During a recent visit to Helena, MT, I discovered a fantastic farm-to-table restaurant that was so impressive, I returned for dinner before heading home. What stood out to me was not just the exquisite food, but the opportunity to watch and interact with the chefs as they worked their magic in the kitchen using a Brazilian grill. The menu changes frequently with the seasons, which adds to the excitement of dining here. On one visit, I tried the honey nut squash, expertly cooked over coals, and it was bursting with delightful flavor. The highlight, however, was the dry-aged bone-in ribeye steak, which melted in my mouth and showcased an incredible natural flavor. I highly recommend this place for anyone passing through or residing in Helena, MT. It’s a culinary gem!
