This was our favorite meal while visiting Branson for my wife’s birthday. We were seated quickly, and our server was so friendly and kind. The food came out quickly, too, which was great for the salad, not so much for my wife’s medium ribeye. It was raw. Our server graciously took it back to have it finished but brought it back surprisingly soon. Again, nice grill marks and amazing flavor on the edge she cut off, but inside was still raw. Our server asked the manager to come and talk with us. He offered to start a new steak, to which we agreed and he put his best cook on it. He also offered us free desserts that were the top of the evening. Although the steak wasn’t right the first time, they made it right and ensured we had a wonderful time and got to celebrate the right way. We will definitely return.
