Always a treat, when I order from here. Food's always delicious, delivery reliable (just make sure to check if they have a driver for the day), and I even get the extra turnips I ask for - adds such a sweet twist to my wrap!

As a shawarma connoisseur, I have pretty high standards. This place was delicious. I got a lrge beef sandwich fully loaded. It did not disappoint. The beef was moist and flavourful. Affordable. 10/10.

We got there early on wing night when we were overnighting for a flight. Northern towns and pubs are cool, like the Black Knight in Yellowknife. The food was not bad, the beer was cold. The waitress was friendly and it got busy fast after working hours.

We came in with a large party and service went well with our proper however we had additional orders when we came in, and one of our meals was missed and then cold when we went up to ask for it. However, one of the staff went above and beyond to get us a fresh cooked plate plus a free poutine. We all understand a busy work day and acts like this show we are all human and in it together. Great service and place.

Food is decent, live music is great but the service is terrible. Servers spends more time talking to each other than actually serving people. You order drinks that never show up, you ask for the bill and wait 45 mins for it. There is better places to go than here!!!

I had a great lunch experience. The fried chicken was to die for. The staff was very friendly and considering what part of the world I was dining in, the prices were to be expected, and not unfair. Overall, a great experience, and I’ll be going back.

The food at KFC was delicious and satisfying, but unfortunately, I wasn't impressed with the service and atmosphere. The staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed, leading to longer wait times and less attentive service. Additionally, the restaurant itself felt cramped and lacked a welcoming ambiance, which detracted from the overall dining experience. Perhaps they were experiencing a busy period or staffing shortage, but it left much to be desired in terms of customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the dining area left something to be desired, as tables were not promptly cleared and the floors appeared dirty. Additionally, the lack of adequate seating made it difficult to find a comfortable spot to enjoy our meal. Overall, while the food quality met expectations, the overall dining experience fell short due to these shortcomings in service and atmosphere.

I had one of the worst customer experience with a staff at this store in Iqaluit yesterday - Dec 4, 2020. This middle aged man at the counter was very rude and full of prejudice. I will never in my lifetime set a foot at this store again even though they are the only KFC and Pizza hut in town. I called the phone line about 7x to place an order for pick up but I kept receiving user busy signal. Initially thought it was my phone but I was able to call the cab and other numbers. Finally, I decided to order in store on my way to the airport. When I got to the counter, I asked the gentleman whether there as problem with their phone because I tried calling them several time but was not successful. Instead of just simply informing me of the cause of my inability to access their phone line, he rather literally challenged me by implying that I was lying. I tried showing him my call log as a proof but he refused to look at it. Instead, he requested that I called their line to prove that their phone is working and I was lying, I complied and it went through this time around. Going pass that, I went ahead to place the order. This man again said to me that he had informed me on a different occasion that they don't sell the meal I was ordering although it is on their menu and that day was my first time ordering from them either via phone or in person. I made him aware that he is mistaking me for someone else because I am a first time customer. Instead of apologizing (not that it is even necessary) he rather chose to mock me. I was appalled and felt so disgusted at his attitude towards me and nearly walked out of the store. Unfortunately, I couldn't do so because my time was limited and there was no way I could get food from another location before catching my flight. I think all the agents there need some training in customer service. In my opinion, that store doesn't even deserve a single star but I can't post without selecting one. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN!!!

Best social & food experience in Iqaluit. Great energy, lots of food choices and healthy options. PCI bowl with char was great. Dirty chai was perfect. Friendly staff, clean and warm.

The PCI bowl are a generous portion. They serve decaf espresso as well.

I love every aspect of this place! They’ve got tons of gluten free options (two types of cookies, banana bread, bowls, salads, sandwiches) and everything I’ve tried so far has been phenomenal. The staff are very friendly and the music is always good. I just wish it was open 7 days a week!

Finally got to visit this place and highly recommend you do too! From town it's a bit of a walk but it's worth it. From the outside it looks like everything else around yet once you get inside, it truly is beautiful. It probably sits about 30 people and the view from the bar to the back where the beer is made is stunning. Was with a group of 7 and we easily found a table to fit us all. However I did seperate from my group for a bit to sit at the bar and enjoy the view from there and make a new friend. Our server was Jason and he was seriously the BEST! Our group ordered two Flights, one wine and four pints. Without writing anything down he got them all right and was quick. He also came back regularly to check on us and make sure we were well taken care of. They have quite a selection of merchandise to choose from. If you don't see your size, like someone in our group, Jason was quick to check the back and was able to help us out. They have some simple snacks readily available for purchase or you can ask for the take out menus for two places who deliver. As a non beer drinker, I honestly really liked Sour Ranger and enjoyed three pints. Surprised myself! They also have a selection of board games too but we didn't play any. Previously, friends who've gone have and loved the added fun it brought to their visit. For anyone wanting to check out a really cool locally owned place with a great atmosphere, great service and cool vibes I highly recommend visiting NuBrew.

This place is always busy. They have some good beer options. I tried the Nilak and enjoyed the light lager. You can bring your own food here or have food delivered. The place also carries some merchandise for sale and there are several board games you can play while enjoying your drinks.

This is the restaurant inside Iqaluit's newest hotel. Decided to give it a shot. Need to go through the hotel to get into the restaurant which is totally fine. They have a bar/lounge side and a dinning room. No surprise though, on the bar side they expect you to coat check. This just seems completely unnecessary. We were all sitting down and they wanted us to pay a coat check of $1 a coat. Took one for the team and paid $7 for my group of seven. There's a raise section with seating, a few smaller tables in the middle along with the bar and the far side has more longer tables with what appears to be a dance floor and a spot for a DJ. We were handed food menus. Decided to just try their poutine while three in my group got the special (prime rib), while others picked the Pull Pork Sandwich, Shrimp Linguine Pasta and the Beef Dip Au Jus. The drink menu was a little laughable as it was on four seperate pieces of paper with writing on it. Guess their menu is constantly changing that they do not have anything proper to give guests just yet. I stuck with water though but a few decided on drinks too. Was a bit of a wait for our server to return to take our orders. Wasn't busy so that wasn't the delay. My poutine was good and I was happy with the size. Everyone else's food looked good and they were happy with their choice. I'd go again but would be curious to know they charge a coat check fee on the dinning room side. Though we had a nice time I wouldn't be racing back to go there again. But the food was good, place was clean and the place was nice to sit and enjoy the company of my friends.

The best food in Iqaluit at an amazing price! Must try the salmon pinwheels and loaded potato skins! The platter for 4 is too good as well. Red ale and lager are my favourites here.

Great place for dinner. Food is tasty and fresh. We ordered Greek salad and calamari, both were in big portions. For main, we had chicken and lamb, both were cooked perfectly. Highly recommended.

I wouldn’t know anything about their food, service, or atmosphere because I never got to sit down. According to both Google maps and their website the restaurant is open 11am-2pm on Sundays. Walked through town to the restaurant to find it closed. The gentleman at the restaurant said that they were cleaning between seatings and that they would reopen at 12:45pm (they were late). After waiting for over 30mins they opened their doors. I walk in ask for a table for 1, to only be told that they are full and are only accepting reservations. A fact that he failed to mention the first time I spoke to him. A fact that was also not stated on Google or their website. Considering that not much is open on Sunday, they might want to disclose that information for people visiting Iqaluit. Especially since the restaurant is part of the Discovery hotel.

One of the worst experience on my life. The chef just forgot to make my breakfast after 40 minutes waiting they come to ask me if I already order , I did at the same moment I ask for my orange juice. If that kind of chef leads that kitchen I can't imagine what's behind. What a shame.

The food we had this weekend was amazing. We came both Saturday and Sunday night. The highlights were the seafood bowl, the pork tenderloin, the pesto focaccia and the brownie sundae. Myself and my group were all blown away by how great the food was. The servers we had was also so nice. I’m coming back in the summer and I can’t wait!

Tundra Takeout is the only option at Iqaluit Airport and it's pretty decent for simple pub style food. The service was excellent and the price was fair given that it's located inside an airport in Nunavut. $33 got me a club sandwich, fries and a Pepsi. If you're hungry and don't feel like a 20 minute walk (or a $10 cab fare) each way - it will do.

Best pulled pork poutine I've ever had. Couldn't believe it. Great value for money for Iqaluit, portion size was huge.
