just dropped on the top. My food wasnt hot either. Very disappointing used to be a nice. Place

eggs were sour, the shredded potatos were not cooked, toast was dry stale, food came cold, menus were dirty, napkin holders dirty. The bathroom was disgusting had not been cleaned in awhile the health inspector def needs to go through that place with a fine tooth comb yuck.

I went for lunch and the burger was very tasty. I also had their soup of the day which was lasagna. The server was very pleasant as well. Will be back.

We have dined in a few times now and each time we have had impeccable service, the food is homemade, you can taste the freshness of the veggies and the prices are extremely reasonable! I highly recommended dining in, order to pick up or delivery. Another great service is they are open late hours until 11pm and later Friday and Saturday which is very nice to have instead of fast food being the only other option if you want home cooked food past 9pm for those who work late shifts. Again, highly recommended!

We had an amazing experience at this small town restaurant. They have the older building very clean and nicely decorated. The staff is super friendly, and the owner even comes out and greets you and asks how the food is. And the answer is the food is amazing! We had the battered mushrooms, which were done perfectly, and pizza and a sandwich. Everything was so good. I highly recommend stopping by here or getting delivery if you are in the area.
